Since 21 October 2018 11 (..) mails exchanged with Giesbers, following a mega energy bill due to an incorrectly installed heat pump .... the technician seemed genuinely surprised by the mistake made and has (according to his own words) restored it. We can only check that with the coming energy bill.

In the meantime Giesbers is not responding to attempts at telephone contact and vague promises are made in e-mails, which are then not complied with. Meanwhile, SWK and VEH are interfering ... We are curious about the outcome.
