for years I am with this insurance partner, on this last occasion I encountered a disservice in relation to sending the documentation that they have not received correctly but without considering signaling it to me, if not after repeated calls to the call center.

I have never had particular problems with Genialloyd policies, but this time it was truly tragic to renew it. One month to get the approved quote .. without a reason. The call center is a wall ... You are able to get motives of any problems. Surely next time I'll go to another insurance.

To be an insurance that is based on online communications I would have expected a clearer and more intuitive site that better supports the user in understanding the more complex procedures and showing more flexibility and simplicity in managing changes that sometimes make it necessary to the customer before cutting out the most suitable and definitive insurance solution. I state that I have been a customer for several years without ever having a problem, efficient, fast, trained staff and competitive prices, but for some time now the service has declined dramatically (I don't think it's just a Covid-19 effect).
I have been trying to add additional guarantees for 3 days to a policy stipulated on 24/8 without anything done (it took 2 days to issue it in turn), apart from the nerve-wracking waits and the continuous interruptions of the lines, (they don't call you back! ! have my number) you have to call back, wait and re-explain everything to the new interlocutor with the hope that he will not give you different answers from those who preceded him.
The time has come to go to a competitor.

Good morning, your behavior was not absolutely correct, on November 12th I requested a new policy starting from 24.00, I sent a copy of the booklet as per your request and I awaited payment provisions.
not having received any feedback today 13 November of my initiative I entered my private area being already your customer with 3 other policies and despite the presence of the estimate I could not make the payment, after a further call the employee told me that there was a not well specified incongruity.

I wonder if and when you would deign to communicate the presence of this incongruity considering the fact that as reported in the policy the policy was active from 12 November 2018 instead now I am in trouble because the policy will start from midnight today and I instead I need it from 15 hours always today.

I would also like to point out the lack of professionalism of operators in the management of a new practice, it is obvious that for the future I will look for other insurance agencies where I hope to find more attention to customer needs
