To be an insurance that is based on online communications I would have expected a clearer and more intuitive site that better supports the user in understanding the more complex procedures and showing more flexibility and simplicity in managing changes that sometimes make it necessary to the customer before cutting out the most suitable and definitive insurance solution. In general, however, I feel satisfied without praise.
