Calling GBS for any kind of customer service is an absolute nightmare. The website their voice recording suggests for making reservations or paying maintenance fees gives an error message and is not accessible. So we are forced to call to pay the maintenance fee, and we are charged a convenience fee for doing so!
Calling directly to get a copy of a reservation confirmation is frustrating even 2 1/2 weeks after paying the maintenance fees, I am told that the reservations are booked but still being processed ?? Still waiting for the confirmations....
(Oddly though, when I call to pay our maintenance fees, the fees are processed immediately and charged to our credit card within minutes.)
Also, every time I call, they ask if I would like to add a phone number to our contact information. I ALWAYS say yes, because it is NEVER in the system the next time I call.
Dear GBS, please please please improve the customer service and check your website for being attainable. ( The GBS person I spoke to today told me to use the Google Chrome browser instead of Safari. Yeah, that didn t work.)
I absolutely dread having to deal with GBS twice a year!
