We had misunderstanding of a charge on our credit card which led to a account lock. We tried several ways to resolve this including help at Dreams
Curacao, but it was Regina, Supervisor at Customer Service who was persistent and resolved the issue. It took a week to extra, but we appreciate her professionalism in getting the lock removed and our on-line access restored. We are now restored to enjoying UVC! Arthur Lane
