Jean was extremely helpful and very courteous. I didn't feel hurried and he went beyond by contacting the hotel to arrange for transportation.

I enjoyed speaking and booking my reservation with Jean today. Using our "Vacation Club" is very trying at best, Jean made my reservation very easy and I was satisfied. I did not get my requested date of travel to "who knows what ridiculousness reason" with the club. But, Jean hooked me up and I didn't even get frustrated. All time first! He even gave me his direct line, a true gentlemen and kind person.

I always enjoy working with GBS International. Pedro assisted me with changes to my reservation and he was very courteous and knowledgeable. This resulted in a pleasurable experience.

Angel was the customer service agent who helped me with my reservation to Secrets Huatulco. He was professional, friendly, articulate, and helpful. In addition to the reservation, Angel also explained one of the company's benefits to me in a clear and concise manner. We are fairly new to UVC and Angel proved to be another excellent representative of this vacation company. We are glad we joined UVC!

Customer service is fantastic. Have been dealing with them for 5 years (work and personal trips) and ALWAYS a positive experience even in the most complicated situations. I had the pleasure of speaking with Pedro on 2 occasions and he is the most helpful, patient and polite person. He went above and beyond told help me get my complicated group reservations rebooked and organized. If I could send him a gift of appreciation I 100% would!

Worst company on the planet. They consistently mess up reservations, fail to follow through with anything they say and have cost me thousands of dollars. Most recent evidence of incompetence - I faxed in a cancelation of a reservation by the deadline they require, assured that the fax transmission went through and now, after the fact, discover they deny receipt and did not process - again costing more money and time. I hate this company and the incompetence is unbelievable.

I hate fine print as bad as hidden charges! Would be 0 stars if I had an option!

GBS international is a great atmosphere to work in. The management team and co-workers are very supportive and compassionate of the staff, and try their best to support students. The Human Resources which department also provides all the tools needed to solve employees concerns. The current HR manager Christian Romero, attentively assists employees with their concerns along side the managers, and ensure employees receives the tools needed to succeed. Great place to work at and full of opportunities.

I do not agree that for each room that is reserved apply the charge of $ 20, including each change that is made. Finishing paying an additional $ 80 extra to the cost of lodging is not pleasant :(

Melvin's level of customer service and patience is unsurpassed. He resolved my problem literally last minute for a Black Friday sale regarding a group traveling with me for my 50th Birthday to Dreams Dominicus in February, 2018. The group is a combination of family and non family members. We had difficulty booking the last room due to an error message regarding a limit on rooms booked. However, thanks to Melvin, he pointed out that we had room for one more room to reach our limit and resolved our problem very quickly and efficiently. He displayed a tremendous amount of patience with me because I was growing increasingly worried that we would not be able to book our last reservation for the trip so my impatience was in full force. I would highly recommend Melvin for accommodation and/or raise for his excellence in customer service and problem solving skills. He is an asset to your team and would only increase your business sales. For instance, I had decided that I was not going to continue my ownership with UVC, after the 5 year trial period, however, Melvin may have changed my mind. Please seriously consider rewarding this excellent employee and ascending him to a position where he can be an even larger asset to your company.

Jose with GBS International has been amazing to work with. I had several reservations that had to be rescheduled, and he spent a LOT of time and effort making sure I was satisfied with the outcome, which was super important since the changes were the result of a resort (Secrets Capri), no longer being a UVC resort. Jose did an excellent job of balancing the requirements place on him by his employer, with making his customer happy. That is a skill that is VERY rare in an employee. Well done Jose!

I spoke with Regina at extension 376 today ....oh my gosh she was so sweet and so helpful and she's extremely good at her job. it's so scary when you call these places and you need help and you're not sure if you're going to get somebody grumpy or short with you or not helpful . ..but Regina is amazing. She's super kind and super professional and helpful and sweet. She deserves to be taken out to lunch or given a big raise. She definitely needs to be recognized for being awesome.I can't thank you enough for hiring her she's a treasure.
