I will be honest, at first everything was super smooth and miguel got me hired on at a call center immediately after interviewing. Granted, I lost the job due to personal issues in my life, there were still many issues with Hotfoot that were not my fault. For instance, when hired I was told by Miguel "Last time he checked only people directly hired received bonuses unless told otherwise by the company we were placed with" Well june came around, and said company included the temps in receiving that months bonus. However I never received it. Showed miguel an email from said company where temps did qualify for that bonus. He told me he would call them and look into it. Clearly he never did though because I messaged him for about 2 weeks with no response and when I did get a response he said the same thing he said prior "last time he checked blah blah blah.." He was supposed to call and have at least a real answer for me. That's a bosses job and he was technically my boss. But he failed on that and gave me the run around for weeks. It sucks to think you're earning a little extra cash just for the agency to act like they never knew. Even though like I stated earlier, I showed miguel the email. I have kept all the messages and screenshots. He will give you the run around and then when you ask for his supervisor he directs you to hr. So helpful at first but once they have the numbers filled at a job they dont care about the employees they placed.

Office is presentable and staff deals with me in a professional manner.Specially to Miguel who help me patiently all the way thru the process of application. they are the best! will surely recommend them.

To be honest , Miguel Sanabria is the best guy to go with . He actually helped me get a job and start the following week. It was easy to sign the papers and he was really honest about things . I was struggling to to get a job for about a month and he got me a job in less than a week .

If you get hurt they terminate you, and Grethel has made a special point t to make sure I don't work for them ever again, going as far as to send me rejection emails on Sunday nights.

This is the worst place to go to for a Job, I wouldn't recommend anyone to go here.... If I had the option to give 0 stars that's what they would of got. They will waste your time.

Just called Hotfoot recruiters and the person I spoke to on the phone wasn t even aware of the work that Hotfoot does for canidates for employment. Unbelievable that a person that represents an employment company doesn t know the services the company provides. Apparently services for canidates aren t their specialty, though the web site suggests they are a full service company for employers and job seekers!! Use caution when speaking to them, sounds like amateur hour!! Good luck to all!!

Give them a try! I got hired on the spot. Miguel Sanabria helped me get a position that worked for my needs. I am so happy to start up so soon so I can get these bills paid! Fast, Friendly, and Helpful! I hope it works out in the long run. Job searching isn't so fun.

Their management sucks and the people are rude Their was problems with 3rd shift staff and when Requested to be moved to a different facility or a different shift you get fired I would go anywhere else BUT here!!!! Miguel If your gonna Manage something make sure you do it right and not just tell them theirs nothing you can do then email the lead for third shift to fire the staff member

I wouldn't recommend Hotfoot Recruiting. They give you hopes of landing you a job but than when time comes dont follow through with it. For example i was told there was a job opportunity and i went down did my part and than was told that the client decided to hire someone from within. Not sure how that was possible if they had posted the position and than decided to not use it. Disappointed with the service and will not recommend them. Also tired to apply for different positions within the company and have yet to hear back from them.

I came in the office, receptionist seemed like to busy to say hi, since she was on her phone, finally noticed me and told me to wait. Waited for 30 minutes for Roy whom i spoke over the phone! Roy seemed friendly but made it seem i would get an interview with a company, told me i would get a call today or tomorrow. Seemed like he didn't like my interview with him. Disappointing & misleading to wait on a company call or email that never gets back with you. Hot foot recruiters next time let people know your not interested adding them to your recruitment, instead of having me file my information to you. Overall worst recruit I've dealt with!! They don't seem like what they mean about their company & reviews, especially roy who never gets back to you!

What I thought was a great fit turned out to be a horrible fit. I was inpromperly fit with a job, lied to by Miguel he told me the assignment ended because the busy season was coming to an end which when he said it I knew was a lie since I was just at the place the day prior. Miguel also didn't have anything else lined up for me this is week 2 without employment. I've reached out to Miguel and he transferred me to Jesus who was a little helpful but they want you to call them to see what work they may or may not have. I've worked with temp agencies before and never have I had to reach out to see what work there is. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.

I'm beyond impressed with this company. I contacted Miguel S. on Monday evening, went in for an interview on Wednesday and today, Friday, my start date has been confirmed.

The interview process was a bit different from what I was accustomed to. The interview, any required assessments, and drug test was done all on Wednesday. In my opinion, this is what made this whole experience a lot smoother! Other companies drag out that process over one or two weeks and that gets annoying when you're eager to start a new career path.

As for the interview itself, Miguel was very informative about the position, location, pay, and dress code. He always made sure to ask if I had any questions and answered thoroughly if I had any. Not once was I confused about anything. He made sure that the company and I were the right fit.

Overall, I would recommend this company to any friends/family looking for employment.

Been out of work for 3 weeks, and thanks to Hotfoot Recruiters, not only did they vouch for me, but also help me prepare for what's to come. I just got hired on with Grainger thanks to these people. Fast friendly and efficient. If your ment to get the job, they will help you get it. Nice clean office, but the receptionist could be a little more friendly and attentive when you walk in... she seemed too busy to even say hello when I arrived. Jesus was awesome through the entire process.
