Since I've been working for Gatestone Belize, it has been nothing but pure positivity. The entire work team holds a high standard of professionalism. Probably one of the best companies I've ever had contact with. Their staff is very professional and accommodating no matter what the query or concern is.

I'm single mother of two we recently fell on hard times. My son attends Humber college and normal OSAP takes the school fees and deposits the rest in his account well the rent needed to be paid so I used the money to pay rent and the credit card bills not knowing the school fee wasn't taken out. On top of all of that my mom died and I had to go to Jamaica to bury her double whammy the income that my family rely went down which is my business I'm self employed so things are low right now. We offered Humber to split the pay in three monthly payments they refused at the time and now we at this stage of collections. What I hate about Gatestone and company my son is a 21 year old young man never been in a situation like this before and they have threatened and scared my son he has medical condition and he suffers from severe migraines ever since the lady spoke to him he has been having severe migraines and diarrhea he thinks this is a law firm and he's going to be in trouble with the law this is wrong I only have one son you'll get the money threatening him until he's scared sick won't get the money fast he relys on my help so please stop threatening my son you'll get your money but we can't make blood out of stone for June rent the check bounced and I have to find that money to pay rent my children and I have experience homelessness before and we are not going there again please bear with us you'll get the money calling him and making him sick won't help

I have worked in the contact center industry for many years and I have to give Gatestone five stars for being a great company to work for. The company takes great pride in looking after those that are looking for a solid career path. I started out as an agent over 40 years ago and have spent the last many working up the ladder to an executive level. If you are looking for a great place to work then this is the place.

Completely unprofessional, as they are scammers. They called my cousin with the caller ID saying "Bell Collections", then when you call back they say "American Express". We have advised the General Counsel of Bell to their shenanigans and suggested that he send them a cease and desist letter and pursue them for damages. Never answer a number you do not know. Scammers will never leave their number.

I have been working at Gatestone & co since 2016. In all times of ups and downs our company has been very help full with us throughout this time including the present pandemic period. It is a great palce to work.

They were very good to work with at first were very helpful and made a fair deal with me than as we are getting closer to settling the agreed amount there saying Rogers is very consured with the account. I know Rogers has nothing to do with the amount as Gatestone buys the debit for said company at half the cost and take over now I'm getting told I need to settle now or I'm being no reponsive if I don't call in today complete fraud going on if you ask me.

Horrible company with horrible costumer service that does not know how to treat their clients right as they need more improvement in customer service and public relations.

All they do is call me multiple times regarding about how I owe them money. After many phone calls and reasons about payments in which they agreed upon, they still call me. They need to learn that paying bills and other payments are not easy and were all working very hard to pay bills. Either learn to treat your clients right or hope the authorities takes action against this company and brings it down.

Also, All these 5 star reviews that I see from this company employees indicating how good their work is, like nobody cares at all. What's important is the kind of service they provide to their clients and how they treat their clients. I would never end up working for this company at all.

Forgot about a bill while on vacation. A collector called me and explained what happened to my account. The lady on the phone was very helpful with instructions. Paid it right away and called back with a confirmation number. Easy transaction!

These people call my poor grandparents house all hours of the day and night everyday and when they answer hang up and call from different numbers everytime I block the last one. They are calling for my brother who doesnt live here and has never lived here so they just recieved a really nasty call from me

Nice friendly people. Every day I hear from John or Susan and we discuss my life in general, fishing, snorkeling, kayaking etc... Then after making small talk I advise them that life is great living high off the hog and that I will yet again change my phone number so they can't find me! Vicious cycle..

Hi! My name is Latoya Smith. I am a full time agent and have been with Gatestone & company for the past 3 months. My first 2 weeks was challenging and nerve wrecking, however my Supervisors and QA Analyst had faith in me and said I can do this. That motivated me, and each day I start with a positive attitude. I loved the flexibility of the shift, not to mention the possibility of growth within the company. I loved working with the customers getting their issues resolved and the joy that they have when the call has ended.

I have worked for Gatestone for almost 8 year. I have it's up and down like most places but mostly up. I have worked with some great people over the years and some amazing managers especially Gary and Dave who have always been very accommodating and understanding on their employee's when need be.

The staff is unfriendly and very rude. They talk to you like you are beneath others because you owe money. Everyday they call me for credit card payment which I have nothing to do with and I am sure that they probably have me mistaken for someone else as I do not have any credit card at all. I just received a call from this company. They were looking for an individual who has the same initials as me, and they claimed to be representing BMO. When I spoke to a representative they asked for my name and phone number when it was them who called me. The individual they were supposedly looking for is a female of whom I have no knowledge. I have asked them to remove our number from their list.

I received a notice of Default and Recovery Division Gatestone & co inc. at 180 Duncan Mill Road #300. It was Rogers Communications Canada for $430.41. This is a FRAUD. Bottom of the notice say "YOU MAY PAY THIS ACCOUNT BY CERTIFIED CQ, MONEY ORDER, VISA-MASTER CARD OR WESTERN UNION" "VISA STATEMENT WILL INDICATE PAYMENTS MADE TO SALMA SHEIKH IN TRUST". DO NOT PAY TO THIS COMPANY ITS FAKE. I wish I have option to rate this company ZERO.

People are great and considerate, they offer good quality of service, they are responsive on answering queries and solved issues on work.

Had a utility bill go to collections years ago (2015 or so) paid it off at a later date and the collection was recalled from Gatestone. They left a mark on my credit (Equifax) and are refusing to remove it claiming "they can't" even though I have a letter from the original debtor stating it was paid and by their own admission "they are no longer involved" been hung up on, shuffled around, etc with no recourse except filing an Equifax Dispute which of course is a huge pain compared to just some half decent service.

My experience here working at at icon for our kohl s company is like everyone else , to be honest at first i was nervous at first because i was thinking to my self i am back here at a call center after 7 years , but i said hey i did this before i can make a career again and reach to the top as a team lead again , as i went through my training and went up on my department floor i made my mistakes of course familiarizing with the campaign and then i gained backed my confidence and want to excel in this campaign , the surrounding is improved the department has great potential for us to make it bigger and for more open opportunities.my experience so far here is opened minded but as good intentions of being here and growing in this company campaign ,but the experience is thrilling and happy to see we can be apart of the campaign to grow together

Great people, good team leaders and managers. The work isn't extremely hard but enjoyable. If you make a mistake they do not take a punitive stance on the matter, in fact they coach you to help improve yourself and your performance.
