So I'm getting calls from Gatestone on behalf of TD Bank, I have a car loan through TD Bank so thought it was a sales pitch at first, I didn't respond, I knew my payments were in order. Then I started to receive more and more demanding messages, finally I contacted them and they wanted personal information but not would tell me why, I refused to provide them with my personal information. I contacted TD Bank and asked them why Gatestone were contacting me,and leaving these demanding messages on my phone, I was advised by TD that they had the wrong person!!! Why would a reputable bank use such a disorganized company

its unfortunate that such kind of company don't have an email for easy communication.

Excellent team leaders to learn from that will keep you challenged and motivated. I learned quite a lot at my time at Gatestone and would highly recommend anyone who is interested in this field. The work culture is great and everyone is easy to approach.

Worst service, they are thieves i settled a BMO account with them at that time they told me that everything is paid , after a month i got letter from BMO regarding unpaid balance of 293$. I am trying to call my case agent from last two months unable to get hold on her. Her name is tanya. They are totally fraud never sended any letter for what i paid. Just pickup the call and let me know if i have to pay that amount.

Gatestone is a call centre..one of the more upscale call centres I have visited.

Gatestone has been a great place to work. With any growing company, there have been moments of stress. But through strong leadership and a clear mission, Gatestone has been an amazing place to work. The challenges are daily and varied and leave me satisfied. I have grown a lot working here and see a lot of potential for more in the future.

Trying to get in touch with them regarding my payment for collection for two weeks everyday and still I can't reach them.

Working at Gatestone being a honor and privilege. It feel part of a family and co-work and Manager welcomes you to Kohl's and want you to feel the love and care for you to grow at Gatestone. Everyone assist each other once we are struggling and no one is left behind. And so far I have being enjoying working with Kohl's and want to continue work with and grow with Gatestone in any form of way. It was not a regrettable decision I made in my life for working with Kohl's.

It is very unfortunate that absolutely no one is able to answer my emails or phone calls. I will be contacting city tv news as well as Transunion Canada and Equifax. I will aslo make sure I contact Metro Police and their fraud department. Very unprofessional on all of your behalf s. Mr, Chaz and Mrs Barrow, you both are very quick to collect money and make deals, but you lack people skills, communication skills, and most definitely education!

THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER,
Never ever use their services, we used a lawyer name vini, literally don t know how she is a lawyer, explained to her many times over email and call still no results. Tries to avoid you and never responds properly or does what you paid her to do.

I don t know who is running this company but there is a reason that you have 2* all around and you need to re evaluate who is working for you.

From the receptionist to the lawyers everything just horrible .

i settle down my payment for more than a 6 months , and its still showing my credit history that i didnt pay it, i had to call them back and talk to an agent, and she confirm that they will remove it , but dont know when , the agent that i talked to is totally not professional , and not know about it any thing and doesnt care

I am going on my 18th year with Gatestone and that in itself speaks for itself. I love working here, the people are great, the environment is state-of-the-art and the location is great!

Unprofessional. Uneducated people run the company. Needless to say, their unrully behavior and treatment towards employees are a reflection of their dictatorship corporate culture. What can be expected from an organization whose owner is a school dropout.

Working Gatestone & Co. can be boring for someone with creativity, and a drive to do more in life. Management is horrible, for them all employees are just numbers, they could care less about you. They lie about what you're going to make and pay you less when you're in. There is no long term outlook at this place.

If they send you to Kalls department with Mr Louis Kokalari, then, AVOID working for GATESTONE!!!Louis Kokalari at Kahls department is the worst manager whatsoever.

If the supervisor does not like you, they can terminate the employee at any time without cause which can lead to vulnerable women with children and single mothers to loose their jobs easily.

Their training are very disorganized, trainees were unable to access their computer's software & tools to practice or train on it.

Now I understand why the staff does not last at Kahls department; they continuously recruiting and training new masses of people, and the HR are continuously offering cash rewards to employees with seniority to bring new people.

I can't say that I've had many WOW moments in my experience when dealing with a company but let me just say, a WOW moment happened today and I'll remember it forever.

Customer care was so so for an interview but then taking a whole two months to let me know if I got the job of not lead me to look else where. And I ended up getting a better job with way better pay. Definitely follow up with applicants as they are sometimes valuable.

I've worked at this company for the last few years in a number of different roles with a number of different individuals. It is the best agency I have worked for and I've worked for a few. Great people and great growth opportunity.

Will be always greatful to gatestone since it's my first job in Canada. Honestly I had decided to stay here for a short period of time but I m here for more then a year and have no complaints, since my colleagues have become my family.

I really appreciate the fact how the superiors have your back and check up on you often. This explains a lot about the company and how they beleive in keeping their employees happy.

The perfect place to turn a job into a career. Several current employees joined this organization to fill in a short-term employment need and it turned out to be over a decade of employment for them, or in some cases, over 20 years. People don't stay if they don't like where they work! There are plenty of examples of employees that joined at a junior role and have organically grown into leadership roles and other key positions within the organization. Tons of internal referrals from existing employees, a true testament that highlights the overall level of satisfaction from our staff. Senior and executive leadership is always supportive and constantly mentoring for growth.

These guys have happy, long-term employees - this makes the client experience amazing. Good job Gatestone!!

My experience for working with gatestone has been really good till now. The work environment and the management has been really understanding no matter what the situation is. There is a scope of good growth too and your efforts are appreciated in one or other. The company appreciates open communication and follows a rule of constructive feedback. Its a good start to your career and you can never get bored of the work environment and place.

This company hires from the bottom of the barrel. Unprofessional, rude, unintelligent, and just plain unpleasant human beings are made to call and harass people. Do not answer unless you want to have a conversation where you can't ask a question, and have to divulge every personal detail of your life for them to analyze and criticize.

Only open while I'm at work. Sent me a letter in French the English side had someone else's info, wonder if she got my info in French.

Called me to look for a person who I do not know and once I kindly asked them to remove my number off of their list, they called me 5 minutes after. I called back and spoke to the "agent" and she hanged up on me after speaking in a very rude and dis-respectable tone. I'm starting to feel like this company is a scam. Please stay away from this bullshit company.
