I've been here for almost a year now and feels like been here for years...It's an honor to be part of this company that really value and cares for their employees.

HR teams are great in processing newly hire. People are very professional, they teach and support their newcomers.

its a wonderful & exciting company to work with. the job aspect is new to me so i find my self very motivated to do it. i look forward to being a great asset to the company & make it an even better one.

Management listens to staff comments, suggestions and requests in our LOB. Supportive and understanding during the current situation.

Trash website for a payment company. whoever made the site was not paid well cause it's so out dated and makes no sense

I worked here part-time while I was at school. The team was very accommodating to my schedule and I had a lot of fun working there. I would definitely recommend working here and getting exposure into the industry.

I love that the work experience helps to maintain and develop skills that can be used in all aspects of my life. The work environment is also very encouraging and professional. It is one of the few work places that allows employees to excel and grow.

This job is a blessing for me. Gatestone has given me so much in past 8 months that I could never forget. My confidence my personality has completely changed now from introvert to extrovert. Thank you is a small word for Gatestone because this company has brought my precious smile back

I was happy at first with this company for being understanding and helping me pay my debt in full however they never took it off my credit score and its been 4 months of calling to get this resolved as I paid everything and have the letter proving it all and yet it is still continuing to damage my score. mixed review I guess till this is fixed

Worst company ever, they have the rudest most uneducated staff that I ve ever seen, they called me about this money I owed to a company and the lady I was talking to I think her name was deshuna or something like that and she was being super rude and breaking the rules as I know my rights telling me to beg my friends and family for money was one of them. Another one she broke was by threatening me there s much more I can list. Anyways worst collection company in the world, hire better people who have decent custmor service and who know how to respect people s rights

Every time I remember that some people who work here have actually been in the company for 8 years, 15 years, and even 35 years I get to appreciate how Gatestone values loyalty, and integrity most of all.

A business organization that is continually expanding worldwide should be a good workplace to learn and grow professionally in.

Fake collection company that will not answer your calls making it impossible to pay them. I believe it was setup by Shaw in an attemp to destroy people's credits on purpose.

Rude, ignorant, keeps hanging up on me when I try to find out the claim against me. Called back 5 times spoke to supervisor Sang Quach and he keeps being rude to me and hanging up and won't confirm claim against me.

Called in to pay out my balance in full, and I was treated horribly
by staff that are trained to be aggressive and mean to all callers.
Reporting this type of business to BBB and the RCMP.

My experience being there was awesome, love the atmosphere. The people and the surroundings was surreal very courteous, mannerly, helpful and very clean. I love it!!!

To start off with unfortunately Google does nt have an option of giving 0 stars that's the only reason I am forced to give ths so called company 1 star.

Lets begin .... i did work here for a few months.Initially it ws kool bt a after a few days I cud understand its nt a place stay back. Generally companies promote employees based on the performance here employees get promoted when they are thr bosses pet. Its absolutely insane.

Every supervisor here behaves as if he owns the company there is absolutely no help from them. Thr job is to boss around and roam in the office for no reason.( one of the supervisor goes to every workstation to find candies , as soon as he finds a candy he stays there eats it and moves to the next desk) .Thr is only one supervisor who is actually helpful and he makes sure that his team is doing things rite, his name is Mario.(If you work for ths company hope you land up in Mario's team)

This office is political play ground. If your boss does nt like you you might be written up if you use the washroom.

Join this company if you dont have a job or if your looking out for a job.It sucks.

One of the worst companies I've ever come across in my life. They will make you go thru the entire interview & selection process just to find out that at their office they have no idea who is managing who & then their response goes like "Go talk to whoever you talked to"

very rude on the phone. they talk down to you. leave rude vm messages on my phone, accusing me of lying to them. they even came to my work and tried to stalk me while i was on paternity leave.

I worked for this company and can tell you people who call them a scam this is a bonfied collection agency who represents the Bank of America and other financial institutions to whom people owe money to they do first and third party collections for said companies yes they have a very high turn over because the work environment is fast pace and people have a hard time keeping up but I never had issues with management .

This is the worst company that I ever experienced in my life. I wish I could give them zero star as they don't deserve a single star at all while I am writing this review.

Everyday the call me regarding about owing them payments and they are not very nice to me when they communicate with me through the phone. They seem to pick on the poor or middle class as they look down on me and they act like they are the authorities around.

They need to start treating their clients nicely and they can't just call me whenever they want to, they need rules, schedules and discipline. They need to know that we are not rich and they should not rush us for money and needs to have patients as we are doing our best to pay our bills.

My advice to everyone who has credit card or other bills is to pay your bills on time, avoid any single missed payments and not to be less than minimum payment so you don't end up dealing with this company.

Honestly I don't know how anyone, especially other organizations, can stand this company as they are not nice to their clients just like they were not nice to me and they provide horrible service.

The government or the authorities seriously needs to do something about this company.

Worked here when I was younger and the management team is amazing. Very understanding and accommodating. Always loked forward to going back just to say hello to staff. Good place to start and work your way up!

have dealt with them found that standing firm also cannot contact you at anytime and only three times a week. Can protect yourself as well by sending them a cease and desist letter and they can only contact you by mail. You can get help with this letter on line have used this and found it to be effective to the point they have sort of begged me to release them from this letter promising to behave in the future of course I didn't they cannot ignore this letter of face criminal charges I would encourage everyone to do this send it registered mail; requiring a signature as proof of them receiving it.

I agree....total scam...very rude. Receptionist even gave me the wrong web site address. I'm not even sure this a real company.

I commend the company for how they handled the pandemic with their staff. Not only did they set up everyone they could to work from home. When certain portfolios were suspended. They moved those staff to other departments to try to avoid any layoffs.

It s been more than a year I am working in this company and I feel it is one of the best place to work at. A multicultural environment where you make some amazing friends, build connections, and have growth in career.

When it comes to call centers I always think of never seeing myself there.
With a open mind and a heart , I say " they are some really good people there and heart welcoming customer. Customers are so willing to open up to you without saying anything to them, they are so kind hearted and with only months, you already love it. The good thing is that we all are family and we have a lot of team work. Also treat others with respect and know that their is a consequences for your bad doings. When it comes to improvement with company I have no comments , we are not perfect but we are striving for it and I am seeing this company very close to it. This makes me highly recommend Gate stone as one of the best call center there is.

i have been with gate stone for almost 2 years and am 100 % satisfied with their company, they have the best customer service, they always try their best to find the best option for your account even in delinquent status i highly recommend gate stone to my friends and family

They are attempting to collect for a claimed 20 year old debt with RBC. RBC can not confirm the debt as they only retain 7 years of records. This is when I called the RBC number provided in Gatestones demand letter. When I call RBC directly at the number i got off google they claim there is no debt on record. When I contact Gatestone they can not give me details about the debt. Gatestone claims it is a approx 100 debt and with Gatestones interest charges comes to closer to 400. I have 2 days to pay by e transfer or wire transfer directly at RBC. This place is not a real collection agency and seems to be a scam might be affiliated with a terrorist faction . Ill be reporting to RCMP fraud investigations and my lawyer. Simply disgusting that places like are allowed to be open this long

Payd account never send the letter to Equifax 3 year's after give the f... around compagnie got sold never finish the paper work for Equifax 3years whit this on file finally speak manager send the letter bad services

If I could give them -0 stars I would. They sent me a letter for an outstanding balance I owe. It took several calls & messages before I could speak to someone and make a payment arrangement. Right away all they wanted was my bank account # to make automatic withdrawls !! No ...so I asked for another option...they said set up an account at my bank with their name GATESTONE and an account # that I could deposit the payments into. Well... the person I delt with on the phone gave me 2 different account # (which didn't match the reference number like it should have in my letter) and finally after contacting the person again they gave me the right one. I said I would rather go and give my $ directly to the company I owe, and still respect the payment arrangements I made with Gatestone especially since I was given 2 different account # I didn't know where my $ was actually going !?? Very unproffessional! She said I could do that if I wanted to, then asked me to give her the other 2 wrong account # she had given me before..I declined and said that when we call the company they state "that all calls are recorded for security purposes" so in fact she should already have this information. Very unproffessional company and not very thourough with their information they provide, but very insistant on taking your personal banking # & personal info..

I've been working from a very young age but I must say that I've gained the BEST experience working with Gatestone & Co. Inc. Even though it's a very busy environment, it's also a learning environment . We work with something new everyday and that for sure keeps our minds busy. I'm so glad that I jumped ship from my last position and came here. Gatestone & Co. Inc consist of great people alongside great technology . Honestly, I see all these posts about how awful this company is and how the staff is so rude. I have nothing but good things to say! They were very polite and understanding. I was able to pay the amount in full. They showed sympathy and compassion as well as offered me advice to create a better credit score for myself. I not only spoke with general employees but supervisors as well.

Sheena the front desk lady. I believe she is blind and deaf. I went there for HR information. I stood there for 20 min thought she will respond in some time but she was not responding then i started saying excuse me i waived hand in front her so that she sees me i did that for at least 10 times no response at all. I never saw in Canada such a behaviour. The person is right in front of you but not responding at all behaving like there is no one there. where are we living OMG i couldn't believe my self. She is unfit for the Job. So Rude . It is a customer service company first they need to train her how to do customer service. I don t know how company is bearing her. Most rude person i ever saw. She should learn some manners. Company could save money by just keeping dummy plastic human in that chair.

The customer service is terrible. You can keep calling them again, and they will not even bother to reply to your emails or messages. It's a complete waste of time.

Went there for a job interview. They ran over an hour late and didn't even have the courtesy to let me know if I got the job or not, and when I asked for feedback my request was ignored.

Not a very great place as they don't pay well. Management and overall working environment is not that great.

Very unfriendly staff. Not willing to make payment options. They want me to apply for a loan against my home or go to a private lender and pay 39% interest for t years just so i can pay them. This is not helping me. If I was able to do that in the first place you we wouldn't be having this discussion now. 1 star is too much.

Here is my honest opinion for this company , Google rating of this company is fake they ask employees to write a review and they provide $50 gift card to their employees, Worst place to work they are only paying $14.25 minimum wage and making commission from employees wages, These people exploiting new immigrants those who are looking for getting PR they hired them and pay minimum wage.

I find that this company provide a comfortable workspace for it's employees. It's a very promising place for someone who is ambitious and looking to start a career. I find the interaction to be fluid and flexible which allows for a great employee experience

as i been working here at Gates tone , i can say it was a really great experience. what i like is bonding with my customers, when some of them are on the phone with you, and they are telling you their stories, its like you can relay with them and feel what they are feeling.. sometimes you can go home and still have these people on your mind..

The staffs and managements are very friendly. Great place to work.
