Completely unprofessional, as they are scammers. They called my cousin with the caller ID saying "Bell Collections", then when you call back they say "American Express". We have advised the General Counsel of Bell to their shenanigans and suggested that he send them a cease and desist letter and pursue them for damages. Never answer a number you do not know. Scammers will never leave their number.
