Sales reps are very nice, but I think they are a little over worked. I am a returning customer and each time I come back to look at a vehicle the service gets worse. It has been nearly a week since I have asked for numbers for 2 vehicles I was looking to purchase from Gary Lang. That is no longer in the cards since the current sales rep has not provided me with the info I desire. I do not think it is the customers responsibility to have to keep asking for the numbers for a vehicle that they are interested in purchasing. There are other good GM dealerships out there that want your business. Unfortunately this is not one of them. I cannot in good faith promote a local dealership to friends and family openly knowing that I am completely dissatisfied with my experience. Avoid the headache of dealing with this auto group and take your money to a dealership who will value you as a customer.

I have had multiple reccurances with Gary Lang on how my vehicle was being serviced. I would get very fustrated with the deficiency of quality service along with the insufficiency of customer satisfactory standards. However; I must say this though, Tim (GMC, Cadillac Manager) was able to turn things around immediately when he caught wind of my situation. Tim personally contacted me and took the time to listen to my concerns and discrepancies. He then came up with alternative solutions and was able to successfully executed it in a timely manner. My vehicle was finally fixed and I am completely satisfied with the results. If you ever feel that you are mistreated, misunderstood, or mislead, I highly recommend you seek out Tim. Tim will do his very best to make things right and to earn your business if he was still working there.

excellent service all around, Cody, Joe Dix, Jerry, and Josh were great. Could not believe how quickly it took to get everything done. We were in and out in less than 2 hours. All the staff were very professional, and really seemed to care about us not just the sale. It was Cody's idea to trade up, and I'm glad he came to us. I will recommend Gary Lang to all my friends and associates. Very high quality service. thank you.

I have never had such a pleasant car purchasing experience, buying a new car is a large expense and can be a stressful purchase. This was my first time using Gary Lang and I have never worked with a salesman that was so accommodating and helpful. Chris and I communicated via email for almost a week answering all of my questions. so that when we came in we were ready to simply pick the car we wanted and make the purchase. The finance person was also very helpful, he actually saved us 4% in our interest rate by informing us that there were special pricing programs with some car manufacturers over others which helped us select the car that met the needs for our family. We now own a 2014 Kia Forte

They sent me a link to review my purchase, and just like all the other foul-ups the link was to Buick...I bought a Cadillac,,,,,Heres my review moved here.......All my life I drove a truck..retired I finally wanted my very own new car, a Cadillac. I wanted to buy from the closest dealer to me, I like staying local. Turns out to be the worst buying experience I ever had. I don t believe they have any respect for the Cadillac part of their dealership it s more like a space filler for their 8 dealers in 1
I knew more about the Cadillac than they did.
I left day 1 went home did more research and came back on day 2 and bought a car based on that research, they didn t sell me a car I sold myself a car. Shame is I don t have a service department so now I m on my own.

Truth be told everyone I dealt with dropped the ball somehow, no single person was outstandingly bad, it was a sum of the total, The only real important thing to them , and they made it very clear, was that they needed a perfect review to Cadillac,

I reached out to these people, left them a hand written note they never returned my call. Cadillac is a fine car, go somewhere and buy one just not here.

They basically haven t lived up to one single promise, and it s not over.

I have purchased 2 cars from Gary Lang. My most recent one I purchased was a Kia. Customer Service had personally called me to let me know there were 2 recalls on the car. As soon as I came in, I was taken care of by Aaron Grassel, whom was extremely friendly and hooked me up. He got me out of the service center quick so I could make my doctor's appt.

They had the best price for the make and model we wanted (Jeep Liberty) and the staff is always great. Ed Chambers is the best car salesman around - friendly, attentive, professional and more importantly he s honest. We ll be buying another car next month and Gary Lang is the only place for us.

Horrible communication. Came in to get my car radio diagnosed, was advised that it was under my warranty plan, we scheduled a time for it to be replaced. When I came in to get my radio installed, they installed it, then finally came to get my to tell me that the work was completed, and presented me with a bill for $100. After speaking to several different service agents, I was surprised to learn this. Not one person alerted me of any charges. In fact, when I scheduled my first appointment, I was told I would have zero liability. Don't come here for service unless you want to get ripped off.

I had an appointment for an oil change this past Saturday 6/2/18. When I arrived, they claimed that they didn't have an appointment for me. I showed them the confirmation email that clearly showed that I DID have an appointment. They back tracked saying that, of course they would "take care of me". This was my first oil change since purchasing my car at Gary Lang, so it was "complimentary". I was also supposed to get a car wash with my oil change. But I was told "because of the weather" they were not going to wash it. (It was cloudy. Not raining.) My guess is because they weren't expecting me and because it was free, they didn't want to do more than they needed to do. Won't be using Gary Lang Service again. Also, this was not my first bad experience with the service department. And since I've only used it twice, that isn't saying much. Would not recommend to friends and family either.

Recently bought a used 2015 Chevy from these guys. Was a pretty good experience, our salesman was Bill Ciszon, he was a decent guy. The only complaint I had was it took quite a long time to get all the paperwork signed, other than that we had a good experience. As I was leaving he was showing my wife how to use all the electronics stuff in the car, I thought that was cool because I read so many reviews on here saying they were crappy and don't care about customers, we didn't see that. Also we had to go get an additional key a couple days later and the service guy gave my wife a new GM key and we had agreed to take a cheaper aftermarket key, even though I wasn't paying I understand they wanted to save money too, but they did it to make her happy , and they washed it too, I would recommend these guys.

Our experience was one of the best car buying experiences we've had. Our salesman, Bill Ciszon, was great. Very helpful, not pushy, nothing like all my past car salesman experiences. The whole staff was very upbeat, courteous and accommodating. The process was also much quicker than the usual 4-5 hour nightmare. We will most certainly be back for any future auto purchases.

So far, NOT so good. Tempted to give a 1* but been there only twice and unfortunately they are the only local Subaru dealer and we own 5 Subarus so I think our paths may cross again and I hope for better results. First time there, the service tech Sh.Ri. had my tires chirping as he pulled the vehicle into the shop bay which was very unnecessary and unappreciated. ( my wife witnessed the heavy acceleration and w reckless driving and was in awe!...not hot asphalt as Gary Lang would like to explain it as) I provided diagnostic work up from another mechanic as well as full print outs as to all of the service bulletins pertaining to my problem. (This mechanic didn't want to charge me for something he believed would be covered under recall) ShRi told me he would investigate, when he would call, what he would look into... Little of the communication I was told to expect occurred and after a week of sitting on the car and getting no feedback, I took it back and took it to another mechanic that had me running proper in a few hours. 2nd visit wasn't as bad, but still an annoyance... took a different car in for recall work. I was informed that one recall would apply but the other would not be honored because my VIN number didn't come up even though my vehicle had the exact problem. I told the tech that I would like a quote to repair anyway as I figured it would be best to fix it while it was there...I wait for a call for the quote and instead get a call saying it's ready to be picked up. I didn't challenge or question it after my first bad experience... I just picked up the car hoping I dont need to go back. I was an easy fix that only took a new belt and 20 minutes, but I would have paid for the convenience to just have it done.

When searching for a used Jeep, Gary Lang was suggested. I test drove a 2011 Jeep Wrangler with 43,000 miles. The breaks squeaked a bit, but the dealer said that they would not replace them & the brakes would be on the buyer to repair. We repaired the front breaks, but I was still hearing a squealing noise from the rear, so I took it in, to have the rear breaks looked at. Upon inspection of the rear breaks, it was discovered that the entire rear end of the vehicle needed to be replaced, which would cost right around $4,000. Now, I would not be complaining if this were a junker car that had extremely high mileage, or if I had not paid much for the car, but neither of the those two things are the case. Overall, I am very disappointed that a "reputable" dealership would sell a used car that had problems that were this extensive, without notifying the buyer. I guess I learned my lesson about buying used and trusting a car dealership.

He was absolutely fantastic and worked with the banks etc... made it happen. I'm incredibly happy with the care and even more impressed with Ricardo service. I booked a spot at 7:30 a.m. for 12,000 mile service on our Subaru Legacy along with service for a recall notice requiring reprogramming of the Eyesight feature. The work was done in an hour including running the car through the car wash. Fast, efficient service.

I was very impressed as usual. I brought my vehicle in for an oil change which was free because of the new car purchase in 2014. The service department comjpleted the oil change and multi-point inspection and even found a small problem with a blocked port on the windshield washer. Now that might not sound like much, but consider how small a detail this was. The service rep did an excellent job asking me if I had any questions or comments, and additionally washed the vehicle before returning it to me. I did not expect that with the free oil change. Nice work service group

My father and I called to inquire about a vehicle I saw online. We talked to Sarah who told us yes we have that car, with those miles, and even quite a few more in many colors in the same price range. We explained that we would be driving an hour and a half so we wanted her to make sure. She did so and assured us that they had the exact car I was looking for. After an hour and a half drive we spoke to a salesmen Tom. Tom explained that they did in fact have the car I saw online. Only problem was instead of 7 miles it had over 3000! Turns out it was a loner car (aka the car everyone at the dealership beats the hell out of for the entire year). I asked about all the other cars that Sarah said they had but it turns out that was also a lie to get me in the door. The only cars they had that I would have been interested in were also loners. We complained to the manager who said it wasn't his fault. Great managing... We called to complain but no one cared. Over 3 hours driving and 45 minutes at the dealership for nothing. All because they care about getting people in the door more then customer service.

Went there looking to buy a Kia telluride but they sold the one we wanted the night before. Ended up buying a Chevy traverse instead. We were treated well by all the people we dealt with. Sorry to Chris that we didn't buy the Kia. Big thanks to Izzy our Chevy salesman. Don't know if we got a good deal or not and dont care. Update 8-16-18.. After leaving the below review, our salesman Josh contacted us. He advised us that the three employees mentioned below were no longer with the dealership and left shortly after our purchase. Josh spoke with the general manager on our behalf and he sent us a rear cargo mat for our inconvenience. Gary lang auto group stepped up and made things right. We will shop with them again in the next couple years.

We recently purchased a 2018 Acadia from Gary Lang Auto Group at the end of May. Our Salesman, Josh, was excellent. He kept us up to speed on our purchase whether in person or via calls or texts. He did a great job and took care of us the entire time. We believe highly in customer loyalty and stayed with one dealer for 20 years till now. Our former dealer could not compete with the final price we received at Gary Lang Auto Group. The overall price was worth the hour drive.

The reason for the low marks are these. When we were turned onto Gary Lang, we received emails and phone calls from Jackie, customer service rep, stating the sales manager Tim would be working with us personally to win our business. Well, we never met Tim until we agreed on a price. Tim then came over and introduced himself to us. We did not appreciate this type of sales tactic. A couple days after the sale was finalized, I called back to cancel the extended warranty and spoke with Matt our finance rep. He also informed me that our down payment check had been lost. He asked that I bring over another check. I stopped the original check which they agreed to reimburse us. I took the hour drive back over to Gary Lang and brought another check. I asked Matt how the dealership was going to take care of us for this inconvenience, hoping for something as simple as a vehicle accessory. After a few minutes, he spoke with Tim who said they would send us a couple of $50 gas cards for our inconvenience which I thought was fair. Well as of today, August 11, 2018, we have not received those gas cards.

On July 12, 2018, I sent Kim, customer relations manager, an email discussing our experience both the good and the bad. Again, as of this date, she has not responded to my email.

I will give Gary Lang Auto Group credit for their pricing, but the tactics used in the long run were not appreciated.

The Boys at Gary Lang earned our trust, business, and loyalty... My wife and I couldn't have been happier with the good treatment we recieved in purchasing a 2018 Chevy Traverse for the family. GSM Jerry Spanier really impressed us so much, we never felt pressured and had no reservations about buying from Gary Lang... we certainly recieved the best car for the best value and will only shop with them for our vehicles in the future.

Jesse's sales process worked very well for me. Did what we could over the phone and the rest in text. I didnt have a ton of time to spend on getting a new vehicle and he made it very easy to get to the finish line fast. My trade in was valued appropriately. When I called around to other dealerships the sales folks would tell me to take the deal I had in front of me if it was really that good. I guess their saying is accurate in my case....if it doesnt say Gary Lang on the back you probably paid too much

My father in law is on hospice and bedridden. When I stopped and chatted with him today he stated he wanted to buy a new convertible camero so he can go on a road trip. (Unrealistic, due to the fact he can not even stand on his own) so leaving his house I started thinking what would make him smile? (Obviously his spirit is down) so I figured.. what the heck, I m going to give it my best shot. I pulled into Gary Lang and walked to the door and immediately greeted by Jeff Vicari. I told him our story and asked if he could help make someone s day? Jeff without one ounce of hesitation said give me a minute, he then pulled around a blue convertible camero and looked at myself and my aunt and said let s go ladies. We get in the car and he said where are we going? We proceeded to give him the address, he drove right to the patio door. I can only tell you how big my father in laws smile was, he asked if that was his. (lol) my point of this review is to express my gratitude to Jeff, he could have said NO, he could have thought - this is not a sale, why would I waste my time? But he didn t.... he said if I can give someone a ounce of hope and a smile and it costs nothing, why wouldn t I? This is my thank you to you Jeff! The world needs more people like you! Dear Gary Lang, please make sure Jeff gets the recognition he sooo deserves.
