Fantastic hotel located next to huge Kid valley mall. Lots of shopping and food choices. Room is spacious and clean. Staff is knowledgeable and professional. Recommended

The view is amazing. I love the outdoor garden located on sixth floor of the mall, I think.

Comfortable rooms and a good japanese food restaurant on premise. Connected to the mall with easy access to many more restaurants and shopping. Beer prices in hotel are a bit crazy,but can always head to one of the restaurants in the mall complex.

An exceptional hotel! We stay in this hotel every time when we are in KL. The service is incredible & prompt. Their professionalism is on point. The decor is modern and appealing. The main highlight for us is that this hotel is connected to the Mid Valley Mall, which is very convenient to go shopping when we need to.

This hotel is definitely a 5-star hotel, and this place deserves it!

The room is nice, neat, clean. And the ppl also very nice there.

I had stay one night here for my 20th wedding anniversary and it was wonderful stay. The housekeeping team Suzana, Rafida and Musliana did some lovely decoration to my room (Flower, Ballon, Note message) Love it! We received a lovely cake in the room from GRO Team, Fauzan and Zalilah as a compliment for our anniversary. Feel warm!Many thanks all of you, to making our wedding anniversary celebration memorable special, we'll never forgot. Highly recommended for this Hotel. Great location for shopping, quick check in, friendly staff, nice room and big, comfortable bed....will come back to stay.

I love everything in the executive lounge, it was one of the best executive lounge that i have visited. Unfortunately the bath tub was disappointing. The water is yellow. It was late night when i came to notice that the water is yellow, called up maintenance to fix but to no solution. Have to go two different room before getting a room with least problem (the water still light yellow but have to accept it as it is 1am in the morning on valentine's night). The duty manager told me that it might be the lighting, so i put it in a glass and put it next to a glass of mineral water. Besides, I think the room is old, perhaps a good revamp would help improve the standard. After checking out, i request for compensation from the hotel, the hotel advise that i have accepted the room thus no compensation will be allocated. It was disappointing but Agoda has solution for its loyal customer. Would always recommend Agoda but not the hotel.

This is my hotel of choice whenever I'm in KL. The rooms are clean, spacious, quiet and well equipped. Breakfast buffet has good food options as well. For those who love a workout whenever they travel will enjoy the gym here too.

Rooms are well kept and are a decent size. Gym is quite big for a hotel and is open 24 hours. Great buffet breakfast.

The food is lousy but waiters are helpful and friendly.

Comfortable room Great gym Fully equipped Outdoor swimming pool. There is a big mall nearby. It is very convenient to eat. The location of the traffic is also very good. About RM 15 from Central Station.

Great rooms, very comfortable furniture, high quality bathrooms. The gym is amazing for a hotel gym and the pool very clean and great place to just sit and relax. The area overall is quiet, and safe. MidValley shopping mall only 3 mins walk away and open late for everything you could need.

It's such a perfect hotel if you're just like staying in the hotel or love shopping! It has gorgeous view and lovely breakfast, and the mall is just downstairs!!

I have no idea why the lobby is out of lights. Isn't a good impression for first timer. Room is big, was a suite. Well designed, comfortable.

Room interior are very nice, I like the material and the colour. Cleaningness of the room is generally very good, even though some grout lines are darkened in the bathroom if you look in detail.
It is also connected to one of the nicest mall in KL. You can spend a lot of time shopping and relaxing.

The rooms kinda aged.... For rates below RM 200 perhaps it's acceptable

It's a 4 and a half star rating. Not the best in the area, but one of the few good ones. Hotel focus enough on maintenance therefore does not reveal its true age. In general well kept and up to date. Room is large and bed is on the soft side. WiFi works well. No hotel parking, but can park at premiere zone and pay 5rm complementary per exit; only valid if u collect a parking slip during entry, not applicable for touch n go.

The room is large, there is a bathtub, the facilities are a bit old, and the overallity is good.

Overall, the hotel does not deserve 5 stars. It is dirty and the staff do not fulfill their duties. I only received one bath towel and despite requests I did not get 2nd one.

Ok hotel. Has a nice small pool and a very good gym. Breakfast can be busy but a lot of choice. Only good when you need to be in this area.

Not Recommend for muslim Guest since the prayer room/surau always not available during Subuh,they said our surau only open during event.Same goes to cititel midvalley . 3 times experience this. there is certain reason why sometimes people are not comfortable to perform subuh prayer in rooms.(stay with non muslim colleague, dont have prayer clothes or telekung, dont want to disturb room partner, different space).one more thing very limited parking. need to write clearly in website or any other booking website/apps that you have very limited parking.. very dissapointed. thanks

The hotel and the residence are confused every time, and this is the hotel !! Good good.

I stayed here for 2 weeks. I found the room and facilities amazing. The options in breakfast are various and they change it daily. The staff is very courteous, I must say. I had cold and sore throat one day and I called reception to check if they have any medicines. They had none. However, they sent someone to adjacent mall and got some generic antibiotic for me.

As I am an indian vegetarian, I could not find more than 2 indian vegetarian dishes in their restaurant's menu. For meat lovers, there were plenty of options.

Not reserved parking for those staying in the hotel.waited one hour for parking. Won't reserve the hotel anymore

Good hotel, not really Perfect but solid good. Strange things that taps a opened in the opposite direction, so be careful :). Nearby shopping centre is very convenient, also all sorts of restaurants and food courts are there. Recommended.

Have stayed here and at the Residence several times before so know what to expect. Room okay but nothing to get excited about. Handy for access to the shopping mall and food places.

Cleanliness good, rooms spacious but service sucks. Service not with a smile. Why are Malaysian hotels so bad with their service? I pay less for hotels overseas n receive much better service. Really disappointed with the price i am paying. Why choose to pay premium and not get served with a smile? Typical Malaysian

Great place for stay over with family. Rented one room suite, the room and living area is spacious and clean. It's directly connected with 2 shopping malls and is very convenient to get food! Will definitely recommend to all!

My favourite hotel for KL. Rooms are large and the bathroom large. Convenient too is the very large mall attached. Shopping banking and restaurants.

Its tricky .Not visitor friendly as took me like 40 min to find the enterance

The hotel room is very nice. Very spacious. The bathroom is very modern with the usual expectations. As for views, well from my side of the room, there is not much to see except the usual tall buildings.

The check-in process was rather disappointing. After delayed flight thanks to the always delay AirAsia, the chaotic immigration process at KLIA2 compounded by the rush hour traffic jam - the hotel check-in was 2pm. Having arrived at the hotel around 5pm, was informed my room not ready and have to wait till 6.30pm ... Really!!!!
