Excellent customer services. All staff are well trained.
Room interior are very nice, I like the material and the colour. Cleaningness of the room is generally very good, even though some grout lines are darkened in the bathroom if you look in detail.
It is also connected to one of the nicest mall in KL. You can spend a lot of time shopping and relaxing.
Will recommend to all friends.
