Love the hotel especially the fact that it is connected to good shopping malls. I would have given 5 stars if it was not for our bad experience with the hotel a/c which didn't work in one of our room and in the elevators which were constantly deprived of cold air! Otherwise, awesome place.

Stayed there several times. Rooms are pretty spacious and location is convenient. However there are several rooms I have stayed in where yellow water was coming out of the taps (possibly due to rusty pipes or something), water became clear after letting it run for a period of time.

Please note where to alight as there are two lobby for hotel and residences . I stayed at the residences side and room is big,spacious and comfy. Service staff is also very polite. Will definitely come back another time.

Enjoyed our stay. Friendly staff with good service. Food from the room service was beyond our expectation in terms of quality and also portion. Wifi here (or all hotels in KL?) is a bit frustrating as you have to reconnect every time.

A simply perfect hotel. A 3 night stay in Cottage 1. The cottages are adjacent to the main building and ours has a separate living room and bedroom, with a large veranda and a shared patio, which no one else seems to use. A very short walk to Duval Street makes it a perfect location.

Good location, though the road around Mid Valley is just stupid! Good rooms with a nice size and comfy bed. Showers are a pain though as the temperature fluctuates a lot so showering my little boy is like playing Russian Roulette!

OK - have to edit this review and take stars off it as, in the space of three days, housekeeping called me to say "your Do Not Disturb sign is on, would you like us to clean your room?" - uh, Do Not Disturb, genii!

Then, the next day, whilst getting breakfast, there was a cockroach running around on the yoghurt/breakfast cereal counter.

Finally, after trying to plug devices in to charge, I find that the bedside sockets rarely work and, in one room (we changed rooms), you had to let the plug sit slightly out of the socket to work. The bedside socket in the second room didn't work at all.

One week left to go so I'll update this review if there are any more developments...

Service is impeccable. Prompt and polite.
We stayed in their 2 bedroom suite.
It comes with a full sized kitchen and living and dinning area.
Wifi is good throughout the whole house. Compared to St Giles boulevard hotel, this wifi is so much better as it is auto log in each time u turn on your mobile phones.
Location is prime.
We will be switching from our usual Boulevtad hotel to this Gardens Residences in future when in KL, mid valley.

Nice Ballroom, good variety for the tea breaks. Especially the action stall, preparing the dishss hot for the guests. Lunch @ the outlet Spread was rather boring. Still good variety, but for 2 days, there were a few repetition in the menu. There was ice cream in the buffet spread unfortunately the ice cream quite quickly. Staff were courteous and friendly.

Nearby big shopping mall, the access to LRt still under construction. It will connect to LRT Station Abdullah Hukum

Good place I like it .. Close to every things I think .. But the room rate was not the same I booked it

My go to in mid valley KL. Get the room upgrade. Their satay and peanut sauce best I ever ever had anywhere. Friendly staff. Great choice.

Front desk and room service staff is excellent. If you are staying at this hotel for business and need to work after 10 pm - good luck! INTERNET SUCKS!!! .70+.90 Mbps speed after 10 pm. I complained for 7 straight days including a personal email to the country MD - James Lou and on duty manager "some Adnan guy" & still this didn't get resolved. I would never spend my money with this arrogant and rude management again. Even little motels have better management.

18/12 Edit - Mr. James Lou called me and fixed my issue within a day. Turns out the IT guy knew how to fix an issue. No more issues now.

Great place for shopping - high end and affordable ones. Wide range of food outlets.

Friendly staffs but management really need to overlook on their manpower...they are under staff, the other day it took me almost an hour to check in due to there's an unconsiderate client ahead me and only one check-in desk. Overall service superb, nice room and nice view.

Every single day, my family and I were VERY SPECIAL guests here. Every single one of the staff members were kind and met our needs with exceptional service. Sara, with out an H made us new life long friends. Giovanna was the image of how I wish everyone did their job each day! Rooms were exceptionally clean, every day.

I stayed here for 5 months, and I can say they do have very good service.

Security is great. Environment comfortable. Front desk is professional & excellent service.

A 5-stars for room cleanliness with odor free white bedsheet.
International breakfast is wonderful:
*grind n brew coffee machine
*patisseries are fresh , soft and delicious
*with gluten-free and vegetarian section

Hi Been hotel from 26th Dec pointed out cleaning in breakfast room table mats dirty and not changed, tables just given a very quick wipe over some time mats not lifted before wiping,
the beard glove very dirty asked staff with black hat to change he took it and walked off now no glove for bread cutting this was some days ago. Food not very nice looks like cutting price is more important. Now on to the bar what a funny set up we came in around 9pm with freinds ask for a bottle of brandy not possable out of stock in the end we drank what the bar had in stock, wife went toilet just before 10pm did not know the door to hotel closed at 10 so no card had to wait until let in, my guest had to go to toilet on floor 6 so they went home and we went to bed. This hotel is bed only for shopping Signed Guest R Carr

Guest hotel parking is same as garden mall customer. Not convinient

Great place with 3 malls adjacent to it. Restaurant serves great food. Love the place.

Location of the hotel is well placed. V convenient for travel, food, shopping. The room is clean n tidy. The check in is a bit slow otherwise it is v good

The reason why I give 2 is their cuatomer service especially the front desk. They are not friendly at all.

The room is ok. Design is quite nice. Toiletries also so so only.

The only good point of this hotel is their location which is just adjoining with the Garden midValley.

Other than that, not our fav hotel and might not come back.

But anyway, we enjoy ourself and we will be having a good year ahead. Yeay..

Hotel inside the mall, good rooms, average service, great view. Pricey. Lesser prices options available in the same mall.

This place is the most convenient place for me to stay as this is just a walking distance to the office where i worked. I love the rooms. So clean and all are perfect. Its worth the price. I also love the buffet! Kaya lang kahit 2 kami sa isang room, isa lang yung may bfast. 1 is to 1 yata sila.

Very satisfied with the 2bedrooms apt. And the staffs were nice and helpful.

We stayed in the 2 bedroom residence and was pleasantly surprised at how spacious it was. The rooms were relatively well kept and the views were great.

Only concern was the pillows and covers were very old and you can even see stains on them. We even found stands of long hair on our mattress.

Overall the stay was very nice and comfortable and counter staff were very helpful.

Excellent service. The team at Executive Business Center are very helpful. They made arrangement for our 2 days meeting with Consultants & Vendors in KL. Definitely, it is our choice of accommodation when we are around KL. Good work!!

One of the good hotel to stay. Closed to the mall and sky train.

Very good servis hotel & residence. Nice hotel room complete with functional kitchen, balcony, living room, dining table, huge giant mirror, big clean bathroom in each room, tv set in each room. You can oder food from the hotel cafe and they will send it to your room. They have a huge pool. Will recomended to ather and will come again. The residences are connected with the mall so you can go shopping or watch movies for your free time. And the mall has many verity restaurans too.

Came here many times in the past still find it difficult to get to the hotel due to traffic design is really bad in my view. However this time I stay at the residence side and not hotel . But the Grab always confused that it is hotel or residence side as two are not linked and 100 meters away! The room is great, clean and wifi is provided. The toilet drainage needs improvement as you will flood the toilet is you stand there showering for long. We stayed at the 2 rooms apartment and very cosy and nice especially with a living hall and small kitchen! Great for short term stay too. Very helpful and friendly staff to greet you ...

We stayed at The Gardens Residence and Hotel as we are holding our wedding banquet in a restaurant nearby and we had previous pleasant experiences staying here. Upon learning of our occasion, the staff who has always been friendly and helpful evenwent out of their way to make our stay even better with touching little gestures and consideration.

Convenient location, friendly staff, and the housekeeping is good. The room itself is a little bit dated. Overall an above average stay.

Comfortable, superior hotel with an extensive fabulous breakfast which includes Asian and Indian specialities like congee and idly/dosa. Adjoins the biggest mall in KL.

A business hotel with direct access to 2 shopping malls. Nice selection of cable tv channels. Good range of western & local breakfast items with some cook to order options.

Facilities were very new and good. If it is a long stay, breakfast will get bored.

A high end hotel located on the banks of the Klang river. Complete facilities such as flat screen tv and fast free wifi. If you want to enjoy skyview KL at night, please go up to the rooftop terrace.

Worst experience. Booked a night stay at their residences. Came at 5 for check in, till 12am the room wasnt ready yet. Staff claim that housekeeping wouldnt release the room. No solution given except for moving us to a cheaper room in their hotel. Without refunding the difference. They were overbooked but still left agoda as available. Might be their way of earning more money. Definitely TO AVOID during holidays.

Efficient concierge.. fast checl in & out. Friendly and accomodative staff

Room is not clean. There are tissues lying around from previous guess on the floor. Called housekeeping but they took more than 30mins to clear up the left over tissues. Housekeeping service is not good. Colleague left a pants behind when check out. Called hotel to check but they claim there is not report of found pants. Will not recommend.

Best apartmen in the residence. Go dowm n it connect the residence, hotel, mid valley mall and mega mall.

Nice hotel, located in the business district & not far from the KL City center.

Like the room size, but could see the age of the rooms. Staff was friendly and helpful.. And ultra convenient location.

I'm here for the conference room at the top floor, very good accommodation with attendance from the staff for our complain especially the air-conditioning is too cold. The food that they served come with few packages of selection. The breakfast, buffet lunch and tea time is good

Attended business conference here. Like this modern hotel with good facilities, good customer service, strong WiFi connection. Excellent location with plenty of parking and reasonable parking rate (RM5 for whole day if you get your parking ticket validated). The buffet lunch at its The Spread Restaurant is really good, like it's good variety and freshness of the food.
