Gardens Hotels and Residences Review

The place is good, the service is good and the price per night is relatively affordable for 5-star hotel classes

Location is good. Don't be confused by the hotel though. Same owners but run different. The hotel interior and rooms are old though. TVs are small and the furniture is quite old and uncomfortable. Would have rated way lower if not for the location.

Me and my family love this place, we stayed always at the garden resident, great ambient, big apartment, spaces rooms, good kitchen, self laundry service, great breakfast area, we loved having breakfast so many choices, pool is fantastic with a view, connected to mid valley, great super market,shopping centre, so many choices, ohh im out of words. We love the garden, our second home as well as office,,, Love it.......a big YES from me.

The equipment is a bit old, but there are two department stores next to it, shopping is convenient, the location is not bad!

Stayed here for a couple of weeks on business and was perfect for my needs. Rooms are spacious and clean and the bathrooms are a good size with great waterfall style showers. Breakfast spread is nice and diverse and the staff were always friendly. Adjoins a large shopping mall for any retail needs but a little out of the central hub of the city. Recommended for short to medium stays.

Stayed at the Residences instead of the hotel. Furnishing looks a bit old but plenty of space. The rooms are spacious, clean. We have a living, kitchen and dining area, convenient for family. They have a nice pool and we can use the gym at the Gardens hotel. The surrounding night scenery at the pool level is nice!

Convenient venue for shopping. Rooms are big, kitchenette is equipped with cooking utensils, knife, cups, glasses and wine glasses.

Hotel was very nice, beds are comfy. Unfortunately, my key card stop working 5 times during my three night stay. Room service would also take 30+ minutes for ordering simple stuff like coffee or Sprite. I'm also fairly certain that my family and I got food poisoning either from the breakfast buffet or the catering from the wedding we attended at the hotel.

Overall it's a great hotel, but those factors above brought the rating down.

The employees are friendly, the rooms are clean and the food is good.

Booked and pay for months prior to my stay, when I reach for my check-in, was told that my room was not available because of overbooking even though I came to check in way past after 3pm....after I demand an answer regarding the issue, was told to wait for another room, again and again....very and truly disappointed with this establishment....don t go anywhere near this so called 5 star residences

Nice hotel! The front desk service, was good and fast. My room was at the top floor, the view was ok, the room decoration was little bit old school, but the room was clean. The hotel stayed at the one big mall, easy to go for shopping.
The car park service was good! Easy to make it.
But the pool service was really poor... I was at the pool at 02/10, we are planning to have lunch at the pool. But I stayed more than 1 and half hour, still no staff working there. Old towels on the floor... that's really poor... when u planning to spend your time at the hotel pool and to have lunch at the 5 stars hotel swimming pool, but you finally found no one there to serve you. It was really bad feeling!

Very good hotel. Staff are well train to serve especially housekeeping department

Good contemporary hotel, friendly staff. Rooms are nice and big enough, plenty of services available. But the age of the building shows a little bit, even though this is a new construction.

Decent lodging option. Convenient access to shopping mall. Plenty of dining options.

Great time staying here. It attached with The Garden.

We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment. Service was great, room was large and clean, beds and pillows were comfortable and smelt clean (I'm very sensitive). Except for bugs on the sofa, everything was fab
