I am so happy with my new Jeep Compass. I came in wanting to explore several cars and appointments and worked with Christian who made my experience a pleasure. 5 stars on working with me on fair pricing and education about cars/ options.

I just picked up my new plates and Christian was super helpful in making sure to share that if I need anything else I can contact him and on the day of buying walked me through all the features.

The process to gather everything can certainly take some time but Christian moved through everything thoughtfully and swiftly.

Sal was also very helpful and A+ on service.

We were in the market for a new 4-wheel drive before the winter and loved the new Wrangler. We stopped by Garavel and from the moment we stepped on the lot, felt welcome and taken care of. One of the service people who happened to be walking by stopped and answered a bunch of questions then introduced us to "Wrangler" Rob. Rob was extremely patient and thorough. Even though they didn't have the exact jeep we were looking for on the lot, Rob helped us build our Wrangler exactly how we wanted it. Christine in finance was easy to work with and helpful. It was a great experience and we love our new Jeep!

I bought my Jeep Wrangler Unlimited from this dealer about 8 months ago. We had a great experience with the sales team. They were the most transparent and least pushy of any dealer I've dealt with (I've purchased or leased 4 vehicles now). "Big Mike" closed our deal for us. The service dept is quick and friendly. They've also recently renovated the interior, which is nice

My car broke down on me and I needed a car. I liked the look of the new Jeep compass. I went in there and dealt with Wrangler Rob and he was awesome! I'm a very picky person. I told him what I wanted in the car and he said no problem, I'll find it. Got a call a day later he found the car. Great service. No complaints here!

Poor customer service skills. I called there last week to inquire about pricing for a key to be made for my Minivan. They tried to overcharge me when I know my key doesn t have a chip in it. I just needed a copy of a key to my vehicle which is a 2001 it s no chip no special made key should be a simple part to get. No not here. They want to milk your pockets and do it with poor service FOH. I m going to White Plains they were nice to me on the phone. People can feel energy, even on the phone. They don t have good vibes here at this Norwalk location and it s sad I have to drive out of town and out of state but it s worth it so shout out to WHITE PLAINS JEEP DODGE RAM I ll see ya next week :) :)

Recently bought a certified pre-owned Jeep Grand Cherokee at Garavel. Rob helped me find just the right vehicle I was looking for. He took care of every detail from beginning to end. The easiest and best experience I've had.

I have purchased both new and used vehicles from Garavel Subaru. Whether it was his old dealership in Wilton or his present locations in Norwalk Garavel Subaru and Garavel Jeep Dodge one thing always remained the same. Everyone associated with those dealerships have two words that they live by every day CUSTOMER SATISFACTION . During my most recent visit these two words could not have been more evident when I dealt with sales consultant, Amir Elsayed and finance consultant Christine Carey. I certainly didn't buy the most expensive car they sold that day but they sure made me feel like I did.
Unfortunately, I missed approximately 10 months of work when an uninsured motorist slammed into the rear of my police car. This left me in a difficult financial situation. However, my son just got his driver s license and needed a car. Amir and Christine worked with me on vehicle selection and financing. They made the entire process the best car buying experience that I've ever had.
I can also testify to the fact that their service after the sale is exceptional. Their service department is knowledgeable, professional, transparent and equally considerate to everyone. I have referred numerous customers to the dealership and welcome the opportunity to share my opinion with any potential customers. You don't have to shop around go to Garavel. You won't be disappointed.

This was by far my best experience buying a car due to the great customer service of Maikel Carmenati. He is a consummate professional, and there was never any pressure to move on a vehicle. On the contrary, Maikel educated me on the myriad options available so that I could make the best buying decision for what I was looking for (especially since I was considering this is a long term hold). Without his guidance, I would have some bad decisions about the model and options. And, that made the whole process more of an account executive process rather than a sales process.

Maikel was by far the best auto representative I have dealt with in the past 30 years, and I would highly recommend him to anyone considering a Jeep. And, Mary Gallagher was also very helpful and professional in the documentation and insurance phase of the process. Rather than another high pressure sell, she was also more of an educator about the different options available based on the type of vehicle and expected holding period.

Overall, this is an excellent dealership to work with.

Place has been renovated recently and offers a much more upscale experience. Makes sense as FCA is trying to move the Jeep brand up market. My service experience is great, and my advisor Kieth is professional and very helpful. The waiting lounge is comfortable and has coffee, water, snacks, etc (It doesn't take much to make me happy as long as I have good coffee)

Fairly easy transaction (for buying a car that is), this was our second time at this location and we would definitely go back.

My experience at Garavel Jeep was the best experience I've ever had at a car dealership. Richard Kim was the most knowledgeable car salesperson & I was honored to be his first sale. I went into the dealership not really wanting to part with my Jeep Wrangler & Rich was extremely patient with me while I changed my mind 4-5 different times. He answered every question I had on the new Wranglers & Grand Cherokees. I had certain priorities & features I wanted in my vehicle and Rich went above and beyond to find the perfect fit for me. I was dead set on purchasing another Wrangler, but after test driving the Grand Cherokee and hearing about all the updated features & safety ratings from Rich- I was sold on getting the Grand Cherokee. He was even able to find me one that looks exactly like my old Wrangler. Both Mark & Annie were also such a big help! They were patient & made me feel extremely confident in my car selection. The whole process was smooth & I did not feel like I was being rushed at all. The dealership was extremely busy that day, but everyone was extremely attentive and patient. I was blown away by the level of customer service & I will keep coming back to this dealership from now on. I even received a hand written thank you note from Rich- I think that personal touch is amazing & I really appreciate all the time he took out of his day. it would have been very easy to push me aside due to my indecisiveness & help one of the many other customers in the dealership that day. Gravel Is the best dealership in Norwalk, I ve been going to them for over 5 years now. They always help me in the best way they possibly can. They have great customer service and they are very customer friendly and honest. Took my Ram for recalls and warranty work. This is a 10 year old truck that had a fair amount of rusty bolts due to snow and salt. A 2-day job took 4 days because of lots of broken bolts leading to drills and tapouts being used. The service manager kept me informed and even allowed me to speak to the mechanic to understand the complexity involved. I felt at ease and they did a great job.

I recommend working with Maikel Carmenati. He is very knowledgeable about the product; he was super responsive to my questions, whether I called, emailed, text, or dropped in to the dealership. Everything went really smoothly when picking up the Jeep, and he has followed up with me on multiple occasions.

I must say everyone went well beyond there limits to make my car buying experience a great one. Buying a used car can be very uncomfortable, they were great in all ways, even sales people who were not involved in my deal directly were there to answer any questions that we had for them. Excellent service and communication regarding what needed to be taken care of on my Jeep. I have received fantastic service from this dealership through the years.

The dealership is a nice place to purchase a Jeep, but the service department is hit or miss: they lose your scheduled appointment, don't tell you what they did to your car, don't attend to your concerns, lose your parts order and on and on...too much work for a free oil change!

I brought my Jeep in for a recall, and was hoping that they had time to squeeze in an oil change. We dropped the car off over night, and were pleasantly surprised when we got a call early the next day saying the Jeep was ready and that there was no charge for the oil change. It was perfect!

I had the worst dealer experience here. I spoke to Andy Moor and Pj Uva who told me a car I was interested was ready 3 days before I drove 2 hours there. I waited in the waiting room for Andy who was not even there and I found out by walking the lot and speaking to a salesman that the car I was there to look at was factory ordered for another customer and never available. PJ who I also spoke with said it was an honest mistake. Henry Falasco the sales manager apologized and offered to pay for my expenses but never replied to my email or followed through. Do not buy a car from here. They dont even have window stickers, customers were leaving while I was there. This is the definition of a shady dealer. They dont care about you. I read a bad review and ignored it and was proven wrong.

We always wanted our second commuter to be a Wrangler... We visited multiple dealers before finalizing... From the get go, Garavel stood out from all the other dealerships. Robert Mauerman (Rob) did an amazing job of understanding our requirements and suggested accordingly. Big Mike joined in as well to give us more options based on our tenure requirements and so on... Truly the USP of Garavel is their amazing team, every one of whom is so friendly and patient, and they don't add fluff, they just tell it as is. Of course Albert also was really helpful during the finalization. (Apart from all the documentation etc, he provided valuable tips on some really good places to eat which we have started visiting already ;o) Overall we are really happy to have gone ahead with Garavel. Thanks guys, it will be my pleasure to refer you to my friends and colleagues!

Robert Mauerman and the staff, made my local dealer experience very pleasing. They worked with me in getting me the deal I wanted and the Jeep I wanted. I was looking and comparing prices for a while. Robert's expertise were second to none. Robert kept me in the loop on every car that came in that fit my criteria. Finally when I pulled the trigger and decided to buy a Jeep he got the necessary information before hand and was able to speed up my process with NAVY Federal. In the past I also had troubles with other dealers transferring my Veteran plates, but here the same day Robert Took them off my trade in and put them on my new Jeep. Again I am extremely pleased with the attention to detail and the professionalism they have towards Everyone and Veterans. I highly recommend this dealer to my friends and family and truly anyone that wants a good quality car.

Excellent service. I went there for a recall part and they replaced it quickly without any charge at all. They were very courteous and professional and it flipped place is very clean with an iced coffee room where you can get tea or coffee and sit and relax while your car is being worked on. I recommend this dealership to anybody

"Wrangler Rob" McGuire knows his stuff. That makes it easy to find the right vehicle. He's also great to deal with in person, by phone and email -- he was accessible and quick to respond.

The car was prepped very nicely. The business office process was quick and painless. Employees have a great attitude.

I took a while to write this review, and I'm glad I did. I came to Garavel to check out a used CRV they were offering at a great price. I was a little skeptical about buying a Honda from a Jeep dealership, but the car was immaculate. Jorge was straightforward and put zero pressure on us, which made the buying experience very comfortable.

When we finally got home from buying the car, we realized there was a mistake on the paperwork, which ended up with us being a bit overcharged. However, we had signed off on it, so we were kicking ourselves and never expecting to see that money again. Amazingly, Sue worked with us to get the issue resolved and we were reimbursed. To me, that speaks volumes of this dealer's integrity. Where most dealers would do anything to scrape a few hundred extra dollars from a sale, Garavel was more concerned with providing a positive customer experience and making things right.

In the end, I'm a happy customer, our car has been fantastic, and I would gladly do business with Jorge, Sue, and Garavel again.

Came in looking for a new car, met with Maikel who is super passionate about jeeps. He was able to show me the inventory and gave me a great price too. Also met Mark who was very personable and met me with a smile. Great experience overall ask for Maikel or Mark.

Rob was a great help in finding and buying the Jeep that I wanted. He was not super pushy and helped find a price we could both agree upon. He was also very knowledgable about the Jeep and its key features. The only negative thing I found was that the Jeep was supposed to be detailed before picking it up. The outside was detailed nicely however the interior looked like it had not been touched, there were wrappers, dirt, dead bugs, etc. I brought it back for an interior detailing and it looked like a quick vacuum job with a lot of the same dirt/stains on the leather remaining. I would recommend thoroughly inspecting the car before driving off the lot.

Great overall experience. Wrangler Rob took great care of us and helped us select the right vehicle for our needs and budget. They had a wide selection so we didn't have to compromise on features and options. Found the right car at noon, and drove it home at 5 p.m. the same day.

It was great and prompt service. Josue Cosme provided the utmost care and attention to my needs and was able to not only provide the service to my car, but also allowed me to get a loaner car so I would not be stuck with ubers or carless for the weekend. My appointment was scheduled for 02:00 PM. At 02:15 I called to say I could not make it. At 02:35 I called to say I could drop the car in 15 minutes. Keith Zarembski, my assigned service representative, accommodated me and made sure I could get the car after hours. The personal attention was much appreciated.

Just moved to CT from Virginia Beach...This dealership was top notch in customer service! Everyone looked me in the eye, smiled, and was very pleasant. Christa was patient in explaining the inspection that would be done on my vehicle. I had questions about the brakes needing to be replaced and if the work was truly warranted. Gregg went over the history of my car with me and brought the mechanic out to talk about the condition of my car. The mechanic was knowledgeable and explained the mechanical issues to me to my satisfaction. I was hesitant about using a new dealership and Gregg put me completely at ease. I feel assured that the employees at Garavel are honest and I will continue to bring my car to them for service.

Christian, Jessica and the entire sales staff were super courteous and worked with me in order to get a deal done and have me drive home same day in the car I wanted. Would definitely recommend them to anyone in the market for a new or used Jeep or Dodge.
