This is my 11th car I purchased from Garavel Auto. It's the best place to buy a car. I love my Jeeps and Subaru's.. Annie was very knowledgeable and made the buying experience awesome!!!!! Paul Garavel runs the best dealerships I have ever worked with. It with my 45 minute drive to deal with them.

I guess you could say that Keith saved my life! He 'grounded' my car because my rear brakes were inoperative and the front brakes were barely functioning. He set me up with a rental car and arranged to have my car repaired no later than 2pm the following day, so I could get to work on time.
Now, I am in a safe vehicle, and I have a reliable and responsive dealership to keep my car in top shape.

Keith took the best care of me as I could possibly ask for. The service was well explained, he took care to address issues and most importantly got my car ready for me before the time initially promised. Truly think he s an assst to the place and knows how to keep a customer happy.

I live in Danbury and got my first Wrangler at a local dealership. My lease is coming up and a friend of mine, who just purchased a Wrangler from Ernesto said great things and gave me his name. As soon as I reached out, Ernesto immediately got back to me and really took the time to listen and find what I was looking for. We were able to make a deal and i'm picking up my new Wrangler this week! I am Wrangler for life so I am very happy that I found a dealership that I plan on working with for many years to come. Yesterday morning I saw a car I was dreaming on getting a jeep renegade and when I saw garavel had one I ran to my mom and told her look what I found and she suggested to go see it... best decision ever! I was so nervous walking in because i wasnt sure if this was going to work out. We got introduced to Raymond such a great guy made this whole process easy and worth it! He is very friendly and honest about everything! I highly recommend this place best dealership out there go see Raymond best car salesman!! Mary was also very nice she went through all financial stuff with us and she made it just as easy to understand! I love my new car worth the nervousness!

After spending 90 minutes there yesterday, I made an appt to come in today and buy either a 2015 or 2016 Grand Cherokee. First I stopped into a different dealer to look at a 2015 he had on his lot. But it turns out he refused to sell that or ANY 2014-2015 Grand Cherokee because of a well known current national recall on the shifter. He's taken them ALL off of his lot and he said he's not sure what will happen. Jeep dosnt have a fix yet and apparently has advised all dealers nationally not to sell 2014-2015 Grand Cherokees until they do. I told him In 90 minutes I had not heard about the recall at Garavel, he said to each his own.
I canceled my appointment. This is a valid reason for car dealers having the reputation they do.

If you're in the market for a new RAM 1500 I'd strongly suggest you consider Garavel RAM. I shopped for my new truck speaking to an expanse of dealerships. Cristian and Mike did what it took to win my business less the pain of difficult conversations, trips to the managers office etc. I shared what I wanted to order, the offers I'd received etc and they beat them all... and found additional incentives others had not. A great experience.

I purchased a used 2007 Dodge Ram 1500 from a used car dealer.
When the check engine light came on recently, I didn't know where to take it.
It was by luck that I brought it to Garavel for service. I'm so happy I did.

Keith not only helped me out and answered all my questions when I checked in, but really made me feel taken care of. I knew he was honestly trying to make sure I got the work done I needed and did his best to save me money. When I picked it up, Keith gave me a detailed report and even made suggestions for future work that could help me keep my truck in good health.

I have a little more work to do on the truck, but I know where to bring it from now on.

You can't beat the service here!

It took 6 days to get the parts needed, otherwise my first time experience at this dealer was very good. Servise writer Kieth came outside to make sure the car was not buried and I could take it easily. Steering wheel was covered with protective plastic but floor mat seemed to be dirtier than I remembered.

Renzo was the best and so patient with me and my family. We test drove 3 different cars. And there was never any pressure at all! It was the best experience, especially since it was my first time buying a car. I am definitely going to recommend this place to anyone looking for a great car with an even better experience.

During a routine oil change, I was told I needed to replace my cabin air filter. I personally replaced the filter ~5,000 miles ago and confirmed it has plenty of life remaining. Dealership lost a customer over a disingenuous upsell attempt; disappointing experience.

Otherwise, job was done in a timely manner.

Had TJ helping me out during my visit this time around. No change in the exceptional service you associate with Garavel CJDR. They are the best.

This is my second Jeep Wrangler Unlimited from Garavel Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram of Norwalk. Mr. Garavel has a great team and an extensive inventory to choose from. Maikel, my sale consultant, was able to get me into a brand new 2019 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited with all the options I needed and more importantly... wanted! I would highly recommend a visit to the dealership if you are in the market for a new vehicle.

One word sums up my experience and their customer service. AWFUL! Save yourself the aggravation and seek out a professional dealership. They notified me that my financing was approved; then, denied it; then, said the approval must have been a mistake when I offered to forward the voicemail they had left for me. In the meantime, I had made arrangements to sell my existing vehicle. The finance manager was too "busy delivering cars" to call me back for nearly a week, and the manager was argumentative and accusatory. If you're looking for a dealership that changes their story every time you speak with them, overtalks you when speaking on the phone, and makes disparaging remarks about your character, then look no further.

Keith is an amazing service representative! Amazing experience all around :)

Absolutely the worst experience with the service department who didn't know what they were doing and the parts department needs personality!!!! The sales department told me my truck that I have now did not exist , I ended up going out of state to get it and it was cheaper. It also was on the lot .

The service representative whom I worked with, Keith, was very knowledgeable and helpful in explaining exactly what was causing the issue I raised. I had to leave the car at the dealership for about half of the day, but I received a ride to my office. Keith called me when the work was done. I was very satisfied with my experience, as I have been in the past with this dealership.

Connecting with the right sales person when purchasing a used vehicle is extremely important ~ and it was at Garavel Jeep that I got Rob ( Robert Mauerman) as my sales consultant. Rob was absolutely outstanding ~ he is so smart and very patient absolutely no pressure. Annie Granchelli was the Sales Consultant that we worked with and she did an excellent job! Not only was she very warm and friendly, but she went the extra mile to make sure that we had a great experience; she provided me with an office to work in as I was working remotely that day, and also recommended an awesome place near the dealership where my husband and I got lunch. She was really attentive while we were waiting for our financials to go through, and was constantly checking up on us and making sure we were aware of where we stood in the process. My work was done as promised and on time. Everyone was pleasant, and the waiting area is decent. They should more clearly mark where to drive in for service. Apparently it is on the other side now. Parking can be tight.

I know Garavel since 2014 when I bought a Jeep Grand Cherokee and Garavel became the closest Jeep service place for me. I speak only for the service side. I know nothing about the sales side. But on the service side, I was fortunate enough to find Wrangler Rob (no, no, it's his name!) to take care of my machine. He's great. Above and beyond and extremely knowledgeable. Every time I brought my car in for service, I felt he handed me a new car back. I was impressed.

Scheduling delays are the only little thing I've had trouble with: it's a very busy place so don't count on waiting around in the rather drab-looking waiting room (they do have coffee, though!) Get a ride. And if you don't live too far, they'll offer a courtesy ride.

Totally trust Keith & the service team at Garavel. I have taken both Wranglers I've owned to them for oil changes, major work needed, maintenance, etc. He has NEVER tried to upsell/oversell me on anything and has helped me save money when I can and given solid referrals. This is SO RARE in dealerships and the only reason I keep going back.

I would recommend the service department at Garavel without reservation. Rob and the team worked hard to fix a tricky problem on my old Jeep. They were quick to respond and ready to help. And their charges were very reasonable.

Had 30,000 Mile Service done on my 2018 Jeep Renegade. Everything done was fast, fairly priced and reliable. Good folks over at Garavel.

Don t buy here!! They will sell you a damaged car and extended warranty that doesn t cover the damage! Brought back in three times...never found the problem. Not willling to make it right! Don t buy here!

I woke up this morning to a flat tire on the driver's side. I have to drive to New York City and Brooklyn this weekend so I was a little concerned about getting this fixed today. When I took my truck to Garavel, Michelle Johnson quickly got a mechanic to take it in locate, seal, and fix the leak right away. I thought I was going to have to work from the lobby but no sooner had I turned on my laptop computer I was told my truck was done and ready to go! This place is the best and they have best people working for them!!

"Outstanding" would be how I'd described the treatment from the "service consultation" with Keith Z. (for my trade-in that required "work" to say the least!) to the "sales presentation" with Henry Welkes (and later vehicle check-out) and through "the Closing" itself with Christine C.. Everyone certainly went the extra mile .. to say the least .. to make our new Jeep affordably all happen for us too. Thank you all for making the entire process a "stress-free" enviroment!

I was a long time customer of Garavel until recently when they 1) used a dirty tactic to convince me to trade in my car for a used Jeep, 2) took money to perform services on TWO separate occasions but did not perform those services, 3) convinced me to buy a "full wrap warranty that covers everything" (now on repair #3 that IS NOT covered by the warranty, and 4) failure to fully fix one of the two issues resulted in a repair of over 6k on a 4 year old car with less than 50k miles. I don't know what changed at this place, but it went from being a decent dealership to an absolute nightmare. STAY AWAY!

I was looking at a used manual Mazda at Garavel and Ferrous Ara became my salesperson she was professional, personable, and respectful. Any questions or requests I had Ferdous quickly found the answers and allowed me to move forward. Ferdous wasn't pushy and allowed me to analyze the facts at my own pace. I wanted to reward Garavel with the sale. However, the car didn't fit my requirements in the end. If you're looking for a great service or Garavel seek out Ferdous Ara!

Brought car in for a recall service and like always Keith and TJ took great care of me. They take care of you and make you comfortable. Garavel is great this is the only dealership I d come to for service and sales.

We were looking to lease a wrangler. Rob was great. Very informative but in no way pushy. He explained all options and when we went to pick up the jeep he went over every detail of how the jeep operates and answered all of our questions. It is very clear to see that he is a true Jeep Wrangler fan and is very knowledgeable about them. Although we live in NY, we will definitely buy from Garavel again.

This was my first time buying a car from a major dealer. Mark Porcheddu made my first major purchase in my life the best experience ever!! He was extremely helpful and kind. He made sure I was comfortable and understood the buying process every step of the way. After making my purchase at an amazing price. Mark went on to introduce me to the staff that will be in the future servicing my new Grand Cherokee. He even went above and beyond in a snow storm to make sure i knew how every feature in my new truck worked. I would differently recommend this dealership for any type of purchase and or service. I went to Garavel three years ago after a very bad leasing experience and they were a breath of fresh air! Everyone is very friendly and willing to answer your questions and work through issues. I have since been driving up from Stamford just to get their superb service. I have also recommended them to several friends who have all had great experiences as well, including my significant other who ended up purchasing a Jeep there not long after I did myself. I plan to stick with Garavel as long as possible!

They went out of their way to fix the issue(s) with my car in as expeditious a manner as humanly possible; and when I needed it back before they were completely done; they made the vehicle perfectly operable for me; and arranged for me to come back to have the job finished ASAP. And we re totally accommodating the entire time to make the issues with my car as low impact on my day to day life as possible; all the while being courteous; understanding and totally accommodating; and the repairs were done to perfection for no charge thanks to my lease warranty. I can t say enough good about their service department. Nicest folks you could ever bring your car to. And their sales department BENT OVER BACKWARDS to get me in the wrangler to begin with. I will be a Garavel customer for as long as they ll have me. I leave the Garavel logo on the back hatch door of my wrangler with pride.

I had never driven a Jeep nor leased a vehicle until 2016 when I walked in to Garavel. Needless to say I walked out with a lease on a Jeep Compass. Obviously I loved the vehicle but what made me stay and do business with them instead of visiting another Jeep dealership was the down to earth, friendly and honest staff. Not only did they answer all my questions but they talked to me like a friend or family member educating me on how the different vehicles drive, asking what my expectations are- do I want more luxury or sport and of course helping me find the right and best fit. Before I decided to lease the Compass I asked the associate if he would put his daughter in that vehicle and he said yes without a flinch. Flashforward to 2019 I asked the same question to that same associate but about the Wrangler and his answer was absolutely. They will work with you on the price and make you feel good about your purchase and new car. What else could you ask for??

Wrangler Rob! I'll admit at first when he told me to call him that I was a little skeptical, but Rob was without a doubt the best sales person I've ever worked with in buying a car. He didn't beat around the bush and went straight to the best price (better than other dealers and trust me I shopped around!) and gave me a very fair value for my trade in.
