Spa is unreal, didn't think it would have been my thing until experiencing it. Food is of exceptional quality, portions are high though, so don't over order!

Absolutely amazing, rooms, spa, facilities unbelievable. Restaurants top notch. Staff was very helpful and friendly. The live entertainment in the bar was 1 of the best I've ever heard.

Wonderful experience Christmas extravaganza adults and children be came one when we met santa dinner was gorgeous atmosphere was magical highly recommend it

Beautiful lodges - unfortunately too far away from main hotel for evening meal. Taxi service provided but unfortunately dependent on demand!! Personnel involved in taxi service absolutely lovely. Encountered very abnoxious maintenance staff on final morning which spoilt our overall experience. Would have been 5 stars otherwise.

Amazing hotel. Didn t get the chance to use the spa but the breakfast was lush! Would happily return to experience it for a weekend or Christmas.

Side note: the coffee machine wasn t happy to work the day we were there but I think it was just grumpy.

Do go and see the waterfall at night!

Well worth a visit. Staff were amazing. We loved our time here with our newborn. Absolutely a five star experience, even with the issues I mention below

Couple of problems - the TV in the room had awful burn-in. The layout of the hotel is strange - probably because of the construction work. To get to one of the restaurant/bars you have to walk through another restaurant. Also, even though it's technically off season, the changing rooms had run out of lockers - a pain with a child to have to take them wet back up to the room.

I was at a wedding and it was unbelievable the food was outstanding the grounds were amazing so picturesque the staff were so helpful and nothing was too much trouble

Beautiful hotel with lovely surroundings. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms were very clean. The spa village was nothing short of amazing, I had a lovely therapist who gave me the best back massage I've ever had. Then to top it off the food and cocktails in gillies bar and grill were delicious. Will most definitely be coming back and will recommend to family and friends.

Thermal Village is excellent and Autumn Glow treatment was great too

I spent a 4 night stay here over Christmas as part of a large family group and could not fault any aspect of the experience. The staff were wonderful from our arrival to our departure. The food was exceptional in quality, quantity, presentation and service. The entire experience was perfect in every way. A very big thank you to all the staff at Galgorm, your hard work made our Christmas very special. Adrian Jackson

Had a beautiful afternoon tea and the staff could not have been more helpful and polite.

Food quality was poor. My burger was over done, as were the onion rings. Chips were not great and severely over priced. I had high expectations but was let down in this occasion

5 star hotel, everything was perfect. We will remember this trip for a long time!

Second time at Galgorm. This experience was even more amazing! From arriving and created by Maurice and Paul ..We arrived at 13.30 So allowed to check in early plus we got a free upgrade from a double to a suite Room 303. The bath was incredible . The room was unbelievable. Paul took us to our room and was explaining lay out and breakfast times etc. Could not fault this place. We had such a relaxing and chilled out day then that evening a fantastic 3 course meal. Looking forward to another experience guys.

World class resort with a broad spread in dining. A true haven in nature away from the race.

Take me back! The Galgorm is great; I've been to the thermal village/afternoon tea, and an overnight stay/thermal village. It is beautiful, the facilities are great, and the breakfast buffet is amazing. Enjoyed the choice between onsite restaurants too. The only downsides are the luxury isn't cheap, and the access to the thermal village is rather limited. On an overnight stay we managed to get 2 hours on the day of arrival, and another hour the following morning prior to checkout; which wasn't enough for me!

Attended a beautiful wedding reception at the four seasons lodge.

Great Hall is done up very well and is a beautiful place for wedding receptions

I enjoyed a delicious pollo e carne pizza at Fratellis on friday evening. The resturant was very busy but staff were very helpful and the food was worth the wait.

Easily the most comfortable, relaxing hotel in Ireland. Staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, the the continuous improvement to facilities, and expansion of relaxation areas is impressive.

I have attended weddings, been to the spa and bars... this place is incredible. Staff are very helpful, food and drinks are great, spa is out of this world and the weddings seem extremely well catered for.

Unbelievable, definitely worth a visit, with large wallet!!

Everything was great apart from been wakened up at 3:30 in the morning with people shouting in the corridor.

A brilliant place get away! the spa is amazing, definitely the best in northern Ireland! Fratellis resturaunt has a lovely atmosphere and great food every time, the river room is also a great place to chill out for a drink and listen to a live singer on a Saturday night

Loved it. The heat was wild in the room at night (no heat on) My mouth was as dry as Ghandi's flip flop by 2am. Food was lovely, service was great, the spa was awesome! I would definitely recommend it and hope to return soon.

An extremely relaxing pleasant day. The wide range of saunas, steam rooms and hot tubs allowed for a lot of fun. My massage was heavenly and relaxing. The food at the elements cafe was tasty. All of the staff were happy to help with anything and were welcoming and friendly. I fully recommend as a day out with family and friends to unwind from daily life.

Beautiful surroundings and staff were great! We will be back it was the perfect day, so relaxing just stunning!

Lovely place but drinks and food ridiculously expensive

A fantastic experience with great friendly staff who greeted us at the door then brought our bags up to the room. The food was delicious and I'm looking forward to our next visit.
