The location of the Galgorm is located a few yards away from the Castle. The whole grounds and food are impecable, the staff go out of thier way to make u feel like your the only guests in the place. Such friendly but very professional staff all around. The rooms are beautiful and spotless, and the mini bar is complimentry which is also great. The beds and sheets are perfect for a great night sleep. I cannot wait to return.

Staff were friendly & pleasant when we had dinner at Fratelli Italian restaurant. But the food was poor, the table was poorly lit and the place was quite cool at 6:30pm.

Excellent 3 course meal & fabulous cocktails, spa was amazing as always. Staff are so attentive, makes the whole experience amazing. I always want to go back.

My husband and I had a fantastic afternoon at Galgorm Resort and Spa. The Spa facilities are excellent and our treatments were relaxing. We would highly recommend Galgorm Resort and Spa.

We had originally booked a double room for a one night stay but the day before our arrival we received a phone call to day we were getting an upgrade to a one bedroom cottage. The cottage is fully self contained and would be ideal if staying longer and using as a base for exploring the surrounding area. The only disadvantage of staying in the cottage is the walk to the spa/restaurants facilities if the weather is bad.

My other half booked an overnight stay for the both of us and I was very impressed from start to finish. The Thermal Village is impressive and the upgraded room was very luxurious. I have never stayed in a nicer place before ever!
I would love to come back here sometime soon to relax and recharge the batteries!

My wife desided to surprise me with an overnight stay and the hotel and staff where excellent can highly recommend a stay couldn't fault the service and a big thanks to Maurice at the main door for his help.

Lovely place to spend a night or 2. Bit expensive but worth it

Friendly staff. Afternoon tea was very expensive for what was a very small portion. Room had no air conditioning and it was too warm to sleep. Spa facilities were great.

We did the half day spa experience with dinner at Gillies after. Got shouted at by other half for spending a lot of money on a half day experience for no special occasion other than because, but by the end of it I was being asked when can we go again... fantastic greeting on arrival, the facilities are 5 star and we ended the day with lovely meal at Gillies. Went home feeling relaxed and wonderful can't wait to return, just a pity work awaited us the next day.

The stars say it all not the cheapest place but it's well worth it If i could afford it I'd sell the house and move in lol

last visit August 2020. very disappointed. had an arrival time of 4:30pm so it was afer 5pm when we got down to use the spa facilities.. only Available booking for dinner was 7:30pm so the use of the thermal spa facilities was short lived. More

Only place for a Christmas wedding. Giving it was a covid wedding it was still super relaxed and the staff were brilliant.

Great to spend time away from the hussle and bussle and actually relax in an amazing atmosphere. Food is also second to none! Only thing is can be really busy at times with groups of people but best finding a secluded corner somewhere to get away from it all. Also good to hear more development plans (lazy river) for the future

Hard to convey exactly how impressed I was with our two nights stay here. The spa, the restaurants, the staff, everything was amazing. Only a couple of hours in and my girlfriend was already planning our next trip up. Very refreshing to see staff take such pride in where they work. A very special mention for Maurice on the door, it's characters like this that make all the difference and from the hotels point of view people like him are priceless. Will be back soon

Overpriced.... Some staff were atrocious in their interaction with public... Rooms not serviced very well..

Was invited to wedding and after dinner it was great lovely atmosphere and good laughs.

We went for a Christmas lunch and everything was perfect. The food was amazing and the Christmas atmosphere was wonderful across the whole complex.. Wish I was going for an overnight or 6..

Attended a Wedding Reception there today. Excellent service from all staff. The best food I can remember at a Reception, very tasty, superb presentation , efficient and speedy service as well as a slick changeover between courses.
If this is the norm, we will be back for a meal. Well done to all concerned.

My daughter won a mothers day competition in the newsletter. The package included a overnight stay in the Deluxe cottage, champagne, 3 course meal, full Irish breakfast and full use of the thermal village for 2. I must say the staff are really friendly. Our dinner in Gillies was gorgeous. The thermal spa was so relaxing. Looking forward to using the spa and breakfast in the morning. The cottage is really comfortable and in a beautiful setting.

I attended the Vitality Event on Wednesday 14th at the spa and the service, treatments and care were amazing. My Mum and I had a wonderful day and lunch in Gillies was lovely too, for a change.

Excellent food, though waiters could do with a rocket up their arses.

Sunday lunch at Fratelli is an absolute pleasure. Karen and all the staff are so pleasant and welcoming, and the food is consistently delicious. An extremely well run establishment, and a delight to spend an Sunday afternoon in. Thanks to everyone for a lovely time. See you again soon!

Impressive hotel complex. There is a part formed by the hotel and another area where there is the possibility of staying in bungalows, very well equipped indeed. It has large golf courses. It is crossed by the Maine River, with splendid walks that reach the adjoining village. Inside the resort there are two restaurants and a pub that can be accessed without being a client of the hotel. The two restaurants are of high quality and offer very varied and strong dishes. The staff, both of the resort and of the restaurants, is charming and always willing to help and advise the client. In short, it is an ideal place to spend a few days of rest with the whole family.

I booked my trip to Galgorm for my partners birthday, we had such lovely time. Beautiful suite and lovely staff. We had gin tasting where the host was highly knowledgeable on gin. We also had a hot tub situated right next to the river with complimentary cocktails and munchies.

I got engaged on this day I was going to book my wedding at Galgorm as I previously loved it however I plan to look somewhere else now. So disappointed.

Awesome 2 days with my wife food was amazing great place

Today was the worst food I've ever had form here and you feel like the staff are always looking over your shoulder to see if you are finished, I lost count how many times they came to our table, it was so annoying. They brought our bill over without us even asking for it which I thought was rude, they just wanted you in and out and they have put the prices up which I wouldn't mind if it was worth it but it wasn't. Very disappointing
