Fabulous hotel with fantastic spa facilities. Staff are so attentive. Absolutely amazing

The overall experience with the afternoon tea was brilliant. Staff gave an excellent service and were friendly. Savouries were very good, however, sweets weren't as good as the savouries (at least for my taste). Tea selection is wide and interesting, coffee is more conventional. Our experience was enhanced with the live music, the pianist (she's very talented) just brought with her music a magic atmosphere.

AMAZING STAY for our honeymoon! Galgorm is a stunning place to stay when visiting Northern Ireland. Our room was so lovely and cleaned twice a day, not to mention the complimentary mini bar! We were also welcomed to rose petals on the bed and a romantic jazz playlist playing in the background upon arrival. The whole resort is magnificent and offers all you need for a perfect stay: several top-notch restaurants, classy and beautiful quarters to sip on a cocktail at night by the fire or the river, and of course a luxurious spa and thermal village! The staff was also incredibly nice. We loved our waiter Jordan who made us discover English Gin! He was so kind and dedicated, by far the most professional and friendly server we've ever encountered. I highly recommend attending the gin tasting in their gin library. They offer the largest collection in the UK! Overall, the nicest stay ever. We didn't want to leave at all! We look forward to being back in the future and relaxing some more.

Amazing place my daughter took me for my 50th birthday so relaxing and the staff were all really friendly and helpful. Had the villiage experience with the afternoon tea was lovely .

We treated ourselves to afternoon tea at Galgorm for a friends birthday and had the most lovely, relaxed afternoon. The selection of teas was brilliant and the food was all delicious. There was an unimposing jazz band playing in the background which provided just enough background noise to muffle conversations at other tables, without making it hard to chat within our group of 4.
The service was good and the setting - the conservatory - was absolutey gorgeous.
Great way to indulge and spoil yourself for a special treat!

Galgorm is lovely. On the expensive side of things.

Left feeling relaxed and wanting to return very quickly. There are so many things to do that I have to get back soon.

Lovely place. There is no lift in the Great Hall, so this can be a challenge for folk who can't do stairs.

At a wedding loved it . Food fantastic, staff lovely but looked tired long day for them . Drinks expensive, pitty I like a few LOL

Have to say i had a bad experience here with my partner cost a fair bit felt we had to run round looking staff and was very disappointed in communication tried ringing the manger 3 times no one never got back to me i dont rate it 5 star have stood in better

The dinner was good, apart from the the chicken and the stuffing being a bit too dry.

Just brilliant. Some issues with food brought to table and a glass of prosecco for each of us for the difficulties. Room incredible. Spa great. Atmosphere great.

Beautiful morning spent at the thermal village followed by a lovely lunch at gillies

From the moment we walked up to the entrance we were greeted by lovely and pleasant staff, which set the tone for the entire stay. There was such a relaxed, friendly atmosphere around the place. The spa was large enough to accommodate a large number of people without ever seeming crowded. I got a back massage which I thoroughly enjoyed. The food was also delicious. We were in a deluxe room that came with some lovely extra touches such as a breakfast in the River Room restaurant.
Overall, I really can't fault it. It's a wonderful place and I would love to go back.

A marvellous resort and spa. Staff very friendly efficient and helpful. The thermal village is so good and very relaxing. Probably the best place I ve ever stayed in. Would recommend even though it s a bit pricey. Treat yourself

Amazing hotel, staff are very friendly and helpful, they even have staff to greet you at the door. The thermal village is unbelievable, very relaxing. The restaurant does very nice food and again staff were so helpful I will definitely be going back again, my favourite hotel in Ireland by far!

Been to 5 different wedding love the place only downside would be it's so far from Belfast

Disappointing. Looks like it was over booked and did not get to the benefit of the facilities because there were too many people in them. A great pity because it is a lovely venue

Great Hotel with fab countryside location, great choice of restaurants with a brilliant Spa, makes it feel like you are miles from home very relaxing! As a wedding photographer, it has such a diverse range of backgrounds, without having to travel too far either.

Far far far too expensive, for a good night out + bar staff are wild stuck up

Easy enough to find. Beautiful grounds hotel rooms are large but pretty what you would expect from a hotel room, the decor was amazing the place looked fantastic and the log fires created a very pleasant atmosphere

Unbelievable hotel. First class rooms, amazing spa. Great food both at breakfast and dinner.
Staff are all first class.

Unfortunately journey there horrendous last Thursday, 6 & a half hours through floods, diversions & road works. Then had to stand at back of conference room for 30 minutes before being sandwiched between 199 delegates. Didn't even get a coffee as 198 people queued in a double line to one coffee point. Sat stunned as this occurred & re occurred at lunch time when I could not take any more & left to face a 5 & a half hour journey home to Galway ( via Belfast & Dublin).

Myself and my daughter here for her birthday treat. River room food amazing as always. Staff are so pleasant and helpful. Nothing is too much for them. A fair crowd here all day but still lovely and quiet. Cant recommend this place highly enough. Should be 5 stars not 4.6

We had another amazing stay at Galgorm Spa & Golf Resort. We had stayed in one of the cottages which are so lovely with alot of space, very clean with the most comfortable bed! Breakfast was in Fratelli's which was beautiful. Our dinner was also in Fratelli's which was amazing with the best service! The spa as always is pure bliss! A big thank you to Vicki O'Loughlin for overseeing all of our stay to perfection we very much appreciate it & cant wait to return hopefully in the very near future!

We spent a half day here at the spa. It was excellent!! Both my wife and I really enjoyed it. Highly recommended.

Really fantastic resort. Incredible views from most if not all of the rooms. Service from the staff was top class and the food was also exexcellent. The thermal village and spa was an absolute dream. Having stayed in quite a lot of hotels both nationally and internationally I can confidently say this is the nicest and best place I've ever stayed in thus far. Very much looking forward to my next visit.

Had a fantastic time after a lot of stress & anxiety with our booking. Although there are staff on the reception they don't answer the phone On arrival the doormen were fab, Maurice was so welcoming- it was lovely. Our bedroom was great, tea was good. The spa facilities were amazing, the whole set up is really good, the breakfast had everything, I was disappointed with my evening meal - tasted like it was from a frozen pack but everything else was good.

Out of this world experience as always. Staff couldn't be more helpful. Treatments we had at the spa were so relaxing and lunch in Gilies was lovely too. Can't wait to come back!

Absolutely beautiful place. Went here for a family members wedding, drinks at bar not to bad of price. The hotel was lovely inside with restaurants and bars and very fancy looking. The room we stayed in was lovely and comfortable bed with kettle for making tea and coffee. Beautiful walk around an outside garden. And you are provided with robes to use the sauna and hot tub outside. Plus mini fridge in the room with cold drinks inside but I think these come for an extra price

I've been to the Galgorm Manor on several different occasions and I've always been impressed by the setting, the quality of the service and the friendliness if the staff.
The only thing that lets it down is the quality of the food which is average.

Unreal. Thermal village is quite a spot but allow lots of time to be in it.

Fancy and warm place to stay and to celebrate your wedding

Wasn't great this time round. We were a big group. The meat was very over done. One person had to get their meal redone. Very poor.

Gorgeous and relaxing. Every detail was thought out. Only negative, was that the drinks bar closes at 7pm. So of your there in the spa in the evening you can't get a drink.
