Very good food, and very helpful staff, although it is a wee bit pricey

Cannot fault a single thing about this place. Stayed for 2days/1night. Service by all staff, food, spa and facilities all absolutely second to none! Would very highly recommend! Was like a mini heaven on earth

Location a little out of the way, but beautiful setting. Rooms lovely, a little pricey but worth it for a special treat!

It is everything that you would expect. Was attending a wedding and reception (a beautiful reception area) due to health concerns required early book in and transport to other areas, reception and concierge were a were and prepared, from entry point to departure point staff were friendly and helpful, had an enjoyable excellent breakfast in gillies

Worst meal I have ever seen. Every course entirely inedible, an absolute embarrassment to sit through as an ex chef while others pretend everything's wonderful. Bar also had an entirely useless selection of anything.

Stayed here for the weekend with my wife and would definitely recommend. Although it costs more than the average hotel it is nice for a treat or to celebrate an occasion. We stayed in one of the fisherman s cottages which nice and cozy. Staff were very helpful and friendly. The Thermal Village is amazing, would recommend the private hot tub and Prosecco at night. The Restaurant Gillies requires a booking as gets very busy, the menu was a little pricey but the food was fine

The Galgorm resort and spa has developed greatly over the last 7 years from a Small hotel to a highly extensive resort with thermal village and spa facilities the resort is of a high standard and provide, when offers are available great value for money. I would highly recommend these facilities for anyone wanting a short stay or spa facilities. The resort has been extensively added to and there are continuing plan to further develop the site.

Lovely facilities and spa. Stayed here for 2 nights during August. Gin catalogue fascinating and bar staff knowledgeable. Enjoyed all aspects of my stay here, but wished it was longer!

A magnificent venue and superb staff. Markus in the gin library has a gift for selecting the right gin for you.

A first class stay with friendly staff and plenty to do.

This is the perfect place to relax and chill out especially after the stress of Xmas..everything from the room,food and the staff are 1st class..no complaints at all..highly recommend

I delivered a training course here for my client Mid and East Antrim borough council. The room was ideal and the service was second to none - professional, helpful and attentive. All delegates and I enjoyed a soup and sandwich lunch - the soup received many compliments from attendees and there were gluten free sandwich options. There was also a wide selection of teas which was very well received. The view from the training room was superb but given the PowerPoint presentation it was also great to be able to enable all curtains to close for the glass windows surrounding the room out to the waterfall feature.

The venue is also riverside and has great grounds. On previous separate occasions I have also enjoyed afternoon tea in this venue as well as an afternoon in the spa.

Wow. Fantastic experience. The thermal spa experience was brilliant. We went in December when it was freezing outside but but sat out in the jacuzzi and visited the saunas, it was amazing. Our evening dinner was great with entertainment afterwards. A perfect end to a great day. The hot chocolate with the candy sticks was a lovely festive touch. I would definitely recommend the experience to anyone.

We spent 2 nights at Galgorm for the winter wonderland package. Could not fault it!! Everything was perfect

Enjoyed meal but it was very busy alittle slow serving..

Staff were very welcoming from the moment you walked through the door.
Stayed in the wooden chalets. Had a kitchen with oven, microwave, kettle. Crockery, cutlery wtc. They had tea bags & biscuits. Had a coffee machine and left we coffee pods too.
A bath with over head shower.
3 bedroom, 1 large double, a double and a single.
Had free guest Wi-Fi too.
Tv in the living room with limited channels.
Can get something to eat in the wee Italian restaurant, can bring it to your chalet.
Had breakfast in the Gillies Grill. Service in here for breakfast wasn't the best unfortunately. Asked for tea and they brought us all coffees. Took ages to bring us our tea. We ask a few different servers but we were almost finished our breakfast. Servers just kept walking past us but then finally brought the tea. Breakfast is self service which is great. They have a hot food section, a fruit & cereal section and a continental section.
The spa has Jacuzzis, steam room, hit beds a pool etc. There is a dome shaped bar where you can have light bites. This closed at 8pm.
The chalets are a good option for accommodation for groups. They are self catering chalets with WiFi. Would recommend these.

Fantastic place , you feel really spoilt. A place for special occasions.

Service was absolutely brilliant!! Afternoon tea was slightly slow, but none the less it was throughly enjoyed. The Thermal Spa was absolutely great - staff couldnt do enough for the users and the facilities were great.

Big change in this place. I am a regular guest now for 9 years. Staff has changed atmosphere has changed . Not very helpful and waiting 15 min on stairs to be seated for dinner . 2 guests in one room, one facecloth one tiny shampoo conditioner and bodywash. 3 teabags .

Brilliant hotel, brilliant staff. Highly recommended!

My boyfriend treated me to the thermal village for a birthday present and I was blown away. The village is out of this world. There is nothing like sitting in a bubbling hot jacuzzi with the river Maine flowing in the background and the sound of birds tweeting happily away. The staff were super friendly and professional. Just unreal.

Spent a lovely 2 night stay and was really impressed with the facilities. Maurice who greeted us at the door made us really welcome and deserves a special mention. Kind Regards George

Beautiful grounds, very good spa facilitiez and most of the staff are friendly and very accomodating. However a hotel is a hotel and i'm just not bothered about hotels especially ones without personality and the price of an overnight stay is very expensive. I just could not justify the price. I only stayed due to being at a wedding.

Nice place if bit a little pricey. Massage was supposed to be 70 mins but ended up about 50-60 after waiting about.

Beautiful grounds with top notch fitness center. Drew runs a class gym with Olympic bumper plates, squat racks, variable cable machine, kettel bells, dumbells, trx, rings, etc..

Awesome service, the spa is amazing, the restaurants are suburb. The gin tasting is a must!

Stunning facility, defo the place to chill out and be spoilt. Did the private hot tub on the river this time with the Thermal Village package and it was stunning. The extra touch with a wee glass of bubbly was perfect for the occasion.

By far the best spa in northern ireland.. wish I lived here full time

Absolutely beautiful hotel, the concierge service; Maurice and David were amazing and so friendly they greeted us and chatted away which added a little something extra upon arrival and departure. The spa facilities are lovely the only issue is that the it was a little too crowded so I would recommend going early mornings or late at night or even booking a private area. The food; both dinner and breakfast were average unfortunately but the grounds and room make up for that.

Overall great experience very romantic and relaxing! Staff were delightful so helpful and professional, especially Steven! Good man! We stayed in one of the cottages and was super cosy and lovely and warm and clean! The decor was lovely too however we did have an issue with the bathroom as the drains smelt. We had breakfast too and was wide variety and very tasty. Spa was so relaxing clean and enjoyable even though didn't get any treatments. Overall loved it and would stay again if the smell in bathroom was corrected.

Amazing hotel with all the facilities and standard of service expected. The spa was so lovely with a surprise around each corner.

Galgorm resort and spa was absolutely perfect from the first second being greeted by the gentleman in a tweed suit to the concierge who took us to the room Paul went not just the extra mile but 100 miles plus ,outstanding.
Then when we came to the actual day the manager looking after us Paul was astonishing
on the money from the second we set eyes on him too two days later.
the staff are the best i have ever dealt with anywhere in the world and i am the fussiest person you would ever meet ,by a country mile .
so Galgorm Resort and spar gets a 6 star from me and my family and the wedding for Michael Timmins and miss Louise Brown was perfect from the first second to the last if you want to ever speak to put your mind at rest get my details from Kerri Anne who arranged every room for all my guests

Another amazing stay at the Galgorm! Booked again for next year when we checked out. Staff so friendly and professional. Rooms and spa very clean. Gardens gorgeous. Can't wait for the extension to be built.

On a Saturday night the music is not as good used to be...don't no what the problem is ?

Fantastic spot for relaxation. Definitely a 5* experience. I didn't like that the restaurants have got pictures of cows everywhere though. Kinda hard to eat a steak whilst a bunch of cows are overhead

Felt safe and was very relaxing all staff was polite the spa was quiet just a perfect mid week break

Great place would have needed two days two really enjoy what it has to offer.
bar staff would need to learn some manners stood at the bar for 15 mins to get served while he served every girl around me but shouldn't take away from it the place is amazing and will be even better when the extension is finished room clean and well equipped nice touches with fridge with complimentary snacks Celtic sauna and spa fantastic would definitely recommend

Attend for a wedding reception. Drinks very expensive, buffet plain and simple. Could have been better.

Beautiful place and friendly staff but fails at basic administration

My wife Amanda and I would rather be no where else. The food is and thus far always been delectable and the staff are so kind, professional and always willing to help. To us there is no other place to be.

Amazing from the min we arrived, Paul the door man was so nice & helpful as it was or first visit, he helped with everything. Staff & food were amazing. Cant wait to go back. Very relaxing.

First time at the spa, wont be the last. Lovely staff and lovely place. Cabins have everything you need.

I absolutely love the Galgorm there is no other spa that comes close. I have been several times over the years either spa days or overnight stays and they are always improving it. The staff in the spa are so nice and friendly and helpful. However I only have one gripe. I felt that yesterday it was overpriced for what we did. For use of thermal facilities and a one course lunch I felt was too expensive. The food was beautiful but just felt it was overpriced

We had a delicious afternoon tea with a great selection of sandwiches, savouries and pastries. Excellent!

Highly recommend. Love it so much, had the serenity hot tub experience this time and will be a must have from now on. Also want to say a big thanks to the guy making the cocktails last night, he made one up for me and it was amazing. All the staff are very pleasant and extremely helpful.
