Fantastic hotel with very helpful friendly staff. Great facilities. Had a brilliant stay.

Excellent lunch in comfortable dining room, friendly and attentive staff. Very keen prices too. Beautiful lounge looking out over river and waterfall.

Great spa, lots to do and keep you busy. Wonderful massages and treatments. I have also been for afternoon tea and the service and food was excellent!

I've been in this place a few times, I was very disappointed with the food. Just wasn't for me. And I kept feeling a bit intimadated by the bouncers at the door.

Really enjoyed our day spa package here.The staff in the spa were professional and friendly.The spa itself,has been well thought out and I don't think there is anything that could be improved upon.Perfection.We had a snack in the little coffee shop,again the staff were extremely friendly and helpful.As part of our package we had lunch in Gillies.This is the only thing I would have any slight issue with.The waitress who dealt with us seemed in too much of a rush to even notice that I hadn't finished my meal and tried to take my plate.I felt uncomfortable having to tell her I was still eating.Her expression when I said this was a bit odd.It would put me off eating in Gillies again but definitely wouldn't put me off returning to use the spa.Thanks for a lovely day.

Was here for a wedding surrounding was nice but the building we were in was dated, the lodge some of us stayed in is surrounded by construction and the food at the wedding dinner was awful....I mean most plate are collected with most of the plate untouched. Something as simple as mushroom soup has lumps and missing cream.

Fantastic loved it so much. Stayed for two nights. Service was amazing, all staff were so kind and keen to help.

Service could have been better for this standard of hotel.

Fabulous experience . Only stayed one night , however the entire experience from arriving at reception , through dining on three separate occasions, and then finally our leaving the next day , could not be faulted . Top staff , food , hotel.
Will be back soon.

stayed at Galgorm again... on our 34th wedding anniversary absolutely had an amazing time, so relaxing food at gillies bar was outstanding couldn't praise Galgorm enough definitely would go back and would recommend it to anyone for a day spa or over night stay

Not a bad wee spot. Wouldn't recommend going to their restaurant Chillies or Fratellis as they are over priced and being honest, the food isn't that great. Lately we have went somewhere else for food before going to Ghillies for a few drinks. Good choice of Gin which I like. Bar staff very helpful and will take the time to chat through various options. So nice seating and entertainment each might makes it a good choice for locals to have a drink.

Top Class Luxury with Spa. Booked a deluxe room to attend a wedding. The staff are so nice from start to finish. Beautiful place, the room with excellent ensuite with Dyson fan, coffee machine and a tablet to browse the facilities and book a spa treatment. The spa village area is unreal with pool, saunas, snoe room and many areas to relax. It's exceptional. The breakfast service was top class , the best we've ever had. Must return to indulge in one of their signature spa treatments. Absolutely

The thermal village is the great, The staff are very professional and friendly. The rooms are great and have a lot of little touches like turndown service, complementary mini bar, etc. They even had a Xmas tree in our room. Lovely touches. Would definitely recommend!

I was there for a Formal, everything was nicely layed out and set up but the drinks were incredibly over priced.

Only complaint is the tap water tastes a bit weird, but bottled water and other drinks are supplied in the rooms.

Ate at Girlies Bar. Good food, service slow and haphazard, hence 4 rather than 5 stars.

I didnt stay at this hotel but I did make use of the spa. I had a great experience while I was there but was unfortunately left with a nasty skin infection that took almost 9 months to clear after multiple dermatologist appointments. Sadly, its not the first report I have heard of this as I know a few others who have had similar problems after using their spa facilities.

Galgorm is unique. The customer service is second to none. The Spa is exceptional.

Fine dining has great food and good value, spa is fantastic too

I have to say this is an absolutely beautiful setting for a little break or a wedding no matter how formal you wish to make it. My wife and i attended a wedding at the Phantom House which is a Smallish quaint stone building with waterfalls and river running close by. I would say this particular building would hold around 100 people for the ceremony.We then moved up to a larger building for the reception. The estate and buildings are spacious and well laid out and organised.The food is beautiful and staff are friendly and efficient. We really enjoyed the day here and if you wish to get away for some quiet time during a busy day take a walk and experience this beautiful hotel and scenery it has to offer.

World class spa perfect for pure relaxation plus great restaurants for food!

I took my daughter and friends to the Spa for her birthday. Every one had a great time

Beautiful hotel in the most stunning of surroundings. Not just for weddings, a perfect couples retreat. The spa has to be seen to be believed, total luxury. Fratelli's is the perfect eating place for families with children getting to decorate their own pizzas.

Not a great experience. Money stole from room. Reported to police but conveniently no camera's in alot of the areas to follow up what I reported. Which isn't very safe. Staff were not very truthful. My room was entered on two occasions when I was no where near the room. Will definitely not be recommending it to anyone or going back.

Words can't describe how good this place is. You will have to go to appreciate the grandeur of it.

Was at the resort working at a wedding thewedding coordinator Gabbi was superb a real team player on what could have been a tricky day with the weather.
