This is just heaven on earth. I just can't get enough of this place.

Lovely welcome from doormen quick check in friendly and helpful staff comfy beds ,spotlessly clean excellent food both evening meal and breakfast .We had 99 pounds BandB dinner and spa deal for a group of friends worth every penny and will certainly return. Even had Christmas tree in our bedroom.!

I'm a regular visitor to the spa and honestly I can't speak highly enough about the quality of service, the brilliant staff and the sublime venue.

I have been to the galgorm on several occasions for weddings/dinner overnight stay/ spa days. The surroundings are stunning and make a lovely back drop for any occasion or for a getaway. The service has always been excellent any time I have dined or stayed, and the food both in the restaurants and at wedding functions excellent (the breakfast at gillies is especially good) The newly refurbished spa is the best experience I have had at any spa hotel in NI. There is a great selection of packages/ treatments, yet if you dont decide to opt for a treatment the thermal spa open to all guests has so much to experience you could easily spend a good half day there. I recently attended a wedding in the Renaissance suite which was spacious, beautifully decorated and felt very lavish. The 5 course dinner was beautiful and staff very efficient. The reception ran very smoothly and seamlessly facilitated by the hotel staff. I will definately back here again and highly recommend this hotel and spa.

Class place. Everyone has to experience the Galgorm at least once. Thermal Village has everything you'd want in a spa.

We went here for afternoon tea, we do this every year Saturday before Christmas. The covit checking was excellent as was the service we received and our meal. Definitely we will return again for another afternoon treat

I've stayed at the Galgorm quite a few times in my life and can honestly say it is the most luxurious and relaxing experience I've ever had the good fortune to enjoy. I cannot recommend it enough, the food options are amazing, all staff are always willing to help and go the extra mile for guests and the spa is one of the best in Europe. They have extensive plans to expand and each time I return it only gets better.

Staff OK, standard room = craggy island standard room,nice grounds.

I absolutely loved my time here. All the staff members are incredibly friendly, the rooms are exceptional and the restaurants are delicious. I brought my girlfriend here as a birthday present and it was the best present I could have given here.

It is expensive, but I can assure you it is worth every penny

Went for a wedding at Christmas time absolutely stunning venue and incredible food, highly reccomend a stay in one of the log cabins with their outdoor hot tub, amazing

Beautiful location, shame about the food, service was sluggish and the food was meh.

This is the experience of a lifetime. We went midweek for the twilight spa and it wasn't as busy as it usually was. That meant enough time to relax and unwind. The gin bar and cocktails are fabulous. And the artwork amazing. Food I'd good but not spectacular

Fine dinning in the river room & special, the spa is the best I've ever seen & the service is top class.. I'll go back soon

Offers everything from afternoon tea, excellent spa facilities, multiple restaurants, themed movie and quiz nights, gin club, as well as being one of the most popular wedding venue in NI. Everything you need for a self contained weekend away.

Went to gilles restaurant and the gin bar, fantastic atmosphere and great service.

Visited the venue as a wedding guest. Simply superb. Staff were attentive, knowledgable and offered quick service. The interior decor is stunning - luxurious and elegant. Will definitely come back to try out the spa facilities.

Food and drink wonderful in great setting, ideal for everyone.

Fantastic food decent entertainment but a bit expensive, drinks at the bar costly and you drink what they sell you. Vodka is a good polish and pepsi instead of coke at 2x the Smirnoff and coke I asked for.

My Daughter had her wedding reception at the Weekend.Yous guys know how to do it.We had an amazing day,absolutely fabulous.The scenery,food and staff were fantastic,you made my Daughter's wedding a day she will always cherish.A special thanks to Gabriele he was brillant at his job.THANK YOU

We had an amazing weekend for my boyfriends bday. The staff were lovely. He was given a card and chocolates in the room which was super cute. The thermal village is so much larger than I though, a lot to do and go try out. We spend hours just relaxing. Our favourite part was the River View serenity tub, an hour in a private tub with an amazing view and very romantic at the evening. The package we got was a deluxe room which was very comfy, although their mattress was quite hard so my back was sore but I do have a bad back.



Over all it was wonderful. Just pricey but they do make you feel very special.

UPDATE...Glad to say that the Galgorm addressed my issues raised and i am very pleased with the outcome. 4 stars extra for your assistance.

Just received a call from the Galgorm telling me that my check in time was 3.45pm. They also informed me that they couldn't accommodate my dinner reservation for 7pm but instead i had to wait to 8pm. I had a massage booked for 5.30pm and that meant by the time we got settled in our room we would have the sum total of 1hr 15 minutes to enjoy the Spa. We like to eat early and booked for 7pm but were told that was a no no. I asked for refund as this was clearly not what was booked but was informed book another date or lose your money. If that wasn't bad enough they had cancelled our previous booking and when i asked for a refund i was informed its not our fault it is Covid 19. Now the last time I checked mis selling is a breach of my rights as a consumer I am entitled to either receive the service paid for or my money back. Do the right thing Galgorm!

We went here for my birthday on Friday and we had an amazing time! We visited the new river room conservatory for drinks and it was beautiful, lovely young guy working in there he was so helpful and friendly! We then used the thermal spa for a few hours which was pure luxury, the facilities are amazing and so clean. Afterwards we had dinner in gillies around 9.30. The staff were incredible all day and the servers in Gillies could not have been more attentive and helpful. And because we had our bags of swim stuff from the spa they took our bags and stored them for us while we had our meal, I thought this was so thoughtful! A lady serving us had said they needed our order asap as the kitchen was closing at 10.and she went on to apologise for rushing us but that once they had our order we could relax and take our time and feel no pressure. Which was really lovely as most places just want rid of you by end of the night. We sat till around 12.30 as they had the band on also which was great. The staff brought out my birthday cake and got the band to sing happy birthday which was lovely! Then when we were leaving packed it all up for us in a handy tin foil creation which was so clever. It was an amazing birthday from start to finish and that was thanks to your amazing hotel and staff! We love the Galgorm and will continue to return as much as we can.

Not worth the effort of driving here. The food was bland and overpriced. There are better restaurants around without having to travel to Ballymena. The surroundings are beautiful but that that's about it.

Amazing place we stayed here for a friend's wedding beautifull grounds, staff very friendly spa is nice and the hot tubs outside, the gin library is worth going to if you like your gins.
