Went to the spa. It was very good but considering the price I've had better value for money at other spas.

First class facilities and restaurants but expensive.

Had an excellent meal in Fratelli this evening. Great food & music. Would definitely recommend.

Fabulous surroundings. Finally done decent grub and good service. Expensive but worth it.

Gorgeous surroundings and experience as always.
I've had great visits before but feel that it is becoming a little less personal, busy and pricey.

Absolutely this place. A monthly visitor have always had a wonderful experience with staff, spa food and always spotless clean room.

My bro had a dip in the river a must try he said only waist deep.

The IT network is very big. Lots of VM's and V'Lans, some security holes. Tp link AP's need better coverage. Seams to be a mobile phone black hole.

Nice country escape location with lots of Spa activities and amenities.. Room was spacious and loved the quality decor throughout the hotel.. Nice food and drink options and brilliant Gin Library with hundreds of different gins. Personal highlight was the private hot tub by the river at nighttime with chocolates and cocktails..

Love this place for the spa an the food is of a very high standard .The staff are friendly and helpful lovely decor an a great place to go for a long walk.
It is number one on my lists for spas .
The only down side like all spas is the price. But it was a beautiful treat.

The Galgorm Resort & Spa is a very nice place to visit and the rooms are very comfortable and quiet. Staff are excellent and very helpful as are the restaurants. If this was all there was to review it would probably get 5 stars.

There s no doubt that this is a beautiful hotel and the grounds are just stunning. Living locally it s been a favourite of ours for years, with my brother getting married there and then recently I did too. We had high expectations and honestly it s hard to go wrong with their recently renovated Four Seasons Suite, but there were a few unexpected hiccups from the hotel s staff that added some stress to us. That seems inevitable for a wedding day but we had gone out of our way to double confirm several things and then when the day came, things has clearly been forgotten or not properly recorded. Half of our guests had traveled from America so we ended up spending some time trying to rectify things instead of just enjoying our time with our families. The following morning was very stressful as we tried to locate lots of missing things like props, leftover cake and so on, we felt like we d been promised a certain level of support and then kind of left in the lurch as soon as the wedding was over. It was a small wedding and we re generally very laid back, so it takes a lot for me to write a review, but I did ask for a way to provide feedback afterwards and was told we would be sent something several times. The third time I asked, 5 months later when the hotel got I touch about something else, I was told the hotel doesn t do that anymore and to just email the manager.

First class service and accommodation. Set in stunning grounds the Resort and Spa is the perfect place to relax and unwind.

Was at a wedding on Friday night . Everything is excellent in all aspects.

Great venue,famous retreat and relaxation spot .Just make sure you book well in advance as they're fully booked for months in advance.Really classy place.

This was my first time here and I gotta say it was an experience. Staff were well mannered and very helpful a great place to unwind and recharge. Can't wait to see you's again loved it.

A Great place for wedding. Staff were so helpful. Food beautifully.

Afternoon tea. Given voucher as a present and at the prices involved thats the only way I'd be going. An interesting selection of flavoured teas and dainty wee (yes small) sandwiches, they probably get 8 from 2 rounds of bread and you get 2 of them on your plate. You also get wee scones and cakes. You won't come away hungry, but, come on .... Oh yes if there's more than 2 in your party, you wont get a window seat to see the river and if its sunny, you need sunglasses, it is held in a glass conservatory after all.

Another fantastic mid-week break in my favourite Hotel. Enjoyed the stay with my two daughters. It was my youngest daughters 30th birthday. I had sent balloons and banners for the room and asked that they were put up as a surprise. Nothing was too much trouble. The staff as usual were so helpful. Spa time relaxing and then a delicious meal in Gillies. What more could you ask for.

Dinner in Fratellies was excellent. Spa was very busy but there was still ample room in pools and steamroom. Was a bit annoying that sauna was prebooked for a group. Family room was a bit old looking and could maybe do with updating the decor but had comfortable beds.

Thermal spa was busy and very loud not relaxing at all..lost a brand new fit bit which showed as activated by another user...Galgorm NOT interested at all!!! Will not use again!!

Really enjoyed our stay it's so beautiful the spa is amazing the food the friendly ,kind staff couldn't do anufe for you The kind friendly man at the door called Maurice couldn't do anufe for you

Never fails to disappoint. Thermal spa and treatments were amazing..highly reccomend.

Food was priced way beyond its value. Service left a lot to be desired. Can't see the attraction of this place. It's not for me. However you pays your money and takes your choice.

Visited Gillies restaurant for a family members birthday. The restaurant had nice decorum, wait staff were polite and timely, and the food , while some felt overpriced, was delicious. I had the Caesar salad with a portion of garlic fries, and it was good though not outstandingly so. All in all I enjoyed my visit here and would definitely return!

Exelent place. And all staff are top quality, Pleasant and helpful. Let down by a below standard room. Taps on bath were rubbing tiles and moving. Fan left running because of warm weather. Manager supposed to ring but did not. But to be fair did offer discount for a return visit when contacted. So for this visit they score a 5 out of ten , not great for one, if not the top hotel in Northern Ireland!

Best place by far I've ever stayed at. Accommodation was top drawer and staff went over and beyond helpful. Better than anything I've ever experienced. We went for the thermal village and it didnt disappoint. Cant wait to get back.

Very nice place with great facilities. I'm on Three and there's 0 bars so no communication with the outside world, WiFi isn't allowing to make WhatsApp calls either, therefore I gave just 4 stars, otherwise it would definitely be a five!

Wife took us to a spa day here which included the thermal village followed by a massage. Absolutely fantastic day and would highly recommend.

Setting was amazing, very scenic and relaxing. The spa/thermal village are out of this world.

The Galgorm resort & Spa was an outstanding establishment with spectacular grounds, cleanlinessoozing out of everywhere helpful and well groomed staff along with beautiful surroundings and 5 star food. Would advise anyone to attend!

Renaissance suites were amazing for a wedding party I attended

Fantastic place to stay, staff very accommodating warm and friendly environment. Food was delicious spa was everything you would want. I would highly recommend this as a place to stay.

Attending a wedding reception. Beaufort grounds and hotel. Staff were very accommodating and efficient. Drink was a bit on the pricey side.

Thermal Village is amazing and the service in the hotel is sensational. Really recommend it!

Overly fancy, confusing car park area with a lack of signs, but if pretentiousness is what you're after then this is the place!

Was at a wedding and stayed in the cottages. Was really nice and the breakfast was lovely.

This is a lovely place for any occasion, good service and great food at the Gillies Resteraunt.

The room was nice and spacious but the coffee machine did not work. I haf advised my baby was staying but was not offered / advised whether they had travel cots (luckily id brought my own) My mum advised the stay was for my birthday but it went unnoticed, even though friends have previously received gifts

A great hotel - amazing spa and great facilities. Set in a picturesque setting, this hotel is brilliant. Service from staff was unbeatable and nothing could be faulted. Hope I get to visit again. My room was above the spa which meant I didnt have the best view and quite a lot of noise from the machinery and music PA but didnt bother me to be honest.

Voucher nightmare, couldn't accommodate a booking when I tried dates during validity. Then wouldn't honour voucher after expiry! Very disappointing...
While you will see a response from management looking to resolve it means nothing - if you don't use the voucher they'll take it off the system and your money is gone, my advice don't buy anyone a voucher if you need flexibility and time to use it!!

Horrible room , complained to little effect , received a phone call from manager who offered me another room for the same cost during a week day , so basically wanted me to stay with them again for the same cost to me in a room with a standard I was expecting on my first visit , joke

Beautiful place and setting. The moment we stepped out the car and could smell the logs burning, the relaxation began. Every staff member encountered was super friendly. The spa is wonderful, the reason this place appears in so many "top 10" lists is clear.
The restaurants here are very generous in their portions. It is worth the short drive to the Castle Kitchen & Bar located at the golf club, great vibe and nicely cooked steak.
We'll be returning I'm sure.

Stayed at the hotel for two nights about a month ago for my boyfriend's younger brother's wedding. And The Galgorm did not disappoint. Beautiful hotel, the spa was relaxing and our room was fab. Loved it, would definitely recommend and will be back. Thank you for a lovely stay.

My son has booked his wedding there for 12 June 19. Staff were fantastic. Venue fantastic. Would highly recommend to anyone

From the moment of arrival on the premises to departure the staff were available to ensure the visit was stress free and very enjoyable stay. Disabled access was made available by the wide corridors and spacious public area. The food was amazing and presentation suited the occasion exactly. The staff were attentive and more than willing to assist.

This has always been one of my favourite places to stay and to dine. Beautiful hotel and restaurant set amongst beautiful grounds.
