UPDATE...Glad to say that the Galgorm addressed my issues raised and i am very pleased with the outcome. 4 stars extra for your assistance.

Just received a call from the Galgorm telling me that my check in time was 3.45pm. They also informed me that they couldn't accommodate my dinner reservation for 7pm but instead i had to wait to 8pm. I had a massage booked for 5.30pm and that meant by the time we got settled in our room we would have the sum total of 1hr 15 minutes to enjoy the Spa. We like to eat early and booked for 7pm but were told that was a no no. I asked for refund as this was clearly not what was booked but was informed book another date or lose your money. If that wasn't bad enough they had cancelled our previous booking and when i asked for a refund i was informed its not our fault it is Covid 19. Now the last time I checked mis selling is a breach of my rights as a consumer I am entitled to either receive the service paid for or my money back. Do the right thing Galgorm!
