Very relaxing stay. The 'Spa Village' is a must visit :)

What's not to like about this place? I thoroughly enjoyed the Spa and restaurants as well as the Thermal Village every time I've been.

Fantastic venue. Great accommodation and first class food. Staff very professional and attentive especially the two staff on the entrance door, who set the ambiance.

Love our visits to this place although it's getting a bit over crowded especially at the spa facilities but staff always very helpful polite and friendly..

What can I say once again 5 star accommodation with 5 star service

deserves more than 5 stars.. this place has to be one of the best hotels on the planet. cannot fault anything about it. all the staff are amazing. I have been here 12 times in the past 3 years and will keep coming to relax and enjoy all the facilities. Thanks

Love the galgorm spa, plenty of space for everyone even when it's busy, and brilliant facilities. Breakfast is also delicious, if anything a bit on the skimpy side but other than that a fabulously relaxing spa day.

Galgorm is a place of pure luxury. If you want to treat yourself this is the best place to relax and unwind.

Me and my now husband got married here last July and everything was perfect. Can not fault the team at Galgorm. A day that will always be remembered. Thanks so much Galgorm. If I could give you more than 5 stars I would!

Excellent facilities, with enough variety to easily fill your time spent relaxing.

Beautiful place and spa is second to none. Staff very friendly. Room was very luxurious. Food was a delightful unforgettable experience in all restaurants with exception of pancakes which seemed bought in. Would otherwise give 5 stars but preparation around C19 makes no sense and hotel needs to be more realistic. C19 organisation is disjointed, minimum numbers being adhered to in restaurant(s) but then everyone packed into the one place makes no sense with no compliance to 2 meters once seated. Hate to give a bad review in this regard. Temperature check at door should not be used as ultimate deterrent as does feel like this. Same for new sauna being marketed recently with temp check on way in, for a Sauna where bugs thrive! Bit of a wake up call required around C19 procedures! Otherwise fabulous experience.

A great location for a drink and meal. Compared to other eateries in Ballymena it is pricey but the food is delicious and the service excellent.

Outdoor spa is lovely and peaceful. It's never too crowed. I did the gin tasting in the evening which was really good fun. The host was very knowledgeable on all the gin products and he was good craic. Rooms are beautiful and spacious. Everything you need for a relaxing overnight treat

My stay at the hotel was very nice, the spa was very luxurious and I thought the service was very good. I feel the food in gillies was extremely overpriced for average food

Very nice place but the service was slow and Earl Grey was horrible. Coffee on the other hand was lovely.

Came to Ireland to find my forever nearly two months was gone didn't find my forever went to Galgorm Spa I still didn't find my forever leaving in Ireland in 4 days didn't find my forever so anyway finally realised I find the spa my forever ohhhhh nice view the atmosphere I was so in love by the beauty of the spa. Warmth feeling feels your whole soul, complete satisfaction, all your senses find it amazing.
Dry Sauna it's like sucking all deep stress, steam Sauna Aroma was completely sweating and relaxing all ur vital organs dive in pool then calming my self with hot tub bubble pressure massage all ur tension muscles at night and early morning u woke up. Nice steam u feel like your in underneath the clouds, very friendly warm welcome from the staff specially Darrell who was so patient going back and forth to the train station since our train was delay. If I have all the luxury of the earth I would love to visit this place as often I could. Worth for the money experience. All I can say it's superb

Went here for my Birthday and absolutely loved it! Sitting in the different suanas and relaxing and going into the pools and hot tubs were amazing.

Won t give refunds and the spa manager unsympathetic to the unforeseen circumstances. Horrible and rude person with no people skills. Very disappointed.

Went for my birthday on the spa and lunch deal. Amazing day. Spa facilities are varied between cold and hot, indoors and outdoors. Staff at the spa are very professional and looked after us well. Lunch however was okay but very inattentive staff. Felt like we were burden because we had a voucher. Once we got their attention it was good and the food was good enough. I would probably just go to the spa next time. Well worth a visit!

Was expecting luxury and peace and quiet but Gillies has screaming kids jumping up and down in the booth and neither of the electric car charging points work even though both say available? Ecars cannot reboot and don't seem bothered as to when can fix!

This place is the most amazing place! My wife and I celebrated our 10 year anniversary here and we were looked after like royalty. We stayed in a deluxe suite, had the most amazing spa treatments (which I didn't think I'd enjoy but did immensely), spent some time in a hot tub by the river, ate a phenomenal mean then danced the night away in the bar! From the moment we arrived until we left we were so well looked after and the location and the grounds are phenomenal! In our room there was a card for our anniversary and chocolates. They are adding more over the next few years and it all looks very exciting. We'll be going back for sure! Regularly I hope. Thank you to all at the Galgorm that made this the fantastic pleasure that it was.

Heard about it so much and was prepared to be disappointed by the hype. Im not a spa lover but was completely converted.

I only stayed one night but felt very relaxed.

Had a spa and breakfast package after new years. The village was great, plenty to get around and sample and everything was to the highest standard. The lunch afterwards was also lovely and put a nice finishing touch to the morning.

Omg what can I say, amazing from start to finish. I went with my husband as a 40th birthday treat from my family did not disappoint, and I from the minute we entered to the minute we left it was amazing, we spa is top class we ate in gillies and it was delicious, and we definitely be returning in the future. Special shout out to the gentleman who helped us with our luggage I think his 1st name was Paul his 2nd name was McGrath really lovely man and was so helpful, friendly and hospitable,

BEST place hotels. i love the room very comfy, The foods are delicious and the staff are so responsive. the best place to come is here even a bit expensive.

No better value than Galgorm spa offers, mud serail treatment, couple of hours in the spa and lunch after, can't beat that for a relaxing day. Staff were very attentive and welcoming and could not fault anything. Would defo recommend and will definitely be back.

Well what a fantastic place to spend a couple of days there is nothing bad to say about this place the service is great and the service is first class I will defiantly have to go back soon the gin library is impressive and worth a visit
