Staff were great, made our stay very comfortable. Hotel and setting are stunning.

Room and thermal village was great. We didn't find it busy. Food is tasty but had real problems with the service in Gillies Pub. We were seated at a back window, no other tables in that row occupied. Had to ask for someone to take our drinks order as they all kept walking straight past and you couldn't wave any one down. Once drinks were served we asked if we could order and they said they would send someone. While waiting, staff were standing in a small alcove round the corner at the till with their backs to us. Had to ask AGAIN to be served. Once we ordered they came back to confirm order, might I add there was only two of us. Then when it came out the side orders were wrong and we had to wait on them. Felt ignored to be honest. Real pity as a waitress myself you are always told to keep yourself busy or even act busy!!!!!

Had a very much needed 1 night stay at the galgorm and will definitely return. The spa is amazing and we really enjoyed our meal at gillies. My only complaint was our room was very hot through the night but staff handled it very well. We also did the river side hot tub and though it was nice we would have liked it to be a bit hotter, we asked the attendant if it could be warmed up at all and he added more logs into the fire and eventually it did warm up more but about 15 mins before we were due to get out. Overall a really good experience. We can't wait for our next stay when we return the Ireland again.

Excellent food and accommodation but too posh for me

The staff are amazing and the location is lovely. Everything about this hotel is brilliant and stylish.
The prices can be a bit steep but manageable for a special occasion away.

Our dream location. Its a pleasure to spend our hard earned money at the Galgorm and worth every single penny. We have never experienced anything like the service received each and every time we have stayed. Nowhere comes close to making you feel this special. We've spent our birthdays and our engagement here, with many more trips ahead. Everything is a dream. Stacey & Cathy xx

Just spent Christmas at the Galgorm, had the most magical Christmas. Staff are friendly and the facilities are amazing not to mention the food aswell.

Stayed here recently with friends. Charlotte and staff were so good to look after us.. went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed our stay. Really appreciate it. The spa here and the ground were lovely. All the staff wore masks / visors which we felt relieved by. We will definitely stay again.

You can never fault the galgorm resort and spa they always deliver. We got a free upgrade to a suite overlooking the river absolutely beautiful. I would recommend to all. The 80s night in Gillies was great craic too. Can't wait til our next visit. Thanks to all the staff at Galgorm

Unbelievable service and we had a lovely time at the spa. The afternoon tea in particular was fabulous, the staff were amazing!

Service was impeccable. Staff very friendly and helpful and the food an spa was heaven. Feel so relaxed after my stay. All round very worth the money.

The food at the wedding reception was wonderful. The managerial staff were excellent. The only negative really was the lack of restrooms accessible from phantom house.

Beautiful place, surrounded by well kept grounds. The Four Seasons Suite is great for holding small conference. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful and always deliver very high standard. We used their facilities several times and will be using again.

Luxury hotel and spa with numerous venues and any kind of event catered for...particularly suited to weddings and corporate and set in amazing scenery...go take a look!

Attended for a wedding, Hotel is beautiful, food was really good for a wedding, drinks are pricey and WiFi is non existent and you cannot get a mobile signal in the whole resort

New little hide away opened beach huts n sauna done the galgorm way...style n comfort little box for lunchtime fresh fruit and veg choice of chicken salmon or tofu then an hour in hidden hot tub beside the water. A great way to spend a Christmas gift card

Everything about the trip was perfect. Galgorm always exceeds all expectations. The spa is brilliant and staff are very friendly.

Poor service. Pre-mixed overpriced cocktails. Poor toilet cleanliness that was never checked the whole duration of our stay in the bar. Tables not cleaned. Consistently incorrect bar orders every time, for each of our party. Staff did not know what drinks were available, or how to pour correctly. Added ice to a pint?! Shocking for a 5* resort. The bar should reflect the rest of the hotel.

Amazing location. However, it's expensive with a hefty surcharge on the price of a pint. Wasn't impressed with food and staff with the latter probably overworked and underpaid. Money grabbers comes to mind.

This is an establishment that knows how to provide an amazing experience. Each and every staff member was fantastic, especially Louise.

The whole experience was on a other level. It's an impressive complex with extensive facilities that leave you calm and relaxed within a fantastic nature setting.

We chose fratelli's to eat in as breakfast was severed in Gillie's the next morning. Food was great and again I can't state enough the staff are amazing at what they do. Breakfast was a buffet breakfast and you were still able to make use of the spa facilities up until check out

Had an absolutely fantastic overnight stay here for my sister-in-law's hen. The Galgorm is pure luxury, and even though the cost for the night was more than I'm used to paying, what we got for our money was well worth it. The staff couldn't have done enough for you, food, service, rooms, everything was outstanding. Would do it again at the drop of a hat.

Went to a wedding and they ran out of food before my partner had been served. Also the menu did not depict what was on the plate. Awful service

Very nice staff. Beautiful hotel. Arrived at 3 pm with a queue. When you get to reception, eventually, we're asked if we want to go to the 'deluxe reception' with 'canopies' to check in'??? Next day I asked to have our jacussi by the river delayed by 15minutes. I had a facial at 10am and wanted to enjoy the relaxation suite. NO WAY. We arrived at the spa on time. We got our beautiful riverside spot 10 minutes late.They forgot all about us until 1 pm...a nice perk. We really enjoyed the Jacuzzi. Gobsmacked the 2 Jacuzzis on either side of us remained empty the entire time we were there. Amazing they couldn't have delayed the riverside Jacuzzi. Would we go back? NO.

I absolutely love this place. Birthday, Valentines & Christmas is must have. Staff is extremely friendly, place is very well maintained. Spa is my den.
