WOW! If you haven't been to GN Gonzales recently you need to go.
I have been blown away by the service I've received in my last 2 visits.
Guys in the parts department even remembered me from my last visit a couple of weeks ago and what I was working on. Blew me away.
Bought tires today and their prices beat what I could get them for online! I would much rather support a local business and have it today than order and wait.
Everyone I have encountered has been friendly and helpful and the place looks amazing.
Prices on helmets, jackets, and accessories are competitive too!
Definitely worth the drive! Wow!

Horrible customer service! Stay away!!! Turned in my bike near the end of June, and it wasn t ready until middle of August. Took them close to one and half months to clean and install a carburetor that normally takes 5 hours max!!! I believe they put other bikes in front of mine but I was patient with them because the service worker was very helpful. When I went to pick up my bike they told me my fairings were lost. The manager was very loud and hostile and was not reasonable at all. He offered to take 20% of the fairings the lost, and he wouldn't even apologize for the extra-long time they needed to fix my bike. I felt disrespected by that offer and the lack of service I received. After intense arguing I paid my full balance and left missing 2 fairings just to get out of the situation. Next time I will go to the motorcycle shop on airline, it might be further out from my location but I cannot see myself returning to this shop. I have never received this level of awful service and disregard. Remodeling the cosmetic look of a shop is useless if you treat your customers this bad.

This is the best place ever to go. They went above and beyond for our family! Brittanie Daigle was very pleasant and kind to deal with! Not to mention very patient with us. She stayed late just for us! She was suppose to be off of work at 5 o clock and stayed with us until 7 that night and not to mention after our first purchase we decided last minute we needed another dirt bike like the one we purchased the day before for my sons birthday and unfortunately they didn t have one in stock but instead of us settling for one we really didn t want Brittanie made it happen for us and went to the warehouse in New Orleans on Saturday morning so my son could have it Saturday evening for his birthday! That really meant a lot to us and it definitely made his birthday the best he could ever imagine it to be! I will definitely go to them and I will definitely send all my friends to Brittanie Daigle at G. N. Gonzales!!!! Thanks for everything y all are the best!!!!!!!!!

I'm a first time motorcycle buyer. I told the sales rep I want a Ninja 300. I asked if they do test rides. Mgr. said "No, no test rides." Also told me they only had one 2015 in stock, the one on the floor. Quickly after they started pushing last years model on me. I leave. I get a phone call the next business day. They found 4 other 2015 ninja 300's in the back. Then I'm told, Yeah you can test ride if you have had a m endorsement for 5 years. Been told one too many lies here. Save yourself a trip and go somewhere else.

2nd Bike I have purchased from these guys since 2005. Went out of their way to get me the bike that I wanted and at a price that the others wouldn't match. Very friendly and helpful and the service department even went an extra mile to help me out, after hours, when the dept was closed down. Will be back for my next one.

Hello Everyone,

Hello Everyone,

I am the Sales Manager here at G.N. Gonzales, I just wanted to give everyone a little insight about G.N. Gonzales. For all those who have had their differences with us I apologize, there certainly should have never been any of these issues. However I would like to let everyone know we are now under all new management and would love the opportunity to get a second chance and show you we do care. Sales department has been completely revamped as well as Service and Parts. We are now holding a larger inventory and are competitively priced. If you give us the chance My self and the rest of our team here will do the best we can do at making sure you leave here happy.

Thank you all and hope to see some old and new faces some time soon

Had a issue with mechanic wrongly diagnosed my bike , way over quoted me , paid the diagnosis fee and few hrs labor , brought bike to another shop found out what exactly what the mechanic did wrong , notified the store manager , gn gonzales happily refunded me my money back and offered to fix the bike for free no questions asked , they made a mistake and owned up to it and made it right , couldn't ask for more their customer service is top notch and I will always be a customer

First bike purchases are always the hardest and make you worry about everything. So after a while, I came to G.N Honda and bought a beautiful bike from these guys. The sales team is amazing. The finance area was a bit of a shakey area but if you ever go in, ask for Joe! They even let me open the factory box the bike came in after hours. It was a great experience. The team there definitely changed a nervous experience into a great one! I will definitely be coming back! Thanks again Joe!

Bought a brand new EBR back in 2014. It got ran over in a parking lot a few months after I bought it and went back to G.N. Gonzales for service. They had the bike for MONTHS to replace front forks, left side plastics, right side plastics, front brake cooler, left pegs, clutch lever, and a low fuel light always being on. I got the bike back long after they told me it would be completed. When I got it home they didn't even replace the right side plastics that were damaged and the fuel light was still on. I set up another time to drop off the bike and they called the insurance to make an amendment. They said it would be done in 2 weeks which was perfect since I was going on vacation. I came back and it was another month before I got to pick it up. I got home and again the light was still on and the plastics were never replaced! Trying to get them to call you back and get any information from them is next to impossible! Last week I went somewhere else to do some work on it and the original plastics underneath were never replaced! They have multiple broken pieces and instead of replacing the parts that I assume they got paid for by the insurance company they tried to hide it. I tried for going on 2 weeks to get them to send me my work orders and parts ordered to no avail. Thomas in parts told me the GM was supposed to email it to me because once it's completed they can't access it with their new system. I only Gave them a 2 start because there is a great employee there who told me that I shouldn't bring my bike back for service there if anything else happens last time I picked it up. Disappointed that something so simple as letting me see what parts were ordered for MY bike both times it was in for service can't be completed.

I was in the market for a new 4 wheeler, looked everywhere for months and couldn't find what I wanted. I then talked to a few people and a friend recommended going to Gn Gonzales. When I walked into Gn Gonzales I was greeted by a pleasant receptionist and an even nicer sales staff. I explained to the salesman that I had been looking for several months and he asked me all the questions that I would need in a four-wheeler, an I explained to him in detail. He then directed me to several four wheelers an helped me picked the one that I needed. I've now owned this four wheeler for several months an couldn't be more pleased with my four wheeler as well as my experience at Gn Gonzales.

I tried to buy a left over 2015 Vulcan S from them but they pretty much made it clear that they were not interested in selling anything. The 2 female "salesmen" were tobusy chatting with each other to answer a question. When they did acknowledge a question, they really didn't have a clue and didn't care. I showed up with cash in hand and then they tried to change the deal. We walked out and I'm glad we did. Found a much better deal at Halls Motorsports in N.O. on a 2016. Over 1000 less on a year newer bike. The impression I got was that they don't really want retail business. Both times we were there we were the only customers there and they acted like we were disturbing them. Now i understand why their showroom is full of new 3-4 year old bikes. I would not recommend GN Gonzales to anyone.

I would only recommend servicing your bike here if you have a DEATH WISH! After buying my 2000 Yamaha 1600 from a private party, I put it in this shop to get a new rear tire and a "road safety inspection." I put the bike in the shop, and after being told to expect a call the following day, I never talked to anyone until I CALLED two weeks later to check on the status of my bike. They had still not gotten to it, but would let me know as soon as it was finished. I think I ended up getting it back around 2 weeks later. But that isn't even the reason I will never use their service department again. Remember the safety inspection? Yeah, well they told me I was good to go when I picked it up. A month or two later, after riding everyday, I brought my bike back to get an oil change. While I was waiting for the guy to tell me when it would be ready, he said, "I have some good news for ya" "There is a recall on your bike so your oil change will be free since we have to crack the case to repair the piston rod, and on and on." All this time I'm kind of tuning him out because I am thinking he's just trying to up sale me, but then my attention is recaptured when he starts telling me how the recall is necessary because the transmission could seize up while going down the road, causing me to be thrown from the bike. And how I am very lucky I brought the bike in before something bad happened That's when it dawned on me that I had just been in here a month prior for a SAFETY INSPECTION!! When called out on it, he conveniently replied, "I'm not showing any record of you being here before Mr. Hargroder."...Aint that some customer service for ya?.. I won't even get in to the half-a** rear tire change they gave me...I Strongly Recommend You Stay Away!!

I tried a few different Bike Dealerships but, when I went to GN Gonzales I was literally amazed and blown away at how comfortable they made me feel. Brittanie Daigle took no time helping me pick out the right bike for me. Showing me the differences and the new features on a the different bikes we were looking at. She even went above and beyond to make sure I got exactly what I wanted which was a super sick 2020 Yz250f! She truly cares about her customers and she had no problem showing it. I recommend anyone who s looking for an ATV, Motorcycle, Dirtbike, Side By Side, or any vehicle of that nature contact Brittanie Daigle at GN Gonzales! I PROMISE you will not be disappointed!

great response and help from the minute I entered the building. Gabe, the service manager of GN Gonzales was able to help me fix my420 Honda myself from a brief description of the problem and a photograph off of my cell phone. Walked a short distance to the parts department and picked up the part, and with some final tips from Gabe, I went home and changed it with no problem! big thanks to the guy's at GN Gonzales. I highly recommend them to anyone who hasn't been there. GNG is the only place I will go for my ATV needs from now on.

Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Excellent showroom(that I was able to browse without hassle). Casey in parts went above and beyond helping me find what I needed and took the time to find all my options. Awesome.

Hands down one of the best motorcycle dealerships I've ever been to in the good old US of A.

Thanks guys

So September first I went into GN Gonzales to surprisingly purchase an ATV for my husband. The two ladies Dee and Lynsey were a big help. They were very patient with me as I was back a forth trying to decide, but I finally found the one I loved. After the process was done, Bryan the finance manger was very nice and thorough with me, however his dog Rose was the topping on the cake (she was so sweet). But overall my experience was very good and I would definitely recommend this place! Oh yea, my husband fell in love all over again when he saw his surprise! Lol thanks GN Gonzales!!!! Xoxo

These people evidently don't want to sell a motorcycle to me.

From their website I sent an email request for information on the Kawasaki Voyager, current listing for a little over $17,000. After a week I had no response.

I went in to the dealership to get the information I needed. While there, I spoke to Chuck... the Operations Manager according to his business card. I told him about the email request and lack of response. I told him that if he wanted to sell a motorcycle to me he'd have someone respond to my initial request.

Chuck told me he'd make it happen. He didn't.

I'm a qualified buyer with good credit asking for information on a $17000 motorcycle. After approximately one month I still haven't received an e-mail response from G. N. Gonzales despite talking directly to their Operations Manager.

If I can't get sales to respond... and I guess the sales people work on commission... what would it be like trying to get service?

I was absolutely blown away by the friendliness and adaptabilty of the staff at GN Gonzales. Brittanie helped me pick out the right motorcycle for my size, ability, and riding style. She genuinely cares about her customers and it shows. I will definitely be back again and I highly recommend checking them out.

I know GN had some customer service issues in the past but lately I've been very pleased with the treatment I have received from all of the staff - front desk, parts, sales, etc. Saturday my wife and I wanted to check out some 4 wheelers. We were greeted warmly by a nice lady at the front desk. We were allowed to browse and then a very nice sales girl named Brittanie assisted us. She made us feel right at home and answered any questions we had without making us feel pressured. It was a very pleasant experience and If we decide to purchase, we would be happy to do it at GN.

We recently bought a honda ATV at GN Gonzales and the staff could not be more helpful. They walked us through each bike and the options each had and helped us make a decision without being pushy. We had a great buyers experience here and would recommend visiting their showroom to look at the bikes they have available. Also purchasing the ATV was very speedy!

I agree that in the past the shop wasn't what it once was. I have to say it has changed as they have made big changes in the last few months. I would call it GN 2.0

All staff were smiles and very helpful. I was surprised the dealership is currently going through a face lift or remodel.

I didn't get my bike serviced but they do have a new service dept. I'll have to see in the future as some of the older posted messages are out of date. To be honest a had about three or four people ask to help me in the first 10 min.

When I walked up to the parts dept. It looked like they were going through a major spring cleaning process. WOW! Never thought that would have happened?

Time will tell if this effort is for real or not, but so far I am impressed.
