I would like to express my dissatisfaction about my last purchase. Yesterday I made a purchase for PLN 159.99 shoes at the CH Riviera in Gdynia. When shopping, the seller asked me if I want a shoe box, I did not want to. To which I received the answer that the complaint does not need a box but to return it anyway. I was not sure about the purchase so I asked for a box and asked how much time I had to return, the answer was very short: 14 days. Today, she returned to the store in less than 24 hours and wanted to return. The conversation took place with the store manager and I heard that the returns do not just give out gift cards. My question is what is the company's policy to encourage the customer to buy if you do not buy from the state and I have not been encouraged in any way to your company ?? I did not want a card and I expressed my opinion clearly, I feel misled that the seller I talked to yesterday withheld such an important fact for me, I would not make a purchase after confirming that you are issuing refunds on gift cards. Your competition clearly signals the return policy when making the purchase. After today's shop revival, I came to the conclusion that sellers commonly do not correctly inform refund policy if the customer asks, how the other customer bought 3 pieces of men's clothing and asked how much time is there, she also received the answer: 14 days, but not a word about the gift card !! Please, for me this is a scam !! I agreed to carry out the repair, but for the repair to be carried out I had to submit a complaint and request a repair again, which meant that I waited another 2 weeks for decisions. One day before the deadline for the manufacturer to respond to the submitted complaint, I received an SMS saying that the complaint was accepted and I should wait for it to be repaired. Another week passes and the jacket is still stuck in unknown circumstances and is undergoing repair. In short, I wore a 2.5-week jacket and a 1.5-month complaint process is taking place between me for this company. No respect for customers, I will never shop in this store again.
