Had a issue with mechanic wrongly diagnosed my bike , way over quoted me , paid the diagnosis fee and few hrs labor , brought bike to another shop found out what exactly what the mechanic did wrong , notified the store manager , gn gonzales happily refunded me my money back and offered to fix the bike for free no questions asked , they made a mistake and owned up to it and made it right , couldn't ask for more their customer service is top notch and I will always be a customer
