I would only recommend servicing your bike here if you have a DEATH WISH! After buying my 2000 Yamaha 1600 from a private party, I put it in this shop to get a new rear tire and a "road safety inspection." I put the bike in the shop, and after being told to expect a call the following day, I never talked to anyone until I CALLED two weeks later to check on the status of my bike. They had still not gotten to it, but would let me know as soon as it was finished. I think I ended up getting it back around 2 weeks later. But that isn't even the reason I will never use their service department again. Remember the safety inspection? Yeah, well they told me I was good to go when I picked it up. A month or two later, after riding everyday, I brought my bike back to get an oil change. While I was waiting for the guy to tell me when it would be ready, he said, "I have some good news for ya" "There is a recall on your bike so your oil change will be free since we have to crack the case to repair the piston rod, and on and on." All this time I'm kind of tuning him out because I am thinking he's just trying to up sale me, but then my attention is recaptured when he starts telling me how the recall is necessary because the transmission could seize up while going down the road, causing me to be thrown from the bike. And how I am very lucky I brought the bike in before something bad happened That's when it dawned on me that I had just been in here a month prior for a SAFETY INSPECTION!! When called out on it, he conveniently replied, "I'm not showing any record of you being here before Mr. Hargroder."...Aint that some customer service for ya?.. I won't even get in to the half-a** rear tire change they gave me...I Strongly Recommend You Stay Away!!
