Just spoke to JOSE, the worst customer service per...

Just spoke to JOSE, the worst customer service person I have ever dealt with. I called this place because i cannot EVER get in contact with CARMAX where I originally bought my car.
I scheduled a appointment with a southern sounding young lady.
About 30/40 minutes goes by I received a call from Jose rudely informing me that the southern bell had made a mistake as far as scheduling goes.
I was appalled that I didnt know what to say, besides well she already scheduled me for a FRIDAY appt. He rudely informed me once again that he would just go ahead and change it. "wow" my next sentence was "well I will just go somewhere else. He once again rudely said ok bye.
What type of business with a reputation across Sacramento has people like Jose working for them ?
If it was so easy for him to 1. Talk so rudely. 2. Let a paying customer go to the competition, with out hearing my situation.
This must be the way they conduct business here. Sad thing is I live 3minutes driving distance away from the company and since Carmax is further away, I was planning on doing business with them quite more often. Jose thank you for being a douchebag a giving the company you represent a negative rating. If I could give a -5 I would. And just to think he is in charge of the service area to get your car worked on, I feel for the employees who have to work with this guy, and people who have to work with or for people of this terrible caliber.
