Really awesome experience. Executives are helped us to pick correct choice of vehicle. Vehicle delivery, Vehicle# ,Insurance everything is done on scheduled date and time as they said. Keep it up... thumbs up for you guys...

Excellent response from the service center.
Vehicle booking as well loan process is easy in a minute. I was guided with Abhinav, in this showroom. Good responsive, comfortable person dealing with booking a vehicle.

It was a pleasant experience purchasing a Jupiter from Arasu TVS. Ms. Shaina, who was the sales executive explained all the details of all 3 variants the vehicle. A test drive was arranged on the spot. Also I was shown all 7 colors available to select. The other accessories was which were promised were also included and the vehicle was delivered at my home. Thanks to Ms. Shaina and to Arasu TVS for a hassle free experience.

Worst and pathetic experience with Arasu TVS service. Multiple delivery commitment given to customer and that too failed to deliver. It took 3 days for minor service. Not recommended to go for service here.

Very neat showroom.surplus choice of colours to choose.Ample stock.Sales executive soundharya was cordial to explain all things about vehicle and process. But handover of vehicle was little sluggish (I waited for 15 mts)as very few staff staff were on duty.manager was kind enough to attend me and did the delivery of vehicle..otherwise all went fine Thank you.

I purchased we go 3 months back I'm using it regularly but the new battery got completely down then I visit the show room but they were not responding properly by the same time I here the same problem from my friends who purchased from the new vehicle from the same show room
IF ANY ONE HAVE AN IDEA OF BUYING FROM THERE PLZ ENQUIRE ABOUT THE BATTERY OF THE VEHICLE

Last week purchased TVs ntorq from this showroom, sales person Mr. Augustin cleared my all queries, within 1 day I got a bike with RTO registration. Super fast delivery, people who r all planning to purchase bike best to go to this showroom.

I bought TVS Ntorq in July 2018 from Arasu TVS

I want to record this problem which I face after every free service:

1st Free Service : Oil was changed and some break issues was addressed. But it is to be noted that after the service the free flow of driving become worser, frequent engine heat and engine raise happened.

2nd Free Service : Engine problem and low pulling capacity as well as mileage drop was reported. For which engine problem never been sorted although they tried a lot to fix it up. Later they said since it is a Heavy CC Bike the problem would be there. As far as the pulling capacity no change quite after the service too.

3rd Service : Tyre wobbeling problem was reported, i told that every week i had to fill up the tyre pressure. After service also there was frequent drop in tyre pressure later it was noticed that there was a small puncture in tyre which was not at all seen by the service mechanic.

Quite recently i.e. this Monday i left the vehicle for 4th Free Service - Engine problem, Break Issue, Mileage drop, Pulling capacity, Tyre problem were all reported. I told that the bike doesnt move freely as like i when it was before. I requested to check if any engine majot fault appears to be or there is a problem with tyres or else breaks.

Despite all the problems with respect to Engine sound, Body vibration, Tyre problem remains same and i am not satisfied with the 4th Free service.

I knew TVS for its quality. But I am really astonished with Arasu TVS service quality.

This makes me hell out of life. I feel like i should have not chosen Arasu TVS for a major spent out of my life.

I also did complain about the quality and consequently it was then attended as i wrote to TVS Motors Hosur directly.

The problem as to my engine getting struck often and vehicle do not move in free flow remains the same quite jus a couple of weeks about the complaint service.

It really makes me feel guilty of being ditched by you people.

I still keep on writing to you people as you are supposed to make good to my losses. There had been frequent engine problem & tyre complaints thereby causing me financial losses.

I may have to sell the bike to you and claim compensation for this unqualitative trade. Or would again reach out to TVS Motors to raise this issue as a serious matter of fact that its authorised dealer has no value to its customers.

I had been contacting all the service executives since morning for making it good. But all their phones were switched off.

Completely dissatisfied with the quality services, they simply record their reviews after service over phone to show up their market trends and settings. My rating had dropped from 10 to 8 to 6 to 4 to 0 now.

It's just about 10 months since bought the vehicle and facing too many issues at an early stage which ruined my life and my happiness.

I work in a company where health & safety is what matters and we teach too. But I am at risk a driving in qualitative vehicle. Gives me risk at all times while I drive.

I am giving three stars only for the relationship manager Aravind..he only helped me in getting the bike atleast at the end of the day after arguments..

Not for the service which they offered..

Needs action:
1.There is no proper follow up .. After intake of bike for service
2.there is no proper delivery at the promised time
3.we have to keep on calling them.. For getting our bike serviced
4. Issues are not addresed properly
5.please respond to the customer calls properly.. Andtell them the true status of bike... Don't simply bluff the false things and lie

Arasu TVS Porur is one of the best service centre ...

Arasu TVS Porur is one of the best service centre in the chennai, I bought apache RTR 200 and they regularly update our services dates. Every time they will arrange feedback calls once service done.

Service manager very kind person and he is very helpful for all kind of tvs bike services. Once my bike tyre was Bulge then he takan care of all my insurance claims and changing the new tyre.

If you planning to buy a new TVS bikes must once visit Arasu TVS motor porur.

Worst service ... Already has bad experience when ...

Worst service ... Already has bad experience when I bought the bike at this showroom as I had to pay extra for the showroom mistake . Now it s even worst . The vehicle headlight got flooded with water because of there water wash and now claiming money for replacement for there mistake and 2 day s since I gave the bike for service no one called or gave me a update I had to call and reach back all by myself . I would not give even 1 start for this .

yaduna customer prblm sona eanu pakanum customer uncomfortable ah feel panatha service center at condo varuvanga ilana after delivery rukara mechanic will be very swell. Atha prinikonga arasu tvs. Cheap ah at the beginning of complain nu kondu vanravangala.

Hope it may change something in Arasu TVS porur.
