Till payment the service is good. But after that for more than 6months i am chasing them for RC Book.
Giving different explanations every time.
After 4 or 5 months managed to reach the manager for escalation. But no use... ;-(

Bought a new Ntorq from arasu showroom, was a very nice customer service, found front shield was with scratches when delivering, informed my grievance to manager, immediately they changed with other one. Thanks. Even though, I suggest for proper quality check before delivering new vehicles.

No value for customers time, if you want to service the vehicle carry it in some other place because they don't value your time and make you wait for hours on delivery time.

I have given my Apache 160 for service, but after the service the bike acceleration is increasing automatically when I press the clutch. I have to trun-off my engine while I'm stopping the bike in the signal, otherwise the bike acceleration will raise more than 3000RPM. Worst serice!!!

Iam very happy to purchase vehicle in arasutvs and then sales person Augustin explained very well about vehicle from starting to end of delivery we are fully satisfied.
No importance for customers.. even spares will not be available.. even if it is available, the person will not be there and they'll even tell you to come again later.. pathetic
worst experience with you guys. They are replacing old parts with new vehicle. Don't trust arasu tvs they are cheaters and also money minded.
Given my vehicle for paid service in May month. Billing was generated for General service and oil change. Again given my vehicle for fuel level indicator complaint and decompression lever seizure in June month. Again billing was done for general service and oil change without checking the vehicle service history. Worst part is, the complaint was not attended. When queried about the billing, it was a simple sorry from the service in charge and doesn t seem to be responsible.
They asked me to leave the vehicle for attending the complaint and vehicle was returned back 2 days later with fuel level sender unit and cable renewed. Checked the vehicle and found fuel level gauge again showing false reading. When reported, they told me to leave the vehicle again for checking. A day after I was told the fuel gauge needs replacement and it s not in stock and order is placed for the same. Vehicle was returned to me and person who dropped the vehicle, asked me to sign the customer satisfaction part in the job card.
I really don t understand, though the spare part was replaced, how come it was not tested or supervised?
Only I ve wasted my time and energy, but nothing has changed.

They asked 1000/- rs for paid general service. But other TVS service centers charge 450/- approx. I had worst experience there. I will not recommend this.

I bought TVs Jupiter in Arasu TVS porur.Thier coordination is good.Mr.Vasu &Noor Mohamed of arasu motors acting fastly & customer friendly. But security/ Watchman near the entrance should behave properly.While delivering the vehicle brief introduction about the vehicle can be given.
Worst service I spoiled my running condition bike to repaired bike by giving service at porur Araus TVS... Not even proper response from them...

Good service and Hospitality.. Focused on customer satisfaction especially in the service station. Job card processing and kneen observance of customer complains and queries.. Overall Rating would be better if Billing or payment section Mannerism increase towards the customers.. Management has to focus on that area too as its below the Average rating.

Never ever go there to service . So unfit technician . Lot of fake bill going on. When ever you found this . Oh ,we are forget . Why should we give our bike to service . If they will forget . Bill section is perfect to clear the money . It is worst then local shop . So my personal experience . Dated 24.07.2018.

A bit difficult to see from the road. There is no car park. Else, it's a good showroom.
Purchased TVS scooty Zest 8 months ago. Issues with back tyre even before 1st service. Not attended properly on 1st service. Tail lamp suddenly stopped working after 3 months. Knowing that i have skipped one free service, they are cheating me saying that warranty got expired because of one missed service. They are not ready to replace the tail lamp under warranty.
Definitely won't recommend this to anyone. Please go for any other better dealer for sales or service.

Initially when I visited the show room was not in a mood to buy the TVS Jupiter vehicle. Later sales person explained the details very well and understand the product, how difference is the product from competitors. Result, On 19th oct 19 , I purchased the Jupiter from Arasu TVS. Good team.
