Just got my Jupiter delivered. Overall a decent Hassel free experience and would credit it to sales executive Mr.Vasudevan. hope it continues. Also Mr.Dinesh at the delivery point explained the features in detail.

Above rating(4.5) is only pertaining to my delivery experience with the sales executive. Overall the showroom rating would be max 3 owing to other sales executive knowledge and their coordination between themselves n customers.

Porur's Biggest TVS Brand Bikes Showroom, Responsive and Quick, periodic Service assistance for New Bikes, they stock all TVS Brand Bikes and Scooters, Spacious showroom with all essential amenities, they explain very clearly about every Bikes, its Mileage, Power and Price. a good TVS showroom in our area.

Here they have wide variety of 2 wheeler . One of the best place of TVS showroom , where everytime a loud speaker with a songs being played that is obe of tge irritating thing , as it affects the nearby people n also causes noise pollution . Rather than that everything is okay . The staffs(except few) are very polite in answering all are queries. But please do compare with other TVS showroom , before proceeding ur buying process

I give my TVS NTORQ for service here. Their service is top quality and they adhere to timings perfectly! Very polite staff and they don't make you wait for a long time at the delivery place post service as well. Good stuff! Hope you guys maintain this quality always.

TIP: Ask for "Dinesh" at the service centre. He's simply brilliant! Takes care of your request very well and is accessible over the phone any time! Gets the job done without any issue! Good guy! :)

I bought a new scooter and I gave the first Service in Arasu TVS. The service was good and customer handling needed some improvement, timely delivery is a bit lacking. An overall better place to give Bike services.

I gave my tvs Jupiter for 2nd free services and paid Rs.117 for consumable and polish. Worst service they had done . Simply polished nothing done properly as well took few ml petrol also . Never go to arasu tvs for services.

Very worst .we went to enquire they didn't showed any interest and not even sat and explained.

Take due care while dealing with their sales team. Do everything in writing, don't relay on their smiling verbal words since whatever sweet words they tell you before payment they will not honor. Low quality accessories without bill, better got it from outside.

Purchased a new TVS Zest last week, it had a major problem. Front fork was totally damaged and I was unable to drive the vehicle. Fuel guage was not working.They didn't notice even when they took it to the RTO for registration and it was delivered without informing.Not sure whether it is a new vehicle. Worst experience with this dealer.

Service is totally worst. While we handover the bike for a problem and even we tell them to rectify. They ll just clean our bike with a waste cloth and return it back. We bought a bike 6 months ago and we have a problem in brake. They really don't care and respond to us after buying the bike. Worst service ever. Who ever gives good review are either working here or its owners.

Anyway not feeling so happy took a wrong decision. I did'nt even thought with in three days i will feel this bad on my new arrival. Waiting for my queries to resolved.

Servicing provided is not that good. After I bought my bike after the first servicing, it started making squeaking noisr when braking. They couldn't even fix this even after the second service. The battery is getting discharged overnight, whenever I complain they'll charge the battery again and give it back to me, they are dumb and are not identifying the actual problem behind this.

Ok.They will ask for parts change.Dont agree.They will charge you more.

Good ambience, and their inhouse credit (TVS Credit Services) gives good quick service. You walk in and, and in 10 minutes you are out with bike. Your loan approved and disbursed in 10 minutes.

Customer service is good and bike delivery process is fine.

Iam very happy to buy vehicle in arastvs in porur iam fully satisfied with executive service.

Very worst experience. Don't even try to buy from this place unless you want to get looted. Servicing here is a nightmare come true. They will treat you good initially , once you bill has entered the service people will totally rob you. PLEASE AVOID THIS PLACE.

Hi folks,initially I had bad experience with my service request is not solved done water wash and handed over.again same problem came when return vehicle for service that same rep not attended ..after complaint with mr.sathish he allotted another . Rep.
Dinesh he solved problem patiently and now keep going with arasu tvs ...

Worst ever in service
Booked service on last friday and got back scooty with heavy bill of 1800+ very next day it got breakdown and monday took it again for repairs now they say engine head to be replaced so i approved for 4500 after 3 days of followup till yesterday no action then i lodged internal complaints after CRM intervention today i took scooty with a bill of 6600+

Have now worst thing is that i had left hand dragging in scooty dont know how much they will charge...

From 2014 it was under meenakish tvs care after closure of it its under arasu tvs care.

Plz dont prefer this centre.

service vehicle pick up & drop facility available.we used it.more convenient.save more time & travel

Worst service ,they are charged for Rs.1500/- but nothing can be done just water wash that also not done properly simply change the oil and got the money. Pls don't go such a big dealer doing like this kind of nonsense bad name of TVS Ltd this is my 2nd incident road side mechanical person also do well there target for loot money.
