1. Clean, spacy, friendly welcome gesture.
2. Showroom persons are friendly.
3. Might need to gain adequate knowledge on service cost pre and post free service.
4. Comparison on other brand models would help customer choose better.
5. Finance on bike has no clear visibility.
6. RTO charges are way beyond anyone can think.
7. Handling charges is huge which I suppose to tomuch.
8. A talk with service feel helped to realize he is no mood to talk to customer which is very bad

I believe they do the company service well. I took AMC to my Bike also. Initially their service was good. Last two time, fed up with worst response, Not delivered Vehicle Ontime, Not done the reported issues.

Its my experience, apart from that, very spacious workshop and excellent service engineers.

1.they won't pickup the call always the number is switched off.
2.they won't give your vehicle at committed time
3.customer service is very worst.
4.the only thing is only the showroom in Porur

Worst service center i have ever seen,
There is NO customer follow up after servicing the vehicle you have call yourself to check your vehicle status,They took 2 days to service the vehicle it was just my 1st service,There is not much to do, And they made me wait for 1 hour just to get my bill,They Just care about sales and money they don't care about customers horrible experience.Better avoid this showroom for your service.

Fantastic experience at ARASU Motors. The staff are very helpful and customer friendly. Special appreciation for Ms. Kalai and Mr. Aravind who helped us get a timely delivery as per the auspicious time we had in mind.If you are planning to buy a TVS bike, I would definitely recommend ARASU Motors.

Customer Service is so Good, but they have to trained in communication part. My simple suggestion, they used to convey the message in proper way. it will be highly appreciated. Kindly concentrate on that particular part. They will become AWESOME. Thanks a lot.

Worst sales service, Agent name Muthuraj and his manager. I preferred to book through paytm but his manager not allowing and convincing me to buy through cash. But i booked the order through paytm on 29 Sep but still now i didnt get the product. I think they are working for 5% commission charges. And also they offered me that fitting charges will be deducted but after booking through paytm they are asking me to pay the fitting charges Rs. 2500. Already one week left they are not giving the product. Dear customers arasu tvs showroom manager seems to be cunning like fox so please don't buy here.

Usually I don't like to give negative feed back about any business!! But the people in the service section made me to post...

Went there for general paid service to my Jupiter scooter... I had no complaints with my scooter while giving for servicing. But after their service (!?), there was some problem with ignition system of scooter. Engine goes dead while riding. So I went there again to rectify this issue. Their service person said this problem is due to high idling (ironic). So set some low idling and gave. Situation turned worst. I went to a local mechanic, he ran the engine for few minutes and said problem is with spark plug. He checked, it was fixed very loosely with the engine. He fixed it well. Things solved...

My personal opinion, the people in service station are not responsible about the job they are assigned with!

I have given my bike for service for multiple time...

I have given my bike for service for multiple times.
Had bad experience in bike service.

Earlier review: I bought an Apache RTR from this dealer.
My first service was a horrible experience.
Only positive thing is that they did a good water wash and cleaning.
I received my bike in a worse condition than earlier. Gear shifts are horrible now, which was butter smooth before giving to service except for the 3rd gear. They made the Ignition and locking key hole also hard to operate.
Missed one locking screw below the seat. I noticed that because of excessive vibrations on one side while riding.
Very careless service.

When I tried to contact the sales person for reporting this issue, he replied he is busy and will call later. But I dint recieve any communication later.

So, I guess they are only interested in sales.

Showroom is easily noticable. Staff behavior is very good. Almost all TVS bike models are available here

I went for paid services and my vehicle registered in a district of South Tamil Nadu. I was second customer in the morning and gave all the information to do about my service requirements to service adviser. They have committed the delivery time about 6pm in the evening. But I have not received any calls from them till 3.30pm about parts replacement enquiry. So I called them to check my bike status, they have not touched my bike till my call. Finally around 6.15pm got a call from service adviser about my delivery time and bill amount. I went to take my bike by 7.35pm (late by me because of traffic and long distances) but they have closed service center. I was arguing with them that I need the bike now and coming from long distances. I got the bike with incomplete workings and was bought with them. Again next day visited to there to rectify that even though they are simply walking around without doing their job.

1st time - I heard, a service centre closing by 7pm. It is not at all acceptable one. Everybody can visit after 7pm before reaching their home from office only.

The most important thing is - They are very clear and strict about after 7pm delivery. please dont expect the bike even if it is ready.

Also, they wont accept your bike for servicing before 8.50 AM in the morning.

Please avoid this place like a plague. If you love your vehicle, don't want additional problems, unnecessary parts replacement, out of printed bill costs, persisting problems even after service don't ever set foot into this place.

I've serviced my vehicle in various branches at Chennai, but this place was the most costliest and employs the most unprofessional people to take care of your vehicle. I was surprised that they returned the vehicle in a working state.

Had to reserivce the bike two or three times after servicing because of further complaints after a regular service.

Try your local mechanic/gobumpr services than this establishment, they provide better value for your money.

Worst ever service.... Technicians are literally unprofessional and money oriented. preference will be only for paid service, they charged me 2000rs for water wash and for changing engine oil... Totally disappointed with the service

Cheaters!! Yes you have read correctly. They are cheaters. Service is very bad. Staff is equally bad. They talk very well. I had problem in my rear disk brake. They called me told me that disk plate and pad to be changed and approx cost is 2500/- I had a doubt so enquired at other auth. service center, for same parts and labour, charge was 1350/-. Then I went to Arasu and asked them cost, initially she told 2500/-, when I asked to check on system, other woman told 1600/-. Only when I told them I know the exact price of parts, she told correct estimate of 1350/-.
Afterwards I got my bike checked outside and at another service center, they confirmed calibration issue and not plate and pad issue. Which means Arasu was trying to cheat me.
In regular service bike washing and polishing is included, but what they do is, they give you bike after washing and minimal polish and insist on Teflon coat (ask to spend additional 350/-) to remove any stain. Last time I had to polish my vehicle at my home after service.
Please avoid.

I bought a TVS NTORQ 125 scooter on July, 2018. While purchasing the bike itself the bag hook was broken and they said once stock comes they'll call and let me know. But despite giving the bike for two services after that they still haven't fixed it saying stock not available. It's been close to 10 months since I purchased the vehicle and this issue is still unresolved.
Looking for immediate assistance!

I booked Jupiter and got delivery on 25 th September 2019.
My experience from booking to delivery is very comfortable. Sales girl Ms soundarya coordinated. I appreciate her best service.
I recomend to my friends to book with arasu. I request arasu tvs to maintain same quality service continuously.
