I bought TVS Ntorq in July 2018 from Arasu TVS

I want to record this problem which I face after every free service:

1st Free Service : Oil was changed and some break issues was addressed. But it is to be noted that after the service the free flow of driving become worser, frequent engine heat and engine raise happened.

2nd Free Service : Engine problem and low pulling capacity as well as mileage drop was reported. For which engine problem never been sorted although they tried a lot to fix it up. Later they said since it is a Heavy CC Bike the problem would be there. As far as the pulling capacity no change quite after the service too.

3rd Service : Tyre wobbeling problem was reported, i told that every week i had to fill up the tyre pressure. After service also there was frequent drop in tyre pressure later it was noticed that there was a small puncture in tyre which was not at all seen by the service mechanic.

Quite recently i.e. this Monday i left the vehicle for 4th Free Service - Engine problem, Break Issue, Mileage drop, Pulling capacity, Tyre problem were all reported. I told that the bike doesnt move freely as like i when it was before. I requested to check if any engine majot fault appears to be or there is a problem with tyres or else breaks.

Despite all the problems with respect to Engine sound, Body vibration, Tyre problem remains same and i am not satisfied with the 4th Free service.

I knew TVS for its quality. But I am really astonished with Arasu TVS service quality.

This makes me hell out of life. I feel like i should have not chosen Arasu TVS for a major spent out of my life.

I also did complain about the quality and consequently it was then attended as i wrote to TVS Motors Hosur directly.

The problem as to my engine getting struck often and vehicle do not move in free flow remains the same quite jus a couple of weeks about the complaint service.

It really makes me feel guilty of being ditched by you people.

I still keep on writing to you people as you are supposed to make good to my losses. There had been frequent engine problem & tyre complaints thereby causing me financial losses.

I may have to sell the bike to you and claim compensation for this unqualitative trade. Or would again reach out to TVS Motors to raise this issue as a serious matter of fact that its authorised dealer has no value to its customers.

I had been contacting all the service executives since morning for making it good. But all their phones were switched off.

Completely dissatisfied with the quality services, they simply record their reviews after service over phone to show up their market trends and settings. My rating had dropped from 10 to 8 to 6 to 4 to 0 now.

It's just about 10 months since bought the vehicle and facing too many issues at an early stage which ruined my life and my happiness.

I work in a company where health & safety is what matters and we teach too. But I am at risk a driving in qualitative vehicle. Gives me risk at all times while I drive.
