I am giving three stars only for the relationship ...

I am giving three stars only for the relationship manager Aravind..he only helped me in getting the bike atleast at the end of the day after arguments..

Not for the service which they offered..

Needs action:
1.There is no proper follow up .. After intake of bike for service
2.there is no proper delivery at the promised time
3.we have to keep on calling them.. For getting our bike serviced
4. Issues are not addresed properly
5.please respond to the customer calls properly.. Andtell them the true status of bike... Don't simply bluff the false things and lie
