My sales rep (Ashley) pointed me in the right direction then assisted when I narrowed my choices. She was very patient and not pushy and was available when needed.
I visited FS post hurricane Florence without an appt. I met one of their designers, Mary Beth Huskey, who would then spend the entire day with me to navigate through the ginormous multilevel, multi-building showrooms that comprise Furnitureland South. We accomplished much and then corresponded through email, phone and samples by mail. I returned 2 months later, with an appt this time as I wanted MaryBeth. We finalized many details for sofas and bedroom furniture and spent yet another day working together on the myriad of details involved in furnishing a home. The beauty of this place beyond the expert advice and selection is being able to sit, touch, feel and see everything. We have the guardsman protection plan which gives us a 5 year warranty on everything as well as delivery and set up in our new home when it s finished. Wear your walking shoes and be prepared to be exhausted, but contentedly so knowing your selections will be quality purchases and beautiful.
Basically I have been very satisfied doing business with Furnitureland South. There were a couple of night stands which we had to exchange where I felt the restocking fee should have been waived but otherwise they performed in a professional manner. Bud Herrick
With more than 1 Million square feet of showroom space, the selection was unbeliveable! To also to be able to work with such a knowledgeable sales staff is invaluable. We also were so happy to have input from various department & manufacturers Reps. It made for a very successful shopping experience.
Design consultant Caroline Youngdale was excellent in showing us different sofa sleepers and explaining our options. She knew the furniture and helped us make the best selection for our taste and needs. She did not rush us, and she was so friendly and nice.
We love all that FLS has to offer. The furniture is great. The customer service has not been up to par unfortunately. We ordered a bed for our daughter in August that would be delivered within 2 weeks ( we were in a rush because of an upcoming move) . After 3 weeks we called/ emailed because we didn t hear anything, and the online order had been updated to a month. After several emails we found out that the bed couldn t be shipped because a part was missing. Nobody informed us about the delay. This ended up getting resolved eventually and we finally received the bed after 4 weeks of waiting. The bed and drawers arrived damaged. Customer service was contacted that same day and pictures were taken by the delivery person as well as myself. We were supposed to get a call back within 2-5 days to find out the reduction. It s been almost 4 weeks now. I contacted customer service again today and found out that the person on our case left the company and it was assigned to someone else. Here we are 2 months after the original purchase. We still have a damaged bed and haven t heard back from customer service.
The service was expected to be much better. This may have been just one occasion, but we would like to see this resolved ASAP.
Hunter Fawley was a pleasure to work with. He was very knowledgeable, answered all of our questions regarding the items we were interested in. There was no pressure, we made our selections, completed our purchases. We were impressed by the selections available and the professionalism of Hunter Fawley.
Thank you for a positive furniture search experience. Sales representative Rick Amos was prompt in replying to my many email questions and was very patient during the decision making process. My purchase was a somewhat small one, so the time Mr. Amos was willing to give to my account reflects integrity. The entire event was handled online and by phone, and I am confident I will be pleased with the outcome.
This place is huge and a little overwhelming at first. When we walked in Monday morning there was no one to greet us however we noticed every other time we entered there was a salesperson/design consultant at the front door offering assistance. We happened to meet our salesperson midway through the first day by chance. We had questions about shipping and happened to see someone sitting at her desk. I think it would be helpful if you highlighted that you have an outlet off sight as well as in the back building. I also feel that when you enter the outlet center it should be posted everywhere that sets cannot be split. You have everything individually priced which is a little confusing. Overall we figured out everything and really enjoyed our shopping experience. We walked 5 mile the first day of looking and felt that we accomplished a lot. We left late morning on the third day with a contract in the works. The online service for a down payment worked great. If the shipping and delivery goes as smoothly as our shopping we will be back to complete the furnishing of our home.
I really like this company for the quality of its products, the friendliness and marketing professionalism and above all the human warmth of the company owner and his administrative agents
When you drag your husband into a furniture store, you are hoping for a good result. That he will agree to all of your desires. Then you meet your designer who immediately determines what your needs are. Within a few short hours, all are in agreement, you have the 3 rooms decorated in the rooms of your dreams. Your husband is off to play golf and you have the rest of your time to look for the finishing touches. Our decorator performed these miracles, told us the best places to eat and didn t even charge us a penny . Now that is a day spent well !
My experience has been outstanding. My sales consultant has been so patient with me as I decide what furniture I need for my home. He is very professional, knowledgable and kind.
Costanza is great! Always willing to assist us. She takes the time to learn her clients. She knows my style as well as my husband s style. Costanza works with us to find furniture that we like and will enjoy. She takes time to communicate via email to show items that she thinks might work.

This has been the worst customer service experience. It has taken months to correct an issue with receiving the wrong fabric on my furniture and it still is not being handled properly. I have had to call, email and repeatedly send the same pictures and emails and if I did not, if never would have been handled. No one will take ownership - I have dealt with three different people. I could go on and on, but bottom line - they only care about the sale and not their customer service or long term care of the customer.
Disappointing Service... I ordered a leather sectional and a dining room table and chairs. The sectional arrived on time along with the base of the table and chairs, however the glass for the table was not included in the delivery. Also, they were unaware that the glass should have been included until I mentioned it... Very disappointing. I had to take off of work another day to accommodate a 2nd delivery. They were not willing to deliver on a Saturday, although they failed to include my dining room table during the first scheduled delivery. Once the 2nd delivery drivers arrived they indicated that if they could not fit the table through the front door, then they would leave it in my garage and I would to need arrange to have a company assist me to place it in the house. (they were able to get it through the front door)
Lastly, my sales rep didn't seem to care that my furniture order was incomplete but didn't hesitate to ask if I was interested in purchasing additional furniture.
We have ordered many pieces of furniture and mattresses from FLS over the past 25 years and I have to say that every time has been a positive experience. The customer service, the pricing, the delivery and the kindness of the sales, service and delivery is outstanding! Would not go anywhere else!!

Finally, she put together the ideal package for our approval & placed our order without any complications, & at an attractive price. All within just a few days. Mackenzie was a joy to work with and was so helpful and patient. I was trying to find the perfect recliner for my husband and she helped me navigate through all the options. I can t wait to get it.
The options were plentiful, but the sales people are catty and territorial. The prices on the furniture seem to be teasers, the final prices are top secret and the sales person has to get it for you. I will not be buying from them based on how I was treated.
My husband and I purchased a couch from here two months ago. The shopping experience itself was very pleasant, and we dealt with a very helpful sales representative. However, the delivery service is horrible and terribly inconvenient, especially considering this is not a free service and something we paid for. We were given a THREE DAY WINDOW for our delivery. My husband and I both work full time jobs, so this was terribly inconvenient for us. The week of the delivery, they then narrowed the delivery window down to a specific date and four hour window. However, my husband had a work meeting come up for that day, and I also was unable to take off of work that day, so we tried to reschedule the delivery two days beforehand. We were told that the delivery could not be rescheduled because the couch was already on the truck, and that if we did reschedule, we would have to pay a SECOND time, which is absolutely ridiculous. Our delivery window was set from 12-4, so we asked if they at least could deliver it closer to noon, since my husband's meeting was later in the afternoon. They said we were the first customer on the delivery list, so the delivery driver should be able to arrive around noon. The delivery driver did not arrive around noon though, and we called the delivery customer service line three times about it today, and they were extremely unhelpful. They said they could not call the delivery company nor tell us when they would arrive. Additionally, the woman I spoke with on the phone had an attitude with me and only made the situation worse. She also said that we could not cancel the service and reschedule without having to pay for the delivery fee a second time. I am extremely disappointed and so shocked they were not willing to work with us more on this. The company I work for never would have handled this situation in such an unhelpful way, and I am appalled at how the delivery customer service handled their customers. For this reason, I will not use Furnitureland South again, and I definitely will not recommend them to my friends or family.

This is the 2nd time my wife and I bought furniture from FLS. As was the case the first time around, excellent experience. We received prompt and professional responses to questions and support in placing a second order. FLS does things right.
Furniture land has always been our go to for furniture. First of all the the customer service is exceptional. My last interaction was with Jason and he did an excellent job of getting me the information I needed and setting up our purchase. The prices are always excellent and the furniture is always quality. I wish we had the time to go visit the showroom because We know would be making more purchases sooner than later.
All of the buildings we were in looked clean and the furniture well layed out, not cramped. Our guide, Brittany Horton, was very nice and knowledgeable on all brands and fabrics. The only improvement I would like to suggest is to have golf carts for tranport to the various buildings.
There is a reason why Furnitureland South is the best furniture store in the world. They have a variety that is unrivaled and brands to address various customers. We loved the customer focus from their staff.
Janice Booker was exceptional. She took the time to listen to how I wanted to furnish my new home and took the quality time to work with me. Her suggestions were spot on and she gently steered me to make the right selections that I was comfortable with. Look forward to working with her again.
As always Jason Campbell has been a delight to work with. We arrived without a prearranged visit and he promptly found us on the floor room and answered some questions on some items along with obtaining pricing for it. We ordered a few items that day and then added a few items later that week that required a little more research. he is always responsive and helpful. I guess this is why we keep coming back!
We visited Furnitureland South this week to furnish our great room. It was a most positive experience with Robbie McCraw making it as painless as possible. She was great at reading what we wanted and kept us on track. We are so happy to have this project figured out and settled in such short order. Now we are anxiously awaiting its arrival!
This was my second time purchasing from Furnitureland. There designers are amazing. Rob Hart( designer) took the pain to go around the massive store to send me pictures of the furniture. He designed the layout of the living room room and helped me choose everything from the convenience of my home. Their furniture stock is huge and I had an excellent experience and would highly recommend them.
Let me be the first to say this to senior leadership at FLS. Please do not send me a response saying " Due to unseen blah blah" Point blank I ordered 20k worth of furniture back in Feb and here I am in June with no furniture or response. Our sales rep went AWOL on us after making 50% down payment Theu always like to justify themselves for their poor service. I have learned becareful of those who always have a answer to every question. Support local not this monopoly trash!.
I spent first 2 days wandering around the Showrooms and the Mart. Third day I ventured over to the Outlet and hit jackpot. I found beautiful very high end furniture for about 1/4 original price. I recommend go to the outlet first. The showroom is tedious. The Mart is easier.
I would never purchase anything from them again. The selection is amazing and the store experience is fine but the delivery processes are not customer focused. The customer service in general after delivery is amongst the worse I have experienced. I had a dresser with damage and it's been two months and it's still unresolved. The interactions have been beyond believable. I would never recommend this store! Stay away....
My salesperson went up and beyond the call of duty. She was very responsive to the design needs that I was looking for, her warmth and smile clearly showcased her passion and gift for working with and dealing with the public. Great experience. A bit overwhelming but Dennis Oldham showed us around and made the experience much less daunting. We actually knew one item we wanted and purchased, and could have just done it over the phone but my husband thought we should have the experience of visiting and glad he did. We have a couple of other items we're thinking about and will never buy anything locally without consulting Dennis to see if we can buy it from Furnitureland South! Thanks!
We went to the outlet store and was in furniture heaven. Bought the dresser of my dreams and the sales representative Jasmine was very patient and courteous with us. I would have given all 5 stars but when we unwrapped the dresser at the house there was a piece of wood missing on the back that was damaged by the fork lift! It s not noticeable but a heads up would have been nice that the dresser was slightly damaged.
I placed an order for a piece of Furniture, it was delivered damaged. I have been waiting 2 months for FLS to pick it up to, to then spend another 4-6 weeks to repair it, then who knows how many weeks to get it in a truck back to me. Very poor customer service thus far.
I am writing to commend my Furnitureland South delivery drivers, Darrin Rainey and Brandon Moore. These two gentleman provided white glove service and were extremely pleasant and knowledgeable. They took their time and ensure everything was well put together and in its proper place. This is the third time I've had delivery service from these two gentleman and I couldn't be more pleased! Kudos to Darrin and Brandon for exemplary customer service!

We love working with Karen Beveridge at Furnitureland. She is very easygoing but remembered exactly what we were looking for from our appointment 6 months earlier with her. She knew we wanted a comfortable love seat but something that wouldn't consume out small living room.
We love the selection of Huntington House, Hickory Chair, and CR Laine Furniture here and its so nice to see the different design set ups they have. We can't wait to receive the CR Laine leather chair and ottoman we just ordered in a Tiffany green color.

Marcus was a dream to work with. I had my eye on a specific one of piece furniture. I live in Texas and when I contacted him, he quickly replied and had the most competitive price for this high end dining table. It was the easiest process and he was so responsive and detail oriented. Obviously, the selection is unmatched. What made my experience a true 5-star Experience was Maria Davis, our sales associate. We worked with her beforehand to prepare our visit so she could point us in the right direction. We believe we have purchased furniture that fits our space and our wishes perfectly. Maria was fantastic.
Absolutely wonderful experience. Deborah Bennett was very helpful and thorough. We enjoyed meeting the representatives from King Hickory and they provided added information about the couches and chairs that we bought. Just received fabric samples that Deborah said she would send. I'm so pleased because I can have the living room painted and purchase some accessories while I wait for the delivery.

We needed new patio furniture and wouldn t go anywhere else but Furniture Land South for great selection and good prices. Love the place and the experience...should have booked more time...gave 4 instead of 5 because many sites give free white glove delivery without a $5000 minumum and protection plan...found prices on many of my items for less on line and you dont price match.

From the beginning to end the process is easy and professional. The company and it's employees are top notch. Oh, and the selection and prices are unbeatable!
Furnitureland South is where to go when you need to furnish your entire home or just need a special piece to take home with you from the outlet center. Most furniture brands are represented in their separate section within an enormous complex. Indoor and outdoor furniture is available from highest quality to moderate quality. You are assigned a representative who will help you navigate the complex and assist you in ordee to find the furniture you are looking for within your price range. Prices cannot be beat! Keep in mind, this is an enormous complex. A full day if not two or three are required depending on what you are shopping for.
Our experience was very good. We enjoyed working with Barbara. The selection was overwhelming, but she helped us all the way through the process. We spent three days with her. It was time well spent. The pricing was fair. The service was outstanding.

This was by far one of the worst experiences I have had purchasing furniture. I have waited over 5 months to get one piece and have had numerous emails indicating all sorts of problems getting the piece together, being unable to fix a defect, 3 different delivery dates have been scheduled where we have taken time to be available for the delivery only to be told at the last minute that it isn't coming due to more problems..absolutely the worst experience I have ever had. Ill never be purchasing furniture from here again.
