Furnitureland made my experience very easy. My emails were answered very quickly by Angela and she was very informative, she even tried to track down a fabric for me that was in a picture. It took me 3 days start to finish to place my order, but I am a 1000 miles away and was deciding between several styles. It was a great experience!

As soon as I walked in the door, I was greeted immediately. I was able to peruse the showroom without being hassled into making a purchase. I was able to walk out with a furniture purchase. Karen was excellent and she was able to answer all of my questions. Great customer service and deal.

In addition, Nicole Andrews is an excellent and attentive sales associate. We have been to this place a couple of times, and enjoyed our visit each time. We were really impressed by their show rooms which have the largest collection of all different furnitures. It was so huge so you need to be conscious how you spend time there. We were very lucky to work with Raymond who is knowledgeable, diligent and have very good ideas/advice on the type of furniture we will need to have. We have worked with him a few times and we can trust him on anything we would like to buy. I am sure we will keep going back for our future needs.

I just wanted to say Thank You to Nicole and Emily for the wonderful job you did on my project. You both exceeded my expectations and coordinated both my style and budget perfectly. You never made
me feel low for not wanting to spend more than I was comfortable with and you steered me into selections that made sense for my family.

I had been shopping for new furniture my master bedroom for several months before I found a Lexington set I really liked. Unfortunately, it cost more than I planned to spend. A cousin of mine suggested I call Furnitureland. She told me she recently purchased quite a bit of furniture there for a her house she and was very satisfied with their prices. I called and spoke to a sales associate named Christy, who was friendly, efficient, and very helpful. Not only were the prices lower at Furnitureland, they were well within my budget.

The savings is worth the trip. Go in comfortable clothes and footwear. Know your measurements and your budget. Lots of fun to get a whole home furnished or just a room!

The store is huge, there are plenty of options to pick from. The outlet center is huge as well. We went there first and found a patio set, not my favorite, but it was a possibility. We then proceeded to the main store and saw several options for patio furniture and finally decided on Tropitone brand because it was a great sale price and the furniture is made in America!

I made an appointment in advance. I sent in photos and floor plans. My designer was ready to show me items on the showroom floor that he thought I might be interested in. He was very patient, and I ended up buying most of what I needed. The rest will be done with him via the internet. Great great place to shop. Make sure to check the outlet first.

Our experience was amazing!!!! Meg welcomed us as we walked in the door offering a wheelchair to my husband who was on crutches (unexpected and so thankful). We were overwhelmed by the enourmous building and all the choices as we entered. However, after getting a feel for what we were looking for she quickly had us on our journey to the area we would find our new furniture. Meg was very knowledgeable about all the designers, fabrics, and quality of each piece. We can hardly wait for our new furniture to arrive!!!!

I always use Ray at FLS. He provides excellent customer service and follow-through. He is my go-to! Very happy with FLS service and products.

We went to Furnitureland South (FLS) to find chairs for an oak dining room table that has been in my family over 150 years. Inga, our sales consultant, was wonderful! She was knowledgeable, patient and walked us through many options until we made a decision. We are excited with our final selection.

This was not our first purchase from FLS and surely will not be our last. A massive selection and quality furniture makes FLS our go to when we furniture that is unique and durable.

In November 2013, We had just a GREAT experience shopping for a whole house of furniture with Debbie Pegram of Furniture Land South who was totally dedicated to assisting us during the three days that we were shopping. She was very professional and experienced and was a great help to us in making our decisions the entire time we were there. She was very candid about the quality and value provided by the different lines of furniture that we were considering which we found to be very helpful.
We had done a lot of pricing before our trip and feel that we definitely obtained significant savings on all of our selections.

The "on the floor" inventory that we were able to see in one place allowed us to do in 3 days what would have taken us weeks to accomplish.

You will find that Debbie and her associates will definitely provide as much expert design advice as you might need. They do an excellent job of getting to know you, your "tastes" and your hoped for design plan so that can give you just the right amount of guidance that you might need. We found the whole experience, which could have been overwhelming to be very rewarding and FUN (Hugs at the end of our visit). At no time did we ever feel "pressured" to make any decisions that we were not comfortable with which was such a relief to us.

To sum everything up we couldn't be happier with what Debbie was able to do for us and are SO GLAD that we were lucky enough to be able to utilize her services.

We are looking forward to the delivery of our furniture being as satisfactory as our purchase. We are able to follow our order status on line and are anxious to put all of our new purchases in place by late February

My husband and I were very excited to go shopping for a new dining room set. We decided to start at the outlet, and upon arrival we were greeted with very pleasant staff. We found a beautiful set that was advertised for a wonderful price. The sales rep was very kind and helpful and assured us that all 8 chairs and table were included in the price, so we decided to purchase. Upon starting the transaction, we came to find out that the advertised price only included 4 chairs. And if we wanted the other 4 chairs it would be an extra $1300. We were a little surprised by this as the sales rep had specifically stated that dining sets cannot be split and sold separately. The tag on the set did list all 8 chairs in the group and the scanned price had the same group number as tag, so we had no way of knowing that only 4 chairs were included in the price before purchasing. She kindly called over the manager, who told us that someone had keyed in the set with only 4 chairs, and unfortunately she could not honor the price as advertised. Overall we were very disappointed as we had come to love the table and had to walk away with nothing. In the end it was a very disappointing and disheartening experience, and I do not think we will be back. To future customers, I would recommend confirming that the discounted prices accurately reflect the items you intend to purchase and be aware that management may not honor the prices listed.

The service here was excellent. I especially enjoyed working with our sales rep, Donald. He was extremely helpful in suggesting appropriate pieces based on my style preferences. I had no problem coordinating delivery of all of our furniture. We spent about 12k on dining room, master bedroom and family room furniture, along with some small decorative pieces. After some research I found the same online for over 20k. I will say that I read reviews regarding delivery issues before visiting the store, so I was prepared for the worst. A representative called the following week to schedule a time/day for delivery. They offered me two dates, based on when the truck would be in my area. Overall, a pretty simple process. I will definitely purchase from them in the future, and recommend them to all of our friends. We get compliments on our furniture by everyone that visits, not only because it is beautiful, but also very well crafted. We will be back when we are ready to furnish our den and sunroom.

I Originally placed the order for a reclining chair on May 17 with an anticipated delivery of the chair to FLS between 1-3 weeks.

On June 11th I received an e-mail requesting I utilize their website and schedule delivery, which I did. Yesterday, July 12th, I received a call from a FLS Representative who informed me they would now be using a third party to deliver my chair, my original delivery date was canceled, and the delivery company "would call me." The FLS's website now says the chair will now arrive between the end of July and Mid August.

I paid for a chair, not the promise of a chair. I have requested a call from a supervisor. Clearly my order was not a priority or it was beyond their capabilities.

UPDATE: Customer service agreed to cancel my order.

Shelby Murphy did a great job. She is resourceful. She helped us to focus on a brand with good options which helped the store from being too overwhelming because it is huge. We are buying a local product made in high pointe. Thanks Shelby.

Furniture is A1. Raymond Pendry was one of a kind. Took his time to explain everything and showed us stuff throughout the place. Very great experience will be back to purchase in the future.

Do not buy from Furnitureland. I purchased furniture to fill my new house. Three bedrooms, kitchen, family room, living room, and bonus room back in August 2017. Ten months later I am still waiting for several pieces. Also, damaged furniture is still waiting to be repaired. Worst part is that I had to pay up front. Furnitureland has been holding my money for ten months.

The hassle of having to deal with customer service is extremely frustrating. Large store with an excellent selection, but if you want your furniture in a reasonable amount of time, buy elsewhere. You will be glad you did!

WE order furniture in Oct 23 for delivery by Feb 7. We have many last minute delay on orders of over $90,000.

Tim our salesman was accommodating but the delay around our new home being furnished has been exhausting to say the least.

WE are still waiting until end of Feb may March for final pieces.

WE had to return two carpets one that didn't match and the other $7k run with a stain that resembled blood.

Still waiting for Credits.

My husband, sister and I have dealt with Paige Harrington at Furnitureland South for over ten years. Paige is a top notch designer...she quickly directs you to the proper location for the piece for which you are searching. She gives you the freedom to look, but is always available when you have questions. I love that she gives me her honest opinion, but leaves the choice to you. I highly recommend Paige and Furnitureland South to anyone who wants to see what they are buying. Love this place!

I was looking for a recliner with specific features. I looked online and went to every furniture store in my area and couldn't find the right thing. I found Furnitureland South online and thought I'd give them a shot, even though it was a 2-hour drive.
When I walked in, I was met by Maddie. I told her what I was looking for and she walked me through the relevant areas of the facility. I liked that because Furnitureland is HUGE and she saved me many unnecessary steps (and from getting lost).
Maddie really knew her stuff. She was warm, organized and thoughtful. I found "the one" in the outlet and was dancing a jig. The chair wad loaded in my truck and I was headed home, all in less than 2 hours from the time I got there. Maddie stuck with me the entire time.
I highly recommend Furnitureland South.

This place is truly massive. Nearly every major furniture designer's name is tied to a piece, or even a showcase area. Over one million square feet await a visitor -- just be prepared to spend all day here, it is a serious one-stop shop for furnishings. Rugs, beds, sofas, sectionals, bureaus, and more. This market also has an impressive amount of outdoor and wholly natural pieces to peruse. The staff was exceptionally helpful and did not rush us, or try to push us into a purchase. We were able to take our time and as a result, found many fantastic candidates for our home.

Rick Amos was great. Your prices were very good and I am looking forward to receiving my chairs. The only issue I will mention is with the online chat. I reached out initially on that and no one responded for 24 hours. You shouldn t set the expectation that it is live if it isn t and that it will take that long to get a response. Thank you

Furnitureland South is the worst place to shop for furniture period! Every rep gives you a different price so you never know what the best/correct price is. Then, once you order and pay your down payment, there isn't a chance in hell you're getting your furniture this year.

It takes months for the order to arrive, then many months more for them to fill the truck with enough orders in your area to send it out for delivery. You find this wonderful info out after you pay and wait an eternity. If you don't care if you get your order for 6 months, give it a try. I still haven't received anything so I can't comment on whether it will arrive in one piece!

My husband and I love shopping at Furnitureland South. We have outfitted our house with fabulous furniture/accessories that have turned it into a home. Although some items are pricey, we have always had great success at finding deals that fit our budget.

Our agent ,delivery team and furniture quality are awesome. However, waiting time is too long. We have been waiting for our dining table for almost 6 months. Delivery has been tried twice, but has to be returned right back for scratches and dents. Then, nobody gives us any updates afterwards. We have no idea when our dining room will be filled...:(

Furnitureland South may be large, but the experience I had was completely awful. None of he various pieces, from several manufacturers, arrived anywhere close to the lead times I was quoted. Customer service was awful. I had to repeatedly inquire on the status, not receiving any updates unless I asked. When one of the pieces was delivered in the wrong fabric, FLS was not willing to lean on he manufacturer. Regarding their prices, I asked for a local quote and found it be lower. Save your time and money and go anywhere else!

My personal Furnitureland South shopper, Hecxsiel was beyond AMAZING! He listened to what I wanted and what my family needed. I walked out of there the happiest I've ever been with a purchase. He was so incredibly knowledgeable about the products. I couldnt have asked for a better experience!

Quality furniture with every possible design. It will probably take a couple days to fully walk the entire building. Even the closeout building is huge. Make sure you find a salesperson who will actually help.

The chairs ordered with a table came with the wrong fabric. That was on December 23, 2017. I have yet to get the problem corrected. After calls and emails, my representative has sent back one email after I asked her manager to get involved. That was several days ago, no communication since. Disappointing as my past experience was positive.

This was my first visit and I was duly impressed! The stories are true, it's enormous. Amazingly, the Furnitureland South staff make it a breeze to navigate, taking you from "lost" to "on a mission" just like that. I found what I wanted, saw enough amazing furniture to outfit my home several times over, and found their prices are better than what I see in my local stores. It was well worth the drive. At the end, Kristen made it so easy to wrap up I felt like I had to be missing something. She handled the whole "check out" process, emailed me my final quote and invoice, and I paid online. It was the most hassle-free and low-stress furniture shopping experience I think I've ever had. You should definitely go.

Working with Designers Christine and April has been a great experience. Logistics played a factor as we are moving across the country and I am very busy traveling for my profession, I had to trust they understood what my look and feel of our new home would be and they were spot on.

Paige was very helpful finding the furniture we wanted. She listened to us and then recoemnded what to look at. There was no high pressure or trying to talk us into a different layout than we wanted although she did make some recomendations. All in all it was a very relaxed productive experience. I would highly recomend her to anyone looking to buy furniture.

After hurricane Florence destroyed our home we needed new furniture so we figured the High Point are of NC was the place to go. Almost 30 acres of furniture! By ourselves it was an intimidating store to visit, but with the awesome design assist and guidance from Kristen Finneran not only did we see all we wanted but we're able to replace 4+ rooms of furniture in one two day visit. And not go broke!

Angela Worley worked so well with us. She is very knowledgeable and gave great advice based on her interior decoration expertise!
