Madeline was attentive, responsive and pleasant. Our email is incorrectly documented, however. Service was very acceptable. Unfortunately, we did not get a cord to our electrical recliner. That was very disappointing to arrive home without being able to utilize the chair appropriately. Madeline has promised, however, to get one mailed to us immediately. She promised that we should receive the cord within 48 hours. We will hold Furnitureland to that promise. Thanks for the opportunity to voice our experience.
Rita did an exceptional job assisting us in getting our dining table and chairs plus accessories for our wine room. She also help my brother in law and his wife with two chairs and ottomans. We look forward to working with her in the future.
There are such a big selection of top brands and the prices are reasonable. I wish I had more time to spend there so that I can pick a few more items. Ashleigh, the sales assistant worked with me, was so helpful and patient. I requested help for changing leather selection after I went home and she was very helpful.

Great experience! We were able to choose bar chairs, a sofa and maybe a sectional with fabrics in two hours. All are perfect. Everything coordinates with what we already have in the house.

This company is great! We began a search online when a local furniture company told us the child bedroom set we were interested in had gone discontinued. A Google search led us to Furnitureland. We located the items on their site and noticed a chat feature. We were connected with one of their Designers David, who promised to confirm availability and pricing for us that evening. The next morning we had confirmation the manufacturer was holding a set for us and a quote in hand. He negotiated a great shipping rate and extended warranty as well. His level of responsiveness was amazing and above expectations. We look forward to receiving our new set!
Edit: After 1.5 months passed from my order being placed and multiple messages via email, phone, and chat being sent, our order has been cancelled as the nursery set we selected was discontinued and no longer available. What is most concerning is that the designer told me he personally spoke with the president of the mfr. and they were holding our set for us. Was there some type of error? Or did this conversation actually never happen? Who knows, but we're now back to square one with a baby on the way. Our order was placed 11/2 with an ETA to their warehouse of 11/30. It was only after me reaching out for 2+ weeks that we found the inventory to fulfill my order was nonexistent. How long would it have taken if I hadn't continued reaching out?

Our experience with Ann Huynh, our Sales woman, was excellent: she prepared before we arrived to optimize our time, showing us specifically the kind of brands we were looking for. She worked diligently to meet our budget needs. We eventually decided on a plan, with her help and are excited to receive our new leather chair and another accent chair for our bedroom. I got good service they had a lot of furniture. Got a pair of Flexsteel recliners in fabric. Delivery was good now the reason for 2 stars. The cushioning is extremely compressed fabric at fold of footrest split and fabric on footrest fuzzed up. Weird thing it is in middle of footrest. Not where my ankles lay. I would never trust this company. They lasted 4 years. Ordered 2 Amish built hardwood recliners with leather. It is all leather not matched. The arm pads are also leather. Cost 1,750. each. We ordered a master bedroom furniture set, including the king mattress from FLS at the end of July 2019. We were quoted a timeline of 8-12 weeks for delivery. 13 weeks came and went and we were never once reached out to regarding our order. After contacting the customer service department in October 2019 we were given the run around on the status of our furniture. They had said they received part of the set but not all of what we ordered. From here the lack of communication worsened and we were promised certain things to rectify the delay (discounts, partial shipments). We were also given another timeframe for a complete delivery in December. Keep in mind this is TWO months past the original delivery quote. December came and went and we STILL had not gotten the furniture nor did anyone at FLS take the time to reach us directly. Yet AGAIN we were tasked with contacting Customer service for answers. The answer now was that FLS was expecting the furniture to be delivered from Magnolia on 2/20/20. With this new date we were now looking at a 7 month long ordeal. Yesterday 2/20 we did not receive any shipment confirmation details. Today (2/21) we took it upon ourselves once again to call for an update. Initially, we were told the furniture had still not been received. A few moments later were called back just to be told the furniture was now discontinued and that we would be issued a credit. This whole process has been a huge disappointment and quite frankly unbelievable. In 7 months I could have learned how to build the furniture and make it myself. We now wait for our mattress from them which is supposedly at their warehouse ready for delivery to us. Let s hope this does not take 7 months to be delivered too. Definitely not a place I care to order from in the future, not only because of the delay, but because of the lack of communication and the lack of follow-thru with any solutions and promises proposed.
First time at Furnitureland, and omg, it has a lot. I only went to the outlet center, and it took me 3 hours to make it through that. I did find what I was looking for, at a very good price, but was tired after that ordeal. The sales man tony was great, made it very easy. If I needed a big purchase would go back there again.
It has always been a great experience visiting FLS. It just makes you open your eyes to various new ideas and design for home furnishings. They have huge variety of furniture and furnishings and the good part is that they take time to arrange these in some meaningful way which adds a 'wow' factor to the whole experience. Also, the other thing I like about FLS is that you have the flexibility to work with a design consultant. This time we had Keri Anderson as our design consultant, she was awesome and had these great ideas. She was very attentive to our needs and put in hours of work into the design and setup prior to our visit. It really saved us tons of time and effort. I would really encourage people who want to buy new furniture and home furnishings should give FLS a shot and work with Keri if possible.

I am in the process of getting a full refund for an order placed 6 weeks ago! This place is horrible. BUYER BEWARE!!! No one returns your call or even gives a damn! Not sure how they are even in business with their practices!!
After my purchase, I had to call customer service to ask a question about picking up the item that same day and he was the most rude person I have ever met in my dealings with any company. I tried to give him information to help me with getting the correct answer but he kept trying to put me on hold. I finally got him to listen and then he said that if I would have given him the information earlier, he could have given me the answer but since I didn't give him the information he needed then he gave me the wrong answer. My husband heard the whole conversation and was totally shocked at the rude behavior of this individual. I just wish I could remember his name. This happened on Monday, February 19, at approximately 3:00pm. Thank you for giving me the opportunity to relay this information to you. Since I am a business owner, I realize our staff does not always reflect the company ideals.
Very nice (and expensive) store. Great for anyone looking for high end furniture. Huge selection of high quality and high end furniture. Not likely to please the IKEA crowd. So much selection!!!
We spent a lot of time and money at FurnitureLand South and all we ve received in return are faulty products and terrible customer service. I wish I could give 0 stars. I recommend everyone steer clear, their high prices are not worth the product or service. They even force you to sign a contract so even with terrible customer service (and 5 months of mistakes and delivery time!!) you re forced to take it.
Grace Williams provided excellent advice and support through the entire experience including all the exchanges/work done in advance of our arrival. She asked probing questions and quickly responded to all our input by providing several options for us to choose from. The selections available to choose from were fabulous.
What an experience!!! Christy Parker was amazing!! She listened to my needs and was really kind and patient to work with!! I highly recommend her, and the rest of the staff. What I thought was going to be an overwhelming experience, was turned into an afternoon of fun and excitement!
I bought a credenza and the first one I received was damaged. They say they check your furniture before sending so taking time off of work to meet them you should expect a perfect piece. After they brought the first one in my home I noticed the door was severely damaged and crooked. The delivery folks wanted to leave the item but I told them to take it back. They said they could fix the door but then decided the fix did not work due to wood damage, not sure why they tried if the wood was damaged. So another 4 weeks and we got one that was not damaged. It is less than a year later and the doors squeak really loud while opening. I called twice since they are hard to open, no one has returned by calls.
The shopping experience was awesome. We were treated with kindness and patience. They were very diligent and fast showing us around the store which can be overweaming if you have limited time. Caroline Youngdale was and is still very nice and helpful with all my request (because I m still buying things through the phone). I would just say that I am not happy with the times of some of the frabricators which have delayed our furniture over and over specially century, Baker and Benhardth.
We had a class A experience working with Lee Beatrous this week. He was efficient but patient and had great knowledge about the products we were looking at.
Ashley was wonderful, she made my dad feel comfortable and answered all of my mother's questions. Yes you can find anything at Furniture Land South but nothing compares to the professional touch of a happy salesperson. My suggestions if you come plan to be there the entire day.
Our salesperson Tracy made the whole process productive & quick. We had used her before and this time contacted her ahead of time with our needs and some pictures & measurements. She had several different options for each piece we were looking for and we were finished in a couple of hours. Very successful trip.

We had only very good experiences at Furnitureland South. I have never been to the show room and 15 years ago purchased a sofa and chairs I saw at a NJ showroom and saved lots of money. Last year that was all replaced and I am very happy. Kate Zylesta was very very helpful in helping me select the fabric and trims. All the pieces are made in America and well made and comfortable. Love it, quite pleased considering I never saw it before I purchased. I just bought a leather recliner and am hoping all will be just as good as before.

Nathan Prytle has always been helpful. The process of looking and buying is easy and the selection is practically endless. When one shops for a chair one gets exhausted from sitting.

After shopping at various furniture stores, it was recommended that FLS could save us significant money and they did! We did not compromise quality as so many brands are offered there. It's a fun experience to see the overwhelming # of showrooms and selections. Plan ahead and select a designer to work with you. Our designer, Jayson Parker, was fabulous. Highly professional. He was able to quickly assess our taste and his design selections were wonderful. A very positive experience. We look forward to the delivery of our furniture.
Horrible experience. Within one year pf purchasing them the sofa and loveseat started peeling. They wouldn't cover the damage even though it was within warranty and our 5 year protection plan. Total rip off. They should go out of business.
I also purchased the gold plated warranty from Guradsman with this furniture, and that turn out to be bigger rip off, they said it s the poor quality sofa that FLS sold you and FLS refers me to Guardsman for warranty, neither one of these two multi million dollar companies would want to help their customer, they stay in business by screwing their customer :(
I bought furniture 22 years ago at Furnitureland South. Some of the Johnston casual rubber stubs and plastic feet had worn out on the chairs and barstools. I did not expect your great customer service and handling for my very small order. Patricia helped me a couple of years ago, and this time Dawn and Marquis were excellent. Every person I have ever worked with at your company has been helpful, friendly, and very professional. A tip of the hat to you for doing the little things right.
Their product and delivery service are good. Although their after service is not great. I have a problem with my dresser two years ago, it hasn t been fixed yet. I don t know how long I have to wait to get fixed.

I was totally surprised at how nice you showroom was. Our salesperson was very knowledgeable about the product we were interested in which is a loveseat recliner. I would recommend her to anyone I know that needs furniture. She was very helpful, polite and knowledgeable.
5 week production window that was communicated upfront. Then I received an email that the furniture would be 6 weeks delayed. Billed my credit card 6 weeks prior to my receiving the furniture piece I ordered.
Huge selection of high quality beautiful furniture and home decor. I spent an entire day exploring the multiple floor 3 building complex. My associate Mari Miller was absolutely outstanding! She took the time to talk with me and identify my style and provided suggestions accordingly. Very attentive but not pushy and didn't hoover me at all like they do at retail furniture stores. VERY MUCH APPRECIATED! The offerings are abundant and beautiful. If it's your first visit you may get sticker shock but this isn't Ikea, Ashley or even Haverty's! These are high quality designer brands and you will literally pay twice as much from the retailer! Definitely worth the visit if you want furniture to last a lifetime!
I purchased furniture from Furnitureland South back in 2001. That experience was wonderful and this experience has been equally as good. Although I have not received my furniture yet, I do not anticipate any problems. Kim was very helpful and I know she helped my sister out recently as well. UPDATE: I have made another purchase through FLS and am still extremely pleased.
Cierra took most of her day to walk us around and find the perfect set for our bedroom. She was very patient and immediately knew what we wanted and took us to the exact spots we needed to be. She was even great with our two young children who joined us.

This was an awful Experience! The sales rep Jason was only interested in me giving him my credit card number so be could ring me up and tell me whatever I wanted to hear!
I was promised over and over dates and nothing! He would not return my calls! I still have not received my merchandise only more lies!

Wow, wow and wow. This is the most amazing furniture showroom campus. Multiple buildings for every price point. Truly if they don t have it, you don t need it. The best description I could come up with is It is like going to a museum where you can actually touch the art work; then change the colors, fabrics and textures and bring it home. Quality furniture that truly impresses with great design. On this trip we went to the bargain attic (3 floors of bargains). We were able to buy a tv room set and several one off pieces that combined to make a very eclectic awesome room. So very happy. Had the opportunity to work with a lovely lady whose name is pronounced Pawnee . She was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Pointing out a couple of pieces that were greatly reduced but were outside of the bargain rooms.
We will be back with a bigger truck and trailer next time!
