We needed to replace every room in our home after a fire in the fall. I found shopping after the fire to be difficult, but not in this case. Our designers Grace and Caroline were amazing. They took the time ahead of our appointment to accomplish as much as possible before we even met. They didn t rush any of our decisions and stayed on point through the whole process. We had only one day to cover furnishing our home. These two wonderful ladies came in early and left very late to help us. I highly recommend Furnitureland South and especially Grace and Caroline. They were angels in the midst of our storm.

Exceptional customer service. Worked with a fantastic design consultant. Her name is Tracy Dunn. All that, and their prices are exceptional, much cheaper than anything I've seen up here in New York. They also have an incredible array of manufacturers.

We heard about Furnitureland South from our friend and because we needed to buy furniture for the whole house, we decided to do our shopping here. The store itself is huuuuge! I spent whole Friday and Saturday in store and still wasn't able to check out all furniture collections. But luckily, with the help of our amazing design consultants, Brittany Morris and Emily Taylor, we were able to find what we came for.

Really enjoyed the shopping experience. The only thing people should be aware of, is that if you don t have someone with you, such as a sales person,it is very hard to navigate because the premises is so big .

Searching for the furniture I wanted at a more reasonable price, I came across Furnitureland South. I decided to only start a chat and not get too involved. Fortunately, Nick answered my questions, provided a quote, assisted with fabric selections (no easy task as I am designer challenged!) and came out with the sectional I wanted with a price I could afford and I style I love!

We have had an outstanding experience to date with Furnitureland South. The shear magnitude of selection of fine quality furnishings at a variety of price points can t be beat. We had a new home to furnish and I connected with designer/sales associate Jolean Crotts in advance of our visit to review our needs. She was well prepared to show us the pieces that met our needs and her design skills in putting things together is fantastic. Her follow has also been excellent. We couldn t be more pleased.

We have been traveling to Furnitureland South for 20 years to purchase furniture. They have a great selection of good quality furniture, not cheap particleboard stuff, but still at a very good price. If they do not have what you are looking for on the showroom floor, don't be afraid to ask about it. I saw a brand that Furnitureland doesn't show on the floor and asked about it and was able to order it at about half the price of the local store. Whenever I am ready to redecorate or update a room, Furnitureland is always my first thought.

Danny Hunt was our sales person and he did a great job. We told him what we were looking for and he gave us several options. We found everything we were looking for!

We were very happy with the service we received from Donald Beck at Furnitureland South and with the options available in the showroom. Donald was extremely knowledgable and helpful. We will definitely return for future purchases and will ask for Donald. Now, if the delivery of our purchases and the condition of the furniture when received goes as well, we'll be happy campers!

Buyers Beware! I've always loved FSS and recently went this past summer to buy a new living room set. I met with a WONDERFUL designer who spent the whole day with me choosing exactly what I wanted and keeping it within my budget.
Fast forward to delivery day...November 9. Everything arrives, minus two custom pillows; no big deal. I spoke to customer service and they assured me they would be delivered ASAP. Today is January 10th and I've JUST received those pillows after a lot of back and forth!!! Completely unacceptable after spending a little less than $10K and having a bare sofa over two holidays with family in town. Things happen, but all I've received is a "we're so sorry." Unacceptable in my opinion.

The prices for Orleans International aren't listed on their website so you have to call and get a quote. It's been two weeks of useless back and forth with these simpletons over the phone and email resulting in nothing. They can't give you a quote over the phone and their inept staff that handles email still hasn't gotten back to me. Useless waste of time.

Becky Whitlow Always makes our furniture shopping a pleasurable experience. Her ideas and depth of knowledge are invaluable and something that we can always count on. Our daughters are now working with her as they develop their personal taste and make "investment purchases" on their basic furniture needs.

We had a great experience with our sales rep Sara Stickle. We ended up buying a full bedroom set. She was very helpful and honest throughout the whole process about quality and what would be worth buying.

FurnitureLand has an unbelievable selection and if they don't have a certain item but carry the brand they are able to order it for you.

This place has the absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. Great selection under one roof...they deserve cudos for that....but the sales rep I had (Rob Hart) displayed terrible attention to detail and ordered the wrong bed not once but twice! Net result...I waited 4 months and still without a bed I ordered. I am presently waiting on a refund. If you buy here...I hope it s ordered correctly because if it isn t you can expect a very slow and inattentive response to your problem. This is the Walmart of furniture...great prices, low on service. Do yourself a favor and buy something local where you can develop a relationship with your sales team and they will likely care about keeping you happy!

I bought a couch from Furnitureland along with their FAKE warranty. This service is provided by a company called Guardsman. First of all the warranty does not cover the material pillling that started less than a year into ownership. So much for anything, any time, any reason like the sales agent said.
Next I needed the couch cleaned... Filing a claim with Guardsman is only slightly easier than open heart surgery... on yourself. When they showed up they refused to clean more than 1 cushion!!! Yes, you have to make separate claims for each cushion! So if you re interested in filing hours of claims and staying home from work for someone to come clean a cushion at a time. Sure, buy from Furnitureland.

Salesperson Marlin Moore had patience with me and spent time explaining all options. Also sent me over to the discount area prior to finalizing my sale in case we found something available. Will pass his name on.

Our experience with Furniture Land South was Terrific. We had the pleasure of meeting Gerald Lewis. He asked about our needs and wants, guided us thru the process. Presented options, and left us time to decide. Never high pressure. It was like working with the guy next door.

As soon as we walked in we were greeted by Gerald Lewis. Told him we were looking for a reclining sofa and he showed us the many options. Actually bought the 2nd sofa we looked at. Mr. Lewis was very knowledgeable and accommodating. He spent time with us to make sure we were happy with our purchase and explained everything in detail. We highly recommend Mr. Lewis if you are looking to purchase furniture. He made our buying experience enjoyable.

Our experience was wonderful. Our designer Helen Suits was so patient and knowledgeable. She made the whole process a real pleasure. We will certainly recommend Helen and Furnitureland South to friends and family.

We recently spent 3 days at Furnitureland South with the most wonderful, kind and amazing designer, Helen Suits. Helen guided us through the process of selecting furniture for an entire house. The task before us was daunting but Helen s experience, knowledge and calming demeanor kept us on course and led us to a very successful outcome for our new home. I cannot express enough how pleased and grateful we were to work with Helen. She was and continues to be exceptional. We were pleased with the large selection of quality and reasonably priced furniture at Furnitureland South. The entire experience far exceeded our expectations.

My consultant Mary was very friendly and professional. She was very knowledgeable and she took the time to listen to all my concerns and answered all my questions. She made the whole experience easy and enjoyable.

My experience with Furnitureland South has been excellent so far. I was able to chat with a design consultant (Shana Martin) on a lovely ottoman I fell in love with and the pricing was excellent. The design consultant was helpful and immediately responded to my questions. I am anxiously awaiting for the arrival of the ottoman purchased!

My experience with this company has been painful... Even though my husband and I traveled over 4 hours to go to the store and select few products we discovered that having it delivered was not only painful but borderline abusive. I had delivery men in my house who started being verbally abusive simply for expressing my frustration with the delivery process .. So much so that I couldn't take the verbal abuse on the front of my husband and son that I had to ask the man the get out of the house...
Like this wasn't enough cabinet was damaged and I had to return it immediately Talk about frustration, endless waste of time and absolute nightmare...

Last week I traveled to Furnitureland South to look at furniture for our new home. My mother in law and I spent an entire day touring the facility--ALL THREE SECTIONS-- and were simply amazed at the vast selection of styles, manufacturers, and price points FS offers. Donna Buchanan was the perfect sales associate for us! She patiently walked from showroom to showroom showing us pieces and sets that were exactly what my husband and I were looking for. Many times I have visited furniture stores with someone following me around trying to convince me that what they have is what I want. Donna never did that once. In fact, she us to wander the store freely with no pressure. She kept in contact with us via cell phone, and her knowledge of quality and availability of what we were interested in was refreshing. My husband and I returned to Furnitureland South this past weekend and did purchase a bedroom set (and my mother in law purchased a big, comfy chair) bedroom furniture for our new home. We cannot begin to express our gratitude to Donna for all her help and plan to return to FS once we have settled into our house to purchase furniture for the rest of our house!!!!

Very Impressive when you pull up. This was a very good experience. My designer was Jason, he was very helpful and took me to items that kept me within my budget and i was able to furnish my living and Family room. It was a 3 hour drive and I was glad it was worth the drive and I found items that kept me within my desired budget.

Diane Jackson listened to our ideas and needs. She share her knowledge of what would best. Very grateful.

We were extremely pleased with the service and quality of merchandise when making our selections. Our design consultant, Michelle, was outstanding. She made recommendations without being pushy. We will definitely be back in the future to make additional purchases.

What an absolute pleasure working with a sales rep Dennis Oldham. I had so much fun as I found him very knowledgeable and assisted me in every way. He has a fabulous personality and made shopping for furniture fun. I have purchased from Furnitureland South before and would highly recommend their service. There white glove delivery is awesome and these drivers put a lot of care in placing your furniture,.and with great smiles. Yes I would highly recommend using them for all your furniture needs. Oh, and, if you can get Dennis it will be an added experience.

Cannot say enough about Furniture Land South! So quick and efficient to get quotes back. I sent a request on Sunday night at 9 o clock and within 30 minutes received a quote. Cindy was absolutely fantastic!

Loved the vast selection! And we really liked our designer, Mega, who was very knowledgeable and patient with us.

Ordered furniture in September. promised to deliver in 6 weeks. This is end of December and I'm Still waiting for it after more than 3 months. They were quick to charge the credit card and thats about it. No communication of delays before hand and no idea from them as to when they will deliver. Dont go buy anything from them unless you are willing to waits months on end...

This place is ginormous with all types of furniture. Fortunately, we came laser focused on several specific pieces. Also, we previewed the website beforehand and held a chat session with a salesperson, Costanza. Several weeks later she met us upon arrival and escorted us throughout the complex. Her assistance was invaluable.

My experience at Furnitureland South was - as always - perfect. Our professional, Pany Sengsoulya, is knowledgeable and always 100% helpful. I'll be going back to find pieces to complete the room after the main two couches are delivered shortly.

Kelsey Lundquist was wonderful to work with. I emailed her pictures of the type of furniture I liked. Upon arrival she took me to see exactly what I needed. We were looking for leather reclining sectionals. They have such a huge collection to choose from. We could experience (touch and feel) different brands before deciding on one).
The design consultant (Donald Wright) was very patient and detailed. He discussed all the options available in detail (even if he had to repeat them :)
It was a good drive for us but it was worth it.
We will return to the store for more items for our home.

This place is huge, so have shoes that support your journey. So much to choose from. They have a wonderfully attentive staff & beautiful selections.

Everyone was helpful and knowledgeable about products. We especially liked having the salesperson go with us from one building to another so that we only had to deal with one person.

Great selection online (will soon be going in person) and excellent help from the design consultant - sent me the samples of the fabrics and I was able to make my purchases.

This place is amazing. Huge place to purchase furniture. Sometimes overwhelming. If you want it they have it.
Our design consultants Victoria Burns and Sue Antonopoul were extremely knowledgeable about everything on property, I would highly recommend contacting them. If you are purchasing a large amount of furniture this is your place.

Our decorator brought us to Furnitureland South. We worked with Scott Stratton who could not of been more accommodating. With his help and knowledge we accomplished our goal of totally furnishing two rooms in our new home. .

No one sells furniture better than Furnitureland South.....with at least one millions pieces of home decor and furniture, you will ALWAYS find what you are looking for......just wear a good pair of walking shoes!. and sometimes it is best to make an appointment with a sales rep.....Jolean Crotts is the best design consultant since she knows her home decor and works very efficiently helping you to decide.

Overall everything turned out ok. Picked out a dining room set on clearance. Beautiful Bermex set but there was a couple of issues. Set was as-is pricing and purchased via internet. I wasn't made aware of 2 repaired arms. Finally was able to order replacement parts after a couple weeks of email. Hopefully arms arrive in 11 or 12 weeks and everyone will be happy. Original delivery went well after 3 weeks for shipment. I would do business again.

Always a great place to shop. We love the outlet store, for unique pieces at good ( though not inexpensive) prices. Our service experience has always been outstanding.

Furniture is great but service is horrible. Our furniture came damaged many times and working with customer service wasn't easy. It was nice to get all of our furniture in one place but we will never shop at FLS again.

So much to see and to choice from. All high quality and priced affordably. No high pressure sales people. Our design consultant Nicole Johnson was fantastic with her recommendations and spending all day with us. Can't wait to get our new furniture.

I was so pleased with the exceptional service I received, especially as a budget buyer. I contacted the outlet asking if they had a specific type of sleeper sofa at a specific price point. Tanya Barnes, my consultant, responded with information AND pictures so that I could see what they had and decide if the drive was worth it. When I got there, Tanya was waiting for me and spent several hours with me. I got a lovely sleeper for terrific price. The delivery guys, Jeff and Eric, were also outstanding and even showed us how to use the sleeper functionality. I will definitely shop here again!
