Buyers Beware! I've always loved FSS and recently went this past summer to buy a new living room set. I met with a WONDERFUL designer who spent the whole day with me choosing exactly what I wanted and keeping it within my budget.
Fast forward to delivery day...November 9. Everything arrives, minus two custom pillows; no big deal. I spoke to customer service and they assured me they would be delivered ASAP. Today is January 10th and I've JUST received those pillows after a lot of back and forth!!! Completely unacceptable after spending a little less than $10K and having a bare sofa over two holidays with family in town. Things happen, but all I've received is a "we're so sorry." Unacceptable in my opinion.
