The store has a great number of pieces and caters to every style and need.

We had a wonderful consultant, Donald Wright. He guided us in the purchase of a sofa and love seat. He answered all of our questions. Due to our positive experience, we will return to Furnitureland South for additional purchases.

Do not trust this place. Been trying to get some furniture delivered for over a month and a half. Was explicitly told weekend deliveries are an option before the order was placed but after a month and a half of trying to get the order delivered I get told by the person organizing the delivery that weekend deliveries are not done. Do not waste your time with a company that can't train their employees with basic knowledge.

Our first experience at FLS was exceptional. We visited with an objective to find several pieces for a new home. Design associates, Grace and Angela, were professional, extremely talented and made our visit a genuinely fun experience. The amazing selection, coupled with the staff s expertise and ability to listen to our wants , enabled us to decide on multiple rooms of beautiful, comfortable furniture with the style and continuity that we were striving for. Thank you FLS!

We have bought items from Furnitureland South occasionally since 1987. Over the 20+ years, we have purchased from the main store, the outlet and Furnitureland on Main. We have always enjoyed our purchases and been pleased wih the prices and with the customer service. Saturday, Nov 24 was no exception. With our children grown, we have downsized and need new furniture for the move. We found a great living room suite at a great price and received great customer service. We have more items to buy and will return soon. Furnitureland South is a great place to shop for quality furniture at a great price.

We arrived open to suggestions and were so pleased with the attention and knowledge Chris Hipwell gave us. We felt as though he guided us and made great suggestions. We will definitely shop with him Furnitureland South again. Great experience!

Furniture Land South has a HHHHUUUUGGGGEEEEE selection. Caroline was fun to work with and made sure that we found what we needed!

Wonderful options and quality. Fabulous sales person, Sara. Was disappointed that no sales associates at the outlet were wearing masks during C19. Actually, the man that greeted us at the outlet door joked about us wearing masks. Makes sense that in a public facility dealing with numerous people all folks, sales and customers alike, would be courteous and wear masks to ensure safety and respect for others. Sales associates in the main building were all wearing masks. Overall, great furniture shopping experience. Sara quickly assisted with our special order purchase. Can t wait for it to arrive.

My wife and I enjoyed our visit to Furnitureland South. We found the staff to be friendly, professional and helpful. And the facility clean and well stocked.

GREAT customer service. We had problem but corrected quickly. Easy people with whom to work.

Our experience with Donna Buchanan was wonderful. We have used her on our other purchases and she has always been very very helpful and professional. We would recommend her to anyone we know, it s always a grea experience and very seamless.

Met with Olga Smith on Saturday. Very good experience, Olga was very pleasant to work with. She made several great recommendations for us to meet our needs and our budget. We will definitely be returning to make future purchases when we need furniture. I definitely would ask to ask for Ogle Smith to assist you with any purchase.

Natalie Dean answered my email promptly and sent me pictures of console tables that would work in my room. Ordering is easy.

The place is awesome. We had a designer - Jason Campbell - who spent almost 2 whole days with us and guided us to exactly what we were looking for. Very helpful and knowledgeable.

Ahmed was incredible. He gave us excellent service and helped guide us to find the perfect sectional. I highly recommend him for all your furniture needs.

We came in to order a sectional. James Campbell has us in and out in under an hour! He even prepared a future order we will have so we knew the price and just have to call in to place. Highly recommend!

Who can escape a few days to do so will not regret it,

We won't give a single star to this company. But unfortunately we are forced to mark at least one to get this posted. We want to share our experience and express how disappointed we are with the services of this place. We wish would have seen all these reviews before our visit to the store. We agree with so many of them, and we hope other people check this before. Back in January 2017 we ordered a sectional for our living room, 2 barstools, a dinning set, and a desk for the office. You know you have to put half of the money of the entire purchase for them to start making your furniture, and they will start delivering them to you about 3 months later. First issue they sent the wrong color of the cushions ( saleswoman mistake), she ordered them again, delivered 4 weeks after, second issue barstools came in with damage, technician called, came in 3 weeks after, could not fix it, reorder them, 3rd issue the top glass of dinning table came in with scratch, order that again, 4th issue bottom of desk with a huge crack, order again, top of the desk with painting damage, costumer services contacted, and told the above mentioned technician will be able to fix it, when technician came for barstools was not informed about the desk, and did not touch it, we had to reorder again the top of the desk, 5th issue: second round of barstools came in again with damage, reordered again, 6th issue glass top of dinning table came in again for the second time with scratches, reorder again, and for the second desk the store informed us that arrived to them with scratches. Today, end of August 2017 we are still waiting for the 3rd top glass for dinning table, that is showing in the account that was supposed to be in store 2 weeks ago, and still is not there. We decided to return the desk and barstools, and we are waiting for them to pick up the bad furniture. They cannot return our money until the furniture arrive to the store. They offered a credit for the whole inconvenience of $300, after spending $16 000, and Diane said " I cannot go above that", but that is still in the air. They have the worst costumer service we have ever seen, they are very rude, unprofessional, and lack of compassion. Seems that we don't have rights as costumers. We are still waiting for more surprises. We hope people do better researches that we did. We don't recommend this store AT ALL.

Poor experience. Wrong chairs for both bar stools and dining chairs and got charged more than a difference that was discussed. We will never ever shop there again! This whole process and delivery has been a nightmare. It was very clever to shop but when they make the sale and if you have an issue expect a huge wait and items being overcharged. As well as many stories that don t add up. Very dissapointed completely.

First time customer. Jim, salesman, was knowledgeable and helpful. Showroom was well stocked and had loads of variety in both style and price.

Great selection of market samples etc. Diane was amazing-she let us browse on our own, but came and checked in on us regularly. She made the experience excellent and we found two beautiful, matching armchairs for an excellent price. The two men helping with furniture moving were able to eyeball my car and immediately know that the two chairs would fit. They fit to a T! Great experience, even better staff!

Ever since I put in my main sales order, the sales rep started being very irresponsive, very disappointing experiences:

1. The order is over $20K, and some items being delayed or mis-ordered by the rep, yet they won't ship the items arrived without charging extra fee. Note I have paid all the fees(gold protection plan) required for free shipping. Split your orders so you don't have to beg for free shipping.

2. After the main order placed, quoting for other smaller items are not well attended or neglected for days. I ended up buying some pieces elsewhere, as it feels like you are chasing the sales to take your business. Should it be the other way around?

I shopped online and they couldnt have been more helpful. I was rushed as i need a new couch for my daughter s apartment and the design consultant was thorough snd didn t push to upsell. Very pleased and will be back!

Initial contact via chat. Sue was airing for us when we arrived and showed us exactly what we were looking for. Gave us serval options and pricing. Help with material selection. She is very personable, knowledgeable and very helpful. She represents your company well.

So much to choose from! The design center is quite amazing and the sales staff is very accommodating..not too pushy.

Shopping experience was great, price was great. Delivery not great. I will be out of town for the first delivery date they gave me so now have to wait a whole month for another delivery date. That's not convenient. They have only one day they can deliver to you? That doesn't make sense. I'm thinking of cancelling the order.

I had a wonderful purchase experience with FLS! Very timely, experienced assistance was available to me that made my project complete.

Service was excellent with knowledgeable sales staff Tony Pittman. Quick and easy with no rush to move on. We will continue to recommend you to our friends.

We had a outstanding experience with Nick Gouge! I contacted Nick a week earlier and described the apartment that my Dad needed furniture pieces for. Nick pre shopped for us making the furniture shopping experience so much easier for my 83 year old Father.
Nick is very knowledgeable about furniture, design and extremely professional.

My wife and I couldn t be happier with choosing Furnitureland South to furnish our entire house. I know I may be bias, but I also feel we got the best designer, Missy, to help us navigate the vast selections offered !!! Oh, did I mention their prices will not be beat !!!!!!!

I saw Cherry s work on the website and knew I wanted to work with her. I drove three hours to get to Furnitureland South. I was a little overwhelmed when I first got there. Cherry greeted me at the front lobby and made me feel like it was all about me for the day. She asked me a few questions to get a sense of my style, made some suggestions and made it easy to choose what I wanted. That was three years ago. I came back to furniture my dining room and it had to be Cherry and Furnitureland South. I got the utmost service there. I would recommend it to everyone and will buy more there in the future

This place is incredible. Any design style or look you're going for - I guarantee the have it! We found a fantastic dining room table & chairs, living room accent chair, king bedroom set and mattress. Our sales rep, Cindy Basel, is unbelievable; she took the photos and some "style inspirations" we sent over and showed us exactly what we wanted without us having to do anything! She has great vision and style so you'll be in excellent hands!

Angela Norris helped us with a Vanguard sofa. She was outstanding in every way: professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. We have bought furniture at Furnitureland South for over 30 years and find her to be the best representative with whom we have worked.

selection, great design assistance (Donald Wright), no pressure sales, & good prices

So much furniture! Many styles from which to choose. The Showroom building is divided into brands. The Mart, which has discounted prices, has a great variety of all types of furniture, on 4 floors. The Outlet has discounted furniture but it's all pushed together by type of furniture, not in groupings, on the 2nd floor. The 1st floor has groupings but the furniture seems outdated to me. There is also a Salvage building with damaged and one-of-a-kind furniture, but I didn't go to that building.
Upon arrival, park in the Showroom lot or The Mart lot and go to the receptionist desk. A sales representative will greet you at the desk and find out what you're interested in. Ashley Smith was helpful and showed me only what I was interested to see. I was very pleased with her assistance. I spent within my price range. If you know what you want to buy or if you are looking for ideas, you will find it at Furnitureland.

Had everything I wanted and the salesgirl Townsley was wonderful and the prices were good too

Excellent experience! Our design consultant, Kim Haire, spent the time with us to make sure our purchase met our needs and budget. As always, shopping at Furnitureland South was awesome!

Bought a few piece of furniture from there, through one of the sales person named A. R. Furniture came in at a rainy day. So you could expect it is partially wet when it went into my house. Called customer service to ask them taking it back. Then customer service asked to transfer to original sales person, who had already left at that time. We were asked to call back on monday for the sales person. Then the sales person A. R. answered once, and pushed the ball back to customer service. And promised to call me back around noon the next day. You can expect, there is no call the second day. And I tried to contact her at 20 times and left message. There is no reply as well.

Their customer service and after sales service is just horrible. Will never buy any furniture from them again. Once they delivered, it is all your responsibility. Never mind if there is a flaw on their product.

If they don t have it.......it doesn t exist. Prices cheaper then internet stores. Staff are awesome.

This is my third time working with Cheryl and Sherry. They are such a pleasure to work with...timely, knowledgeable, and spot on with their suggestions.

Price and selection is second to none. But what really separates Furniture Land South from their competitors is their design consultants. Our consultant, Caroline Youngdale was amazing! Words cannot express how much we appreciated her professionalism, responsiveness and patience as we decorated our Florida condo.

Rick Amos, our sales associate, was wonderful. Yes, he patiently helped us select the perfect furniture at a fabulous price. But, he also shuttled us back and forth to a local dealership when our car broke down. We'd travelled a long way to shop at this store at the recommendation of good friends, and it was well worth the trip. Thank you.

We went to the store it is huge!!! My advice is to get a designer and send them room sizes you are trying to decorate.......
Very good shopping experience spent 2 days walked 5 miles yes in 1 store ......
We were told it would take 2 months to get furniture .....we were very apprehensive about the delivery process ....we lived 8 hours away.....the furniture arrived within 7 weeks ... the delivery employees Were very helpful and courteous and professional..... everything was padded..... we did have one expensive entry table that was damaged the wood had chipped on the corner ..... when we spoke with customer service they were surprisingly accommodating..... instead of shipping it back they offered us a discount and we took it...
we were very pleased with our furniture buying and delivery service with Furnitureland south in high pt nc !!!!! We recommend you try this experience despite any negative reviews !!!!!!!!

Loved this place. It was so easy to find what we needed. There was so much to choose from and the prices were great! Shipping is fast and the service was wonderful. I won t go anywhere else to shop for furniture. And - they get it right with social distancing.

I recently purchased a wingback chair at Furnitureland South and everything about my experience was great! My design consultant was respectful of my budget, and gave me design tips when customizing the chair I picked. My chair was delivered in the time frame I was given by the store, and is a perfect addition to my home. I will definitely be a repeat customer of Furnitureland South!

My wife and I had the daunting task to furnish a new townhouse with all new furniture. We made an appointment with Kim Haire, a design consultant at furniture land, and with her very knowledgeable and professional assistance we succeeded in finding and purchasing the contemporary furniture we sought. Furniture land has an amazing selection of furniture - one so varied and large that we would have been overwhelmed without Kim s expert guidance. It s a great place to shop for furniture - especially when you avail yourself of the design experts available to help you at no additional cost.

Multiple stores, very large selection, inexpensive to expensive.

Furnitureland South is an excellent interior design resource! I live out-of-state and used their website to select the furniture pieces I needed, and then was able to visit their extensive showrooms and evaluate finishes and see alternatives in person. They have an amazing library of design fabrics and finish samples. Great pricing and low-cost delivery as well. Paige Harrington is extremely knowledgeable, is helpful without pressure and gives excellent design suggestions. Looking forward to receiving my new furniture.

It was a please to work with our consultants Grace and Caroline. Caroline s patience and guidance was so helpful as we tried to navigate this enormous store and make decisions within the time we were there.

We had a marvelous experience at Furnitureland South. We needed to purchase furniture for an entire house. Having everything in one area, with furniture by the best manufacturers, is a big plus. Prices and knowledge of design consultants were top notch.

My experience with Furniture Land South has been, hands down THE WORST shopping/customer service experience of my life. It has been and still is a nightmare that will just not end. I ordered my bed in March and I am STILL waiting for its delivery (we are mid August now). almost 6 months! They were quick enough to take the order, charge my card, however their customer satisfactions needs is clearly last on their priority list. I followed up with my order on my own and found out there was a delay. The only thing they offered was for me to cancel my order few months after I placed it. The bed is what I want, why wouldnt you fight for your customers need. Finally bed was "supposedly" delivered to them by the manufactured, got a delivery date that DID NOT work for me. I had to reschedule my entire day because they only ship out once a month. Then 2 days before the day its supposed to be delivered I get a cancellation email! And now I am STILL waiting for my bed which is apparently being shipped in September. Are you kidding me??? I asked for managers, and whoever I Spoke to told me they were a manager. MANAGEMENT COURSES is what the company needs. I asked for the owners contact information, and still waiting... I am waiting for the proper solution to my extremely unhappy experience with this company. And to clarify, this is the first bad review ive ever left for any business I have ever dealt with. Wouldnt normally take the time to write a bad review, but it is unacceptable to treat people this way. If I do not get a solution in 24 hours I will put a stop payment on my CC.

Becky our design consultant was wonderful. Very professional, extremely helpful. There is literally acres and acres of furniture, but she helped us find the perfect furniture for us.

Upon entering we were greeted by Nicholas, a sales agent. He was polite and professional. He listened whole heartedly to our needs and spent time selecting items we might be interested in purchasing. He was very knowledgeable of all the products and engaged in conversation around what one product had to offer versus the other. Overall salient experience!

The guys didn't take it off the truck.
They wanted to take it back to your place and take the top off,
When I both the bar I was clear that im on the second floor with 16 steps to go up the only place that may be tigth is going in the door that is 34 inchs wide and the top is 33 inchs.
The footrest may of been the same or a little wider the size of the bottom was not addressed at the time.
So still waiting for it to be delivered and set up.

We had a great experience. Plan to spend the day, it's huge. We were greeted immediately, given a map and shown around. Our sales person was amazing. She was very patient and found exactly what I was looking for.

Very good experience so far . Our design specialist Ayesha was very professional and knowledgeable. Her patience and attention to detail was very much appreciated.

We currently relocated to Hilton Head Island from McLean, VA & a friend of mine suggested I get some price quotes from Furnitureland South as she was very happy with her purchases when she relocated to SC. A couple of months back I requested a price quote for three Hancock Moore recliners to see if we could get a better price than I could here in Hilton Head Island & sure enough I did. I was assigned a designer named Ann Huynh who has been a delight to work with these past couple of months. She is so proactive about getting information for me. I have asked her for two swatches of fabric that I chose for my recliners to have when shop for a color reference & both times I requested them, they were in my mailbox in no time. It s so nice to have such a positive, cheerful & helpful designer to work with on my current project. I would highly recommend her to any of my friends for their design needs at Furnitureland South. I look forward to working with Ann Huynh in the future as she is an asset to Furnitureland South!
