Not very happy. I purchased a sectional, and the two pieces do not line up. There is a 2" difference when the 2 pieces are placed together. I notified customer service on 8/4/19. I was told the new sofa has to be returned to the store to be repaired and a loaner sofa would be provided. Almost a month later, and I am still waiting on notification on when the loaner sofa will be delivered and pickup of the sectional. At this rate, I will not have the new furniture until after the first of the year.

Furnitureland South and Jolean were referred to me. My experience was great in every way. Once I explained to Jolean my design style, she captured it beautifully and helped me sift through all the options so I did not waste my time wandering aimlessly through all the beautiful show rooms. I would highly recommend this store and Jolean. They have many design styles to choose from and an array of price points to satisfy a myriad of tastes.
FLS is a very expensive furniture store, and it takes a long time to receive one's purchases. They offer delivery to many places in the US. However, they are not extremely flexible when it comes to scheduling your delivery. I ordered basically an entire house of furniture in November and did not receive the final pieces until the end of February. One of the rugs was actually the wrong rug. It was sorted out to our satisfaction, but we had to make a trip back to the store to do so. Also, beware of the outlet store. We were told that the furniture there were discontinued pieces and new returned items. Basically the outlet items are used furniture. The sales staff is very friendly and helpful. Some delivery people are better than others. You will definitely get more for your money elsewhere.
Worked with Sherry Needles to furnish living room and family room. She was wonderful, patient and very knowledgeable. I shopped pricing and found FLS to be the most competitive. FLS is all quality furniture for a good price.

We have traveled to Furnitureland South twice and have found very beautiful pieces of furniture each time. We contacted a sales person prior to our visit for an appointment time and she was very helpful guiding us through the decision process. There are beautiful rooms set up with great possibilities! If you can't find what you are looking for there, then it just doesn't exist...however, its exhaustively huge. Wear comfortable shoes as you may be walking miles. Sales staff very pleasant.
Sales Consultant Mary Myers has served my wife and I on a couple of occasions and we ve been extremely impressed with her product knowledge and ability to suggest other possible product options in a friendly non-overbearing nature!!
I was reading through some reviews about horrible after service and deliveries, so just wanted to advice people to make their payments using credit cards that way if they don't come through with their sale and delivery you can claim it with your credit card company and get the money back. That will teach them a lesson.
Nick and Meg our sales reps were great and very helpful. They were both knowledgeable of style and the products they sold. What impressed me was they step away when we were deciding about a mattress to let us choose without there input. The store has quality furniture, but like most quality furniture it's a bit overpriced. We also like that it's located right off the highway so you don't waste time searching around town for it.
Keri Anderson took care of every request quickly and efficiently. Her depth of knowledge on what was available and where I could find it on the showroom floor was indeed impressive. When and if I need furniture in the future, there is no doubt I will visit you first. I couldn't be happier.

I ordered a side table from Furnitureland South for delivery to Colorado. The "expected" shipping time (3-5 weeks) shown on the website for the item was actually 8 weeks, which was not quite as expected. (note: vacation home - had to prepare in advance for arrival then hurry up and wait!)
The table has what was a chip and scratches on the top that was apparently filled and covered with an attempted stain match. In the light, it is VERY obvious. For what I paid, I wish I had a table that was not a scratch and dent model as this one must have been. Had I been home when it arrived, I would have refused it due to the flaw, but my husband didn't know that was an option.
If you do order from them, inspect your furniture carefully... buyer beware. Won't be using them in the future, for sure.

Neighbors recommended that we visit Furnitureland as we were looking to furnish our new home. We made an 8:30 am appointment with the referred decorator and completed our purchases at 5:30 pm. We had a lunch break on site. We had done online research to establish market prices for quality pieces. We had no settled color scheme when we started. Our decorator was not only skilled but also patient and intuitive. She helped us put together 4 elegant and coordinate rooms of furniture and rugs that we will be very proud to display in our home. Bottom line is that we walked in with some ideas and a blank slate and walked out with beautiful high quality pieces at a reasonable price.
Great company to work with for all your home furnishing needs. I found a table I wanted and it included free delivery with installation at a price better than my local retailers. I worked with Tracy in customer service who did a great job in correcting my mistake on an order and working with me on adding to it. Very friendly and easy to work with.
I can t begin to find the right words to describe our experience with Furnitureland South! It was awesome from beginning to end. We started in April with a meeting with our Sales Rep (Helen Suits) - the most efficient, pleasant sales person we could ever hope for! After spending four days, we left with a feeling of relief and accomplishment! We were able to find upholstered furniture, hard wood pieces (including a custom conference table), lamps, and artwork that completed the renovations for our entire business building. Though there were a few small glitches along the way, everything was handled to our satisfaction and we recently took delivery of our order. WOW! Everything was exactly as we hoped, our new look received so many compliments and we were beyond thrilled! There is no doubt in our mind that we would continue to work with Furnitureland South and Helen for any future needs. Absolutely the best experience ever! *Note to Furnitureland South owners - You are blessed to have someone of Helen s caliber on your staff. Her ability to understand our needs and comprehend the look we wished to accomplish far exceeded our expectations! What a wonderful place to see and "sit on" furniture for your home or office! The number of choices is staggering, and the layout is vast, but you can find just about everything for your home at various price points. We spent 2, 7 hour days picking furniture for a number of rooms in our home. Our salesperson was grand and so helpful! Add to that a Starbucks and a beautiful Sub-way right in the building...you have a place to eat or just sit and get your thoughts together. This is NOT next door for us, but well worth the trip and I know we will be going back next month to continue our shopping! It is so important to actually see the items....your ideas may change once you do that, so I'm thankful there is a place where many brands are under one enormous roof. I shopped here 20 years ago and now I'm back to remodel and refresh my home.
I give this site four stars for two reasons. I was looking for a specific piece of furniture. I had visited this site before unsuccessfully but decided to try again. I couldn't find what I wanted or any reference to the manufacturer on the website. I got one of those annoying up "like to chat" notices. I decided to lay it on them as to why they were listed as a representative of the desired manufacturer but the manufacture was not even listed on their website. The lady was amazing. She quickly called the manufacturer, found what I needed, offered me a great price and over came a shipping problem in a very short time. It was impressive service. I was sent to a secure website where my order was waiting. My only other issue was that after making payment a second confirmation of my order was not emailed to me. Most vendors do that. Overall, I'm very pleased with the outcome.
We had such a fun day at Furnitureland South!! We were looking for furniture for 2 rooms and loved the HUGE selection of manufacturers available, as well as a wide variety in pricing, and fabric selections. We so appreciate meeting and working with Tanya Barnes. She helped us by asking us pertinent questions which guided us with our design ideas. She then took us to different parts of Furnitureland to show us choices of manufactures that were within our overall budget. She spent most of the day with us, always making us feel like we had her full attention. We are looking forward to the delivery of our furniture!!

Second attempt. Found the perfect piece. Then the sales lady texts another sales lady who says it s been sold. Why waste your time if everything is sold? She even admitted a sold sticker should have been placed on it. Ridiculous!

Excellent shopping experience with a variety and selection that can not be found anywhere else. Prices extremely competitive with online only retailers but personal attention of design consultant. Our consultant Kristin was outstanding. Prices in outlet were really good and better than any online only sites.

My experience far surpassed my expectations. I worked with Terry Parker who was great! I planned to totally refurnish my living room. I sent her some photos ahead of my visit, brought measurements, and by the afternoon we had selected the furniture, fabrics, and accessories. Terry knew the products well. I ended up staying under budget which is always good and ended up getting a few bonus items from the outlet--still staying under budget. I would do this again if the need ever arises. For now, I'm looking forward to delivery day.
I could only stop by for a quick visit, but store and staff are lovely. Design services available, and endless options. There are multiple buildings with different styles of high end furniture - would take me the entire day to see it all. Main building seemed to be mostly mid century modern styles. Starbucks and Subway on site.

Huge place with so much furniture. You could easily get lost. It showcased beautiful furniture at various price ranges. Debbie Kennon greeted us at the entrance and gave us a quick intro and tour. We walked the showrooms ourselves as we knew what style and pieces we needed but Debbie would ve accompanied us and helped if we preferred. We decided on a handful of furniture pieces. Debbie went above and beyond to help us get the items we wanted quickly and easily. We will definitely be back.

Working with Gigi was a delight. We had an awesome selection of furniture, etc. to choose from and were able, in pretty short order, to select a number of very suitable furnishings for our new home.
The location is convenient and the facility very nice and clean. The selection is incredible and in every price range imaginable. We spent about 4-hours there with a sales associate who was knowledgeable, professional and took her time with us. We never felt rushed or pressured. After having performed extensive research online for the pieces of furniture we wanted, we found the prices to be extremely reasonable. I highly recommend Furnitureland South.

Incredibly disappointed. I purchased a loveseat and couch in the outlet section because I did not want to wait 6 weeks for a special order couch and loveseat on August 15th. When I scheduled delivery, for August 22nd, one of legs on the loveseat was broken. It has now been two weeks, 3 weeks in total since purchase, that I do not have the items I paid for. Customer service has been incredibly passive when I have called and makes no effort to remedy the situation. Had I know all this was going to happen, I would have just ordered something off the internet to begin with.
Every imaginable piece of furniture you would need. Sets and individual pieces. Give yourself plenty of time. Found everything we needed. Loved this place!
Enjoyed spending the day looking at leather furniture options and coordinating tables with Mary Meyers of FLS. Mary was extremely knowledgeable and knew the layout of FLS very well. She took all pain out of this shopping experience. The prices were reasonable and facilities pleasant. All in all, we had a very positive experience that we will not hesitate to share with friends and family interested in acquiring new furniture.

I began corresponding with Cindy Thorne four months prior to our visit to Furnitureland South. Cindy, I cannot express to you enough my gratitude and how lucky we were to have you as our design consultant. We had quite a bit of furniture to purchase and some of our current furniture wasn't exactly easy to match. I bombarded her with emails upon emails and she always responded in a timely fashion with suggestions and alternatives. When we finally met Cindy, we didn't have a set budget; but we had an idea of the items we wanted to purchase. She came prepared with our floor plans that were scaled to size ---which I had literally emailed her a day or so before us meeting...which meant she was under a time crunch. She didn't pressure us or make us feel uncomfortable and she spent quality time with us for TWO days!!! She was upbeat, professional, FUN and extremely knowledgeable. Cindy, we THANK you from the bottom, top, and sides of our heart! You made our trip to Furnitureland South AMAZING, AND we enjoyed every second we spent with you. P.S. We traveled from California to N.C. to select furniture for our new home in Hawaii, on advice of a friend. We weren t sure the long journey would be worth it but it absolutely was! Our designer was fantastic, the selections, quality and prices were great and the experience overall was just outstanding! We wouldn t hesitate to do it all again!
This is a large showroom, there is so much to see. Our sales lady walked us through, there s no way I would have been able to find what I was looking for; she walked us through for about 10 minutes I think across the floor. she walks pretty fast . I m a little older and a little slower I had a hard time keeping up with her. I mentioned to her they need to get some scooters or something may be a cart. Since the furniture store is way past five or six showrooms and we finally got to the showroom. She went directly to what I was looking for a stepstool to get in the bed. it was wonderful we were able to find it and then we came out when upstairs. She offers us some water. We went upstairs where she processes the order and that was a bit challenging because each time she Ran the card, she kept coming back telling me that it wouldn t go through. I called the card company that said she would run it but she didn't put in the amount, so we told her what the problem was she was able to process the order.

Seemed a little disorganized to me, but given the number items, they are probably doing as well as could be expected. Staff was 5 stars. Fresh coffee, water or soda bar would be a welcomed addition.
First shopped at Furnitureland South in 2016 when we were furnishing our new lake home which we just sold with all of the furniture because the buyers loved every piece. Returned today to purchase furnishings for our new home and never even considered going anywhere else. Great furniture, super prices and our wonderful sales associate Sarah Stickle.
Furnitureland should put on courses in customer service. Top notch all the way. Other companies in any field could benefit from learning true customer service . Great selection with surprising prices. Outlet store is fun to browse.
My shopping experience was very good. However, delivery and service with wrong items and missing items has been a nightmare. Delivery was made on most of my furniture over three months ago. I still don t have the rest of my furniture. Nor does anyone there seem very interested in making sure I get all that I ordered. I bought a large amount of furniture and they sent only two people to unpack and bring it in the house-it was supposed to be white glove delivery. I had three people helping them and it still took 8 hours. So, while the shopping experience was good, the salesperson now is not of very much help and neither are others in the store.
Incredibly dishonest. Ordered something from here four months ago and after promising 3-4 weeks until delivery, I am now being told it is on backorder until January 2020. They refuse to offer a refund. Tried to get in contact with their customer service and have been unable to reach someone after almost a month. It would be great if Marcus, the employee who helped us, would return our calls and emails.
Buying furniture until you put an order is amazing experience. The story start AFTER you put an order :( I am very disappointed. Read following problems and dare to buy from Furnitureland south. 1. Delay of about 3 months to deliver furniture. - Decide if you have time to wait for sooooooo long. 2. Broken Parts furniture, but even after 4 months (as of April 10th 2015) those broken parts & Missing parts are NOT replaced. 3. Extremely poor customer service. They don't respond to customer's voice messages. God bless you IF you dare to buy and can wait forever.
I am very upset with furnituresouth pickup. I ordered Ekornes Stressless Office chair for 2000$. When I came to pickit up, it was assembled that was first bad surpise for me.WHY DO YOU ASSEMBLED FURNITURE WHEN PEOPLE CHOOSE PICK UP? IT IS SO STUPID. My whole idea was to pickup chair in original box and assambly it by my self at home. It is much easy to have box in a car than assamblied chair. Then man told me that he can wrap chair i said ok. When started he saw that his hand was stained in ink from the pen. When I came home I found that some ink was on a back of my chair. It upset me very much. I ordered cleaning set from Ekornes and try to clean it but it did not go away completely.
