The rooms are spacious, clean with everything you need; including hairdryer, iron and board. Showers are great and you can control the heating. The beds are comfortable and the hotel is mostly quiet. The breakfast is very good, with plenty of choice. The dinner menu is ok, not particularly extensive though and I suspect some things are cooked from frozen. The staff are friendly and helpful. Rooms, food and drink are reasonably priced.

Friendly staff on arrival, rooms were clean and tidy, booked a taxi for us later in the afternoon, very little fuss over anything. Breakfast in the morning was great! Lots to choose from and staff were very friendly and glad to help in any way they can

Location is fairly good, with a short walk to food and drinks places. There is plenty of parking available on site. The rooms are very nice, and the bathroom facilities are modern and clean although the shower didn't drain properly. Everything was fairly comfortable and in working order.

Went for a private function but starter soup was not as the menu described and desert was burnt but main course was lovely... Luckily we were in great company and the dj was excellent... Oh and they couldn't take cash at the bar as the tills were broken... But you could use card thankfully

Me an my fiance stayed here,. Room was lovely, expect it's was soaking in condensation the walls were dripping, the window ledge was soaking! And it was absolutely freezing even with the heating on which is a shame because the decor was so smart and looked quite new. hotel itself generally really nice,... But you can hear absolutely everything from everyone's rooms!! (Don't go down the corridor after 9pm I'd say!). Or out to the smoking shelter! Dogs barking from other rooms And doors banging.. noise was a big issue

This hotel has a tired feel about it. We attended a professional meeting her and when we arrived we were directed to our meeting room and told about the coffee room. The coffee room was an awful mess with no coffee left. The staff were not helpful when we pointed this out, informing us that it will be topped up for the next break at 10am, but we had only just arrived as our meeting was starting at 9am! In the end the coffee pot was at least topped up. Our projector was broken and they weren't very concerned about that. A fee of the staff were really lovely but they were the exception rather than the rule.

Appalling experience at this hotel. The only redeeming feature is its LOCATION. I was staying at this hotel as I was getting married nearby. The level of disorganisation at the front desk is unbelievable. I booked and paid in person for a More

I am not the man I used to be, so my wife drove me to warwick for a meeting. To compensate I booked an executive room. But there were several minor issues, too numerous to list - no robes, Fridge but no mini bar, chipped bath, only 1 TV working etc etc. Despite the views expressed on another review, we think the dinner was typical and very acceptable - but agree that the breakfast was a bit "Nasty". The saving grace is the staff were great, the waitress @ dinner was extremely pleasant. The receptionist Ana was very charming and delightful when listening to my rant -- I am sure it will be improved - hence the better than worthy score

Be careful of the charges when you check out. They add extra charges for room service when you haven't asked for it. Had to wait 20 minutes for dinner when prebooked to be ready by 8pm and it's still not ready at 8:20pm. Asked several times while waiting at the reception.

Stayed here for one night. Room was basic, shower was nice but not well cleaned as there were hairs all over the bathroom floor. Room also took ages to warm up. We ate there and the restaurant was cold, service slow and food was not nice.
