A lovely stay at this newly refurbished holiday inn. Excellent staff who were very helpful and accommodating with our large party. I do wish they wouldn't push two single beds together to make a double though. It's never comfortable.

Very poor

Very poor
We arrived and realised that the heating was working effectively the manager came and couldn t fix it so we had to change room. The heating wasn t brilliant and it was cold November
Went to the restaurant when my partners drink came it was then I was told they didn t have mine the young waitress was poorly trained and when asked about the menu said it had changed ad didn t know anything
The food took ages and was awful, only 1 other couple eating. The meze was inedible as was the scampi. We didn t pay for it. To make the 3 night stay complete the shower in our room flooded when used! Wouldn t recommend rooms tired cold and condensation soaked windows

good

Bathroom: shower tray had body hair in the bottom of it. Certainly not mine.
Bed: old mattress with a topper, not comfortable. Pillows were ok though.
Air con: sounded like it was filling with water, not great indications of PPM's in place.

Breakfast: looked ok actually, not much hot food for vegetarians but there was fresh fruit, pasties, plenty of other things to eat. Unfortunately, the eggs and hash browns were stone cold. Not great.
Check in: no issues, friendly receptionist.
Wait staff: friendly and helpful
Check out: the lady was stressed. even though there was only two people behind me to check out. Possibly new perhaps.

Sound proofing not the best.
I'm sure I just got unlucky as holiday inns are pretty good from past experiences.

My room was very cold.

Holiday Needs to invest in some Draught Strips for the windows.
Or invest in New Windows.
The Breakfast staff were friendly and chatty.
