Saul was an excellent employee here at this location. He took time to listen to what I needed for my computer screen situation and provided me with the docking station I needed to allow multi monitor access. He didn t try to rush me to just get me out of the door and I appreciate that. Thanks Saul for your excellent customer service!

I came through the minute they closed bc I Had to print a doc. The ppl were very cool with me the whole time

Grant was awesome today! He was super helpful from start to finish! Made sure I was taken care of right away and helped me load my car with 4 heavy boxes. Best customer service from him that is for sure!

Slowest. Service. Ever. I stood at the counter for an hour waiting for them to print one poster. They took 5 people who came after me before even printing it. Don t waste your time.

Lanise is such a nice employee. She went above and beyond to help me with my coupons. She is very helpful and so sweet. She didnt have to help me and she did just so I could use my 20%.

Went in looking for simple 5x8 spiral notebooks and came up empty handed. Had to go to Staples to get them instead.

I am not sure why they are always having issues with the shredders anytime I go there but it's a good store...

I like it but they dont close at 7pm like it say .they close at 6

Good experience. I had a gift that I returned, had to get store credit (no receipt) and bought something else. Prices were decent, good variety of selection

Seems like a good inventory, lot's of variety and supplies. Prices on printers are the same as other stores. Did not like using the self-help copy machine as it was slow and tedious. I won't come here for copies anymore.

Clean and organized store. The missing star is about unfriendly staff.

I Absolutely love & highly recommend this location for all my print needs. I have been a happy customer at least 4 years. As a mother of 2 busy active girls, a girls mentor group founder 10 years, Girl Scouts adult volunteer 15 years, published author, freelance writer and speaket. I have been fortunate to have custom posters, pamplets, yard signs, 6ft signs, graduation fans, pictures, etc., you name it, they can do it. I love that they bring my template layout and idea to life. They are experienced and have exceptional customer service. I had a 2020 graduate client who i needed a yard sign and poster for. I went to the location off 75 and forest near their home and was disappointed. They did not have the same expertise or service. They demanded money up front advising I had to sign a release that would not allow a refund if professional picture supplied was pixalated. Wow, I immediately took them to this addison location. We emailed our template layout and it was cleaned up with a sample sent via email. Within 24 hours my customers as your customer was 120% satisfied. Thanks for your continued service and expertise in bringing ALL my ideas to life.

Jose that was in the print dept took care of me he took the extra step to help me out.

I like this store, it is close to home and friendly staff.

If not for the great lady at checkout I would have rated a 1. I had asked a representative about a device they advertised online at $ 35'00 off and he looked on handheld and told me they had it but was only 20 off and looked at me like I was crazy and kept walking. The lady up front verified that was true but did online search and there it was 2 day flash sale for the 35 off.she made my day and save me a wasted trip. I am disabled and struggled getting in and out. The first guy didnt care about service but she did. Didnt get her name but they need more like her !!!

Items were misplaced on shelves. Had no idea what the prices were. Sale items did not ring up correctly.

Greeted me and asked if they could help me find anything as soon as i walked through the door. I didn't buy anything cause I was just killing time but good customer service.

Needs to provide better Customer Service on the floor

The cashier was very patient while I looked up the lowest price online for the item I was purchasing. He matched the online price.

Not enough people to ask for help an only 1 register open with 5 waiting customers .

They are always understaffed. I just had to leave because the person who works in the printing center was working the cash register in the front so I stood there waiting for 5 minutes before I even saw another employee. I asked him if anyone was working in the printing section and he told me it was the employee at the front register and them walked away. I waited another five minutes with nobody ever coming to the print center before I had to leave. It's the closes print center for me but I have just accepted that it's worth driving further to better service

71 cents per sheet for color printing is ridiculous. With only 1 person in front of me and two employees present it still took me 20 minutes to be helped.

Very good service. I was helped to find what I needed and checked out in a quick but not rushed pace
