As always love holiday inn only grip was sharing breakfast table with previous people plates not taken away

Few times ive stayed here and would return again as very clean and tidy with helpful staff

There's no service and the food uneadable. Hotel spoilt my holiday. Don't go there.

Hotel was fine. Room up to the usual standard. Food, forget it. Room service delivered in a cardboard box with cheese bites that smelled of fish. A 'cooked breakfast' consisting of scrambled egg, microwaved sausage and mushrooms. And half a cup of tea in a paper cup. No toast, jam, fruit etc.

So advice is to stay here but eat out or bring your own food.

Often here for meetings, staff are helpful and facilities adequate. Not stayed overnight so can't comment!

The hotel is very nice and located near leamington spa, but just far enough it's not convenient to walk. I found the rooms renovated but not worth the price

Nice hotel with clean comfortable rooms. Wasn't there long but had a good night's sleep.

Decent place. Very welcoming but its a shame they cant be consistent with price.

You have to pay for parking. I just had a coffee on a business meeting.

Messed my booking up. Quite rude staff. Tried to charge me for a reservation i hadnt made. Ran out of food for breakfast.

The breakfast manager came over to me when I rested a croissant and a cake on a napkin on the table to tell that they run a policy of taking no food out of the hotel. Basically telling me He thought I was stealing it!

Everything was fine, nothing amazing but nothing bad. Room was fine, breakfast was fine.

The iron in the room was poor & despite the fresh decoration in the bathroom the shower was awkward to use and missed some oompfff. It was a proper shower that the head can be taken down for undercarriage washing!

The menu in the dining room made me smile. The fact that the TV didn't know if I was a Sir or a Madam also made me smile.

I'd stay again if I needed to, no problem.

Room was immaculate, staff brilliant. Looking forward to breakfast!

Fairly standard business type hotel, I would only use it if I have to for work because it has the irritating anpr parking eye system, you have to log your reg on their tablet, and colleagues have still received parking notices

There was a slight misunderstanding about when I had to leave the room, as I was told the incorrect time, but other than that I enjoyed my stay.

I have been here in initial days of my UK Assignment.. Very good location.. Staff is very much supportive...

It has McDonald's, Sainsbury's near to it...

Arrived and checked for booked a room under wrong name as not my partner name. Should be my name. Arrive in the room, one of bed sheet has small ripped and curtain has white marked and toilet is in the wrong position of doorway, difficult to sit on as first must close the door then sit. When you go for toilet and if anyone want get in bathroom, can't get in as the legs are in the way and the door won't open until when you finish on toilet! Bathroom is great though! Heater is not working so evening was cooler. Slept over night is okay. Breakfast, was okay but plates were most dirty unless I found clean one! Glad it was only one night! I would say 2/5 as it is not luxury standard I expect.

Public areas are good, staff amazing. Hotel rooms quite tired and could do with updating the decor. Great bathroom with spacious shower cubicle. No USB points in the room. Mattress had seen better days and should be replaced. Breakfast offered a good selection if you got there early enough. Tea had to be made by staff as no teabags available by drink station, which just added to their workload unnecessarily.

Hotel is ok. The fact that they don't have an ice machine is a minus. I think I prefer the Holiday inn express. They are cheaper in half and the accommodation is much better. They may not have room service but they have an ice machine and a microwave in case you wanna have a little warm snack and a cold drink. Also, the ice machine in a hotel was broken. Couldn't even have a nice cold drink.

Beautiful hotel, clean rooms, lovely food, friendly staff, modern just what we expected from holiday inn. Free parking, only 3 miles from Warwick Castle

Very very bad food and the room stunk of the toilet. No extractor fan working and a TV out of the dark ages. I would never ever use again.

My in-laws stayed here this weekend gone and I am so shocked and disappointed. The staff wasn t very good as they forgot to call their taxi. They said that the food wasn t good for breakfast and things did not seem clean. They got locked out of there room on their last night. Also, the most shocking thing is that they found a blood stain on their bedding!! And that half of their medication that they bought and left in their room all day had gone missing. I m disgusted with this hotel and that they had to stay somewhere so poor in all areas when they had spent 6 hours travelling to get here.

Real shame about this hotel.

It seems the more I stop at Holiday inn the more I'm disappointed.
I've been an IHG rewards card holder for many years now & still stop in them now and again, this time was a birthday treat (going to see Brian Blessed at the Royal Spa Centre)
Staff- nice & helpful
Hotel location - on what looks like a business park & is a little odd of a location for a hotel, the traffic in busy periods is awful, if you want to get into Leamington you have to turn right out into the main road & rely on other drivers politeness to let you out, which believe it or not took over 5 minutes of constant traffic before anyone (or two 'anyones', as you have to hope both ways let you out) was helpful enough.
Drinks - overpriced

Was awoken by noisy drunken people outside, coming in around 4am but that's just inconsiderate people not the hotels fault.

We didn't try the food as we had booked a table out & we didn't want to risk the breakfast being rubbish & overpriced.

Overall disappointed, I've stopped in Holiday Inn Express' nicer than this.

Won't be returning to this Holiday inn.

Good standard of room, let down only by the restaurant which apparently can't cope with the number of guests. The kitchen staff did eventually find a way to squeeze a meal in for a toddler around other diners. With no other outlets within walking distance plan well ahead if taking children.

Stayed for 1 night for a work visit. Pleasant stay.

Friendly welcome, plenty of free parking. Room was roasting when I arrived but thankfully it window that opened.

Captive audience for meals so dinner very expensive and not super quality (work was paying else wouldn't eat there)

Hotel OK but staff unhelpful when things go wrong like having No water in the hotel for 24 hours.

Good rooms with comfy beds, but unless you re up at 7am good luck getting any of the breakfast you already paid for.

Very impressed with holiday inns I have visited this year well kept .good car parking good good at a reasonable rate.

Greated by friendly staff, simple check in, clean and tidy well equipped room. Quiet night with good nights sleep.

Wonderful service, extremely helpful staff, lovely breakfast.

The hotel is a bit tired and unfortunately could not assist with early check in which meant changing and getting ready in the toilets for a wedding. Location good, facilities fine for an overnight stay.

The reason I gave a 4 star rating was only because I arrived on a Sunday and the actual evening meal left a lot to be desired but for that it would have been a 5. Staff very helpful and cheery and can't fault the rooms.... breakfasts great. Would certainly stay there again

A really poor example of a holiday Inn. The room wasn't up to standard with dirty coffee cups and a glass with lip stick on.
The food menu was very limited and not to the best of standard although to be fair the staff were helpful and polite.

Not good value for money though so overall I wouldn't stop here again.

Dated building in desperate need of refurbishment. Below par food. Friendly service.

Tricky to find due to lack of sign on right hand side of entrance road. Car parking plentiful. Short taxi ride into town. Walkable to retail park with sainsbury, Debenhams, frankie and bennys etc Good size beds in twin double room. Bathroom clean. Desk staff friendly and efficient at checkout

Good facilities for meeting go with everything g you need. Helpful staff as well able to accommodate last minute requests and changes including food.

Didn't get much of a sleep because of other guests / staff slamming doors shut. Then when paying for the room I was being told I got Room Service when I wasn't even in the building at the time of the order.

Upon arrival, reception/bar/dining area under refurbishment, very noisy, very smelly. Was not informed of this when booking. Temporary bar and dining room not impressive, no draught beers and therefore only expensive bottles available. Restaurant service initially slow, in fact I think I was forgotten. Food, however, was very nice. Room comfortable although workmanship of decor very poor (room 212). If that were my work I would not be proud! In short, my belief is if a hotel cannot give an equal level of service during refurbishment, then it should be closed during refurbishment. This is not the level of quality I have come to expect from Holiday Inn, and I have stayed in quite a few in the UK and USA.

Lovely staff, great food and drink, the beds are very comfortable.

The rooms were pleasant and clean but the service during dinner could of been a lot better.

Rather tired Holiday Inn on a business park. Some of the breakfast food looked like it had been reheated from the day before. Service at breakfast sometimes slow. Bar staff very friendly.

It's ok. Pricey for what it is. The room was a bit smelly, as the carpet was wet and not properly dry. Heated by air conditioner. I'm not an expert but it seemed to be a bit exhausted. Apart that, all was ok.

Attended an offsite workshop here. I found the conference rooms tired and needing some TLC. I didnt get to see the guest rooms.

The room was fine, comfortable bed and clean bathroom but the restaurant felt very uninviting and we decided to drive into town for dinner in the evening, however we had breakfast in the hotel restaurant in the morning and this was ok. The hotel is in a great location for visiting Warwick Castle and if you need any supplies there are some supermarkets close by (5 mins away by car).

Usual Holiday Inn - but room 139 very noisy. Generator (or similar) running all night and inefficient window seal allowing cold air and noise in all night. Handbasin drain partially blocked. Issues reported.

Decoration is dated and looking tired, 1st night ordered fish and chips was told no tartar sauce or chunky chips then the fish was bland, 2nd night was with some colleagues told not enough mixed grills and had a long wait, last night booked for an earlier evening meal still not enough mixed grills and i ordered pie to be later told no pie so opted for a burger. Rooms are left with windows open so they are cold and not cleaned the best. However most of the staff are polite and friendly.

Building is quite dated but rooms are nice - have been upgraded on one occasion. More plugs are needed by the beds.

Not sure I'd pay stated prices as was there on reward nights.

This is a most excellent place to stop. Clean, airy rooms and great friendly staff.

Fairly generic looking place and rooms. Food quality was not great but very expensive. The car park is owned by a third party company which charge extortionate almost criminal rates. I parked in the car park to pick up some work colleagues More

Decent stay and meals. Has the same breakfast menu each morning but is a wholesome and hearty meal at the start of the day.

Rooms are clean and well lit and the bathrooms are bright and clean too.

Room is perfectly fine for my needs. The staff seem very pleasant and the food so far has been great.

Only stayed one night

Noted in previous comments about it being outdated however it seems room we stayed at was up dated. Staff have been accommodating too.

Located just outside Warwick, Leamington Spa, rooms ok, service ok, check in out good.

Hotel within easy driving or walking distance of work place. Can get a drink or bite to eat almost any time of the day or night. Very nice night watchmen.
