I felt like the experience was very personal and that the individuals who assisted me were very focused on serving my best interests.

Had a very helpful,no pressure salesman named Donny. Look at several others dealerships and the best deal was at Freedom and the best salesman.

The salesperson assigned to me, Hunter, was very professional, efficient, accommodating, enthusiastic, and helpful in every aspect. He assisted me in purchasing a beautiful vehicle with all of my specified wants and needs on it, and most importantly, it was done in a very timely manner. The financial side of things was very thoroughly explained and no unexpected nor unexplained fees were added to my final bill. Hunter also went out of his way to get me the best terms and offers at the lowest price possible. Every employee that we had encountered in the dealership was very helpful and accommodating. The dealership had a clean and a very welcoming environment, and mask wearing was properly enforced. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely recommend the dealership to friends and family.

A year since I bought my Tundra, came in for inspection. Once again I was treated like a valued customer who they want to keep. Erin went over everything for the inspection and other items needing attention. She updated me and kept the line of communiation open. Could not have been treated better!

I purchased my first vehicle from freedom toyota in july of 2013 and was happy with their service and facility, so of course when we had an unfortunate accident last week and had to look at a new car i knew the place i wanted to buy my next car at would be Freedom. After a week of stress trying to get everything taken care...(and that was on my end) i couldnt be happier with the customer service i recieved. I had first spoken with Ray Dubbs who unfortunately was on his way out so he introduced me to a sales representative Yinette Roa. She was amazing!!!! I truly felt like she understood my situation and worked very hard with Wes the finance guy to get us in a car as soon as possible! This was hands down the best dealership experience I have ever been through!!! Every person I dealt with was informative, happy, and patient with me as I narrowed down my needs. I feel that I got a very fair price straight from the start, without needing to painfully play the games of going back and forth. In less than a day from the moment I inquired about the car, a couple of information exchanges later, I had my car delivered straight to my door with paperwork in hand. I couldn t be happier, and I couldn t recommend Freedom Toyota highly enough to all my friends and family!!! I usually don't write reviews, let alone negative ones but for me to feel compelled to write this means things had to go seriously wrong. Yes, they did have the lowest price within a 3 hr radius but the service I received at this place is not worth a visit. First, the car I drove 2 hours out to see had 1,300 more miles than advertised and the salesman said he just put the ad up himself 3 days prior. How did the car get 1,300 miles in 3 days? Then when I sat in the car, it had coffee stains splattered all across the front of the ceiling. Terrible first impression! I ended up buying the car because they assured me it would be throuougly cleaned and inspected before I took it home. I leave the place to find my brake light not working and the floor mats missing from the vehicle. The manager made a comment about the brake light being a minor issue but to me it's not minor. It's a safety issue and knowing I had 2 hour drive ahead of me, I could've easily been pulled over.
After spending such a large amount of money on a purchase, one would expect to feel reassured they've made the right decision. But with my experience so far, I'm left wondering now, what else could go wrong?
They did fix the brake light, cleaned the car and I'm hoping my floor mats will be arriving in the mail soon but I'm still left disappointed because they overpromised and under-delivered. I shouldn't have to feel like I'm the inspector, making sure the product they promised is what it actually is. They're lucky I trust the Toyota brand and have had many pleasant experiences with other Toyota vehicles. If it wasn't for that, I honestly wouldn't have bought the car. They give Toyota a bad name.

My husband and I contacted them about a truck and was told it was available and there was nothing wrong with the in. I took off work and drive over an hour only to find out the truck was not serviced yet and needed several repairs. All they could say was sorry.

Quentin was wonderful to work with and very patient. I love the philosophy of freedom that they want to help a customer buy a car, not sell a car. I love my RAV4!

Went to have service done on our car. When I got there they didn t have me down for oil change and fix blind spot detection. They said it was for an inspection. They corrected it and also did the inspection. The service was done faster than the last couple times but the blind spot detection was still not fixed. This was the second time I had this looked at and it was still not fixed. I turned around and went back to dealer and had them make sure it was fixed before I left this time. Never took it for a test drive to make sure everything was fixed

Very clean, comfortable and professional dealership. I appreciate their process of consultative selling with next to no pressure. The process didn t work for me because I had a newer model competing brand vehicle for which we couldn t come to terms on a trade-in value. The Kelley Blue Book Instant Cash Offer valuation method did not work for me at all. My consultant was very well trained and respectful, and she would have put me in a new Toyota if I wasn t doing a trade.

Very high pressure sales department. Not what you want to deal with. Sales staff would not answer questions over the phone had to drive all the way there to ask questions after you give them your name, number, email address, etc etc.

I was referred to this dealership by my neighbor who works at Freedom in the service department. I was originally impressed by the size of the facility and the amount of vehicles they had in stock. The dealership was a bit busy when I arrived but I was still given 100% attention from all staff members with any questions I had. Every member of the staff was friendly and courteous. I found the exact model I was looking for with all the options and even the color I wanted. Before I drove away I was shown around my vehicle and they even helped set-up my entune. The car was washed and detailed and I drove it home with no problems. I would recommend Freedom Toyota to anyone looking to purchase or servce their vehicle.

I never owned a Toyota prior to my 2019 Sienna. We are Jeep GC family , but we were growing! It was time for a mini van. I went to Freedom Toyota 99% sure I was buying a Chrysler, and I left with a Sienna and a lifelong friend! My salesman was Doug M, and after one test drive I was sold. I ve bought lots of cars in my life, but never as easy as working with Doug.
He even helped me setup the garage doors ! A plus job by him and the staff as well as the Freedom Care team!

Overall I had a great car buying expiriance. I Would not hesitate to return for a future purchase.

Beware of false internet pricing! I drove 2.5 hrs and took 4 hrs of vacation off to buy a vehicle only to find out once I arrived at the dealership that the internet pricing that was posted is wrong. I traded two emails with her prior to my leaving my office and while in route I am told she sent an email 5 mins after I am already on my way that their internet price was posted wrong. I wish I knew how to get hold of the owner of the dealership and would explain both how I was treated and how Freedom would not honer their posted price. It is no different than if something in a retail store is tagged wrong, a respectable store would honor the posted price and chalk it up to owning the mistake and honoring their price. I will never use or recommend Freedom Toyota of Hamburg to anyone.

I think most people would rather have a root canal than go shopping for a new car. I am no different. It's why I like Toyota because they last so long. I can keep my visits to a minimum. That being said, Freedom Toyota was not what I was expecting.
We stopped by on the 4th of July while they were closed to have a look at the inventory without being pestered by a salesperson. There was a promotion for the holiday. Sadly though. by Saturday, there no more vehicles like the one that I wanted. But I was undeterred and traded a few emails with the dealership before actually sitting down with them on the following Saturday.
When we did, Doug made an excellent offer even though the vehicle in the correct configuration was not on the lot. He was great, and unlike most car salespeople that I ever work with. He was nice and informative, not condescending. He wasn't bothered when we asked for a little discount and we could tell that he was honestly trying to help us. It never felt confrontational or did he ever insult our intelligence. We'll be back next summer for out next vehicle.

I would gladly recommend Freedom Toyota to any of my friends and when the time comes for another new vehicle for myself I'll be back again.

I purchased a new 2017 Tacoma TRD Sport 2 months ago from Bryan L. There is another Toyota dealer within 5 miles of my home, but my positive purchase experience with Freedom in 2012 ( a new Corolla) made the 20 mile drive to Freedom an easy choice again. My experience with Bryan was extremely comfortable. My needs were heard and met. I feel very confident and happy with the entire purchase process. I will go to Freedom again for my next vehicle purchase.
